Objective:To evaluate and analyze the application effect of tracheal stent placement in nutritional support therapy for tracheoesophageal ***:Clinical data of 32 patients who underwent nutritional support therapy for tracheoesophageal fistula in our hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were collected,and all patients underwent tracheal silicone stenting,comparing dyspnea classification and Karnofsky score before and after stenting,and conducting post-treatment ***:In 32 patients with tracheoesophageal fistula,dyspnea grading improved from grades III and IV to grades 0 to *** treatment,10 patients(31.06%)were in grade IV,17 patients(53.12%)were in grade III,and five patients(15.62)were in grade II;after treatment,13 patients(40.63%)were in grade I,12 patients(37.50%)were in grade I,and seven patients(21.87%)were in grade 0(P<0.05);Karnofsky score(37.52±4.86 before treatment)improved significantly to 71.39±8.24 one week after treatment(P<0.05).Nine patients with tracheoesophageal fistula were placed with silicone Y14-10-10 stent,11 with silicone 18-14-14 stent,three with silicone Y15-12-12,and seven with silicone stent ***:Silicone tracheobronchial stent placement for the treatment of tracheoesophageal fistula is technically feasible,simple,and safe,with reliable near-term efficacy,and is worthy of popularization and application.

At the end of 2022,the adjustment of the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic control policy in China resulted in alarge-scale increase in public *** compare the fertility parameters of male patients before and after the adjustments ofthe COVID-19 pandemic control policy in China,we collected data on patients’medical histories and laboratory examinations ontheir first visits between June 2022 and March 2023 in five different *** were divided into five groups according tothe timeline of the policy *** data we collected from male patients included semen quality and serum reproductivehormone levels,and intergroup comparisons were made using the Mann–Whitney U and Chi-square *** total,16784 casesunderwent regular semen analysis,11180 had sperm morphology assessments,and 7200 had reproductive hormone *** showed declining trends in semen volume,sperm motility,and the progressive sperm motility rate after the policy *** comparison revealed an initial decrease and gradual recovery in progressive motility *** morphology analysisshowed increased neck and tail abnormalities after the policy *** significant change in hormone levels was *** the adjustment of the COVID-19 prevention policy in China,a decline in sperm motility and morphology was *** trend may gradually recover over 2 *** the policy adjustment,reproductive hormone levels were relatively stablethroughout,except for an increase in luteinizing hormone(LH).These changes in semen parameters suggest that the policyadjustment had a short-to medium-term impact on male reproductive function.

Inspired by our previous studies to discover novel human immunodeficiency virus-1(HIV-1)nonnucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors(NNRTIs)by targeting the tolerant region II of the NNRTIs binding pocket(NNIBP),a series of novel benzo[4,5]thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine derivatives were designed through structure-based drug design as novel potent HIV-1 *** results showed that compound16b was the most active inhibitor,exhibiting 50% effective concentration(EC50)values from 0.021μmol/L to 0.298μmol/L against wild-type(WT)and a panel of NNRTIs-resistant HIV-1 ***,16b was demonstrated with a significantly low 50% cytotoxicity concentration(CC_(50))value(>200μmol/L)and high selectivity index(SI)*** addition,16b yielded moderate reverse transcriptase(RT)enzyme inhibition with a 50% inhibition concentration(IC_(50))value of 0.183μmol/L,which demonstrated that it acted as HIV-1 *** binding mode of 16b with RT was also illustrated via molecular ***,this work provided a novel lead compound for developing potent HIV-1 NNRTIs.

P2-Na_(0.67)Ni_(0.33)Mn_(0.67)O_(2)(NNMO)is promising cathode material for sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)due to its high specific capacity and fast Na+diffusion ***,the irreversible P2-O_(2)phase transformation,Na+/vacancy ordering,and transition metal(TM)dissolution seriously damage its cycling stability and restrict its commercialization ***,Na occupation manipulation and interface stabilization are proposed to strengthen the phase structure of NNMO by synergistic Zn/Ti co-doping and introducing lithium difluorophosp(LiPO_(2)F_(2))film-forming electrolyte *** Zn/Ti co-doping regulates the occupancy ratio of Nae/Nafat Na sites and disorganizes the Na+/vacancy ordering,resulting in a faster Na+diffusion kinetics and reversible P2-Z phase transition for P2-Na_(0.67)Ni_(0.28)Zn_(0.05)Mn_(0.62)Ti_(0.05)O_(2)(NNZMTO).Meanwhile,the LiPO_(2)F_(2)additive can form homogeneous and ultrathin cathode-electrolyte interphase(CEI)on NNZMTO surface,which can stabilize the NNZMTO-electrolyte interface to prevent TM dissolution,surface structure transformation,and micro-crack *** studies of in situ and ex situ characterizations and theoretical calculations were used to elucidate the storage mechanism of NNZMTO with Li PO_(2)F_(2)*** a result,the NNZMTO displays outstanding capacity retention of 94.44%after 500 cycles at 1C with 0.3 wt%Li PO_(2)F_(2),excellent rate performance of 92.5 mA h g^(-1)at 8C with 0.1 wt%Li PO_(2)F_(2),and remarkable full cell *** work highlights the important role of manipulating Na occupation and constructing protective film in the design of layered materials,which provides a promising direction for developing high-performance cathodes for SIBs.

Self-Triggered Set Stabilization of Boolean Control Networks and Its Applications

Set stabilization is one of the essential problems in engineering systems, and self-triggered control(STC) can save the storage space for interactive information, and can be successfully applied in networked control systems with limited communication resources. In this study, the set stabilization problem and STC design of Boolean control networks are investigated via the semi-tensor product technique. On the one hand, the largest control invariant subset is calculated in terms of the strongly connected components of the state transition graph, by which a graph-theoretical condition for set stabilization is derived. On the other hand, a characteristic function is exploited to determine the triggering mechanism and feasible controls. Based on this, the minimum-time and minimum-triggering open-loop, state-feedback and output-feedback STCs for set stabilization are designed,respectively. As classic applications of self-triggered set stabilization, self-triggered synchronization, self-triggered output tracking and self-triggered output regulation are discussed as well. Additionally, several practical examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of theoretical results.

In this study,90 surface water samples were collected from shandong Province(SDP)in the dry and wet seasons and analyzed using statistical analysis,hydrochemical methods and water quality index(WQI).The content of main ions showed seasonal variations,with a higher average value in the dry season than in the wet *** points exhibiting high contents of the main chemical components were mainly distributed in areas southwest of SDP,north of Weifang,and around *** saturation index of carbonate minerals was greater than zero,while that of evaporite minerals was less than *** hydrochemical characteristics of surface water are mainly dominated by rock weathering as well as cation *** addition,surface water in SDP has significantly been affected by anthropogenic *** of the surface water could be classified as weakly alkaline soft-fresh water,with the hydrochemical types of SO_(4)·Cl-Ca·Mg and SO_(4)·*** terms of WQI,47.88% and 37.88% of the water samples in SDP were classified as poor water in the dry and wet seasons,*** the whole,the water quality is higher in the wet season than in the dry season,and surface water in SDP is generally suitable for agricultural irrigation.

In this study,we proposed a recognition method based on deep artificial neural networks to identify various elements in pipelines and instrumentation diagrams(P&ID)in image formats,such as symbols,texts,and ***,the P&ID image format is recognized manually,and there is a problem with a high recognition error rate;therefore,automation of the above process is an important issue in the processing plant *** China National Offshore Petrochemical Engineering *** the image set used in this study,which contains 51 P&ID drawings in the *** converted the PDF P&ID drawings to PNG P&IDs with an image size of 8410×*** addition,we used labeling software to annotate the images,divided the dataset into training and test sets in a 3:1 ratio,and deployed a deep neural network for *** method proposed in this study is divided into three *** first step segments the images and recognizes symbols using YOLOv5+*** second step determines text regions using character region awareness for text detection,and performs character recognition within the text region using the optical character recognition *** third step is pipeline recognition using YOLOv5+*** symbol recognition accuracy was 94.52%,and the recall rate was 93.27%.The recognition accuracy in the text positioning stage was 97.26%and the recall rate was 90.27%.The recognition accuracy in the character recognition stage was 90.03%and the recall rate was 91.87%.The pipeline identification accuracy was 92.9%,and the recall rate was 90.36%.

Cr-containing wastewater treatment based on Cr self-catalysis: a critical review

Chromium (Cr), as a transition metal material with multiple redox states, has exhibited the catalysis toward Fenton-like reactions over a wide pH range. Although it is not sensible to add Cr reagents as catalysts due to its toxicity, it is highly promising to remediate Cr-containing wastewater through Cr-initiated advanced oxidation processes (Cr-initiated AOPs), which are clean and low-cost. Moreover, the widely concerned Cr-complexes, considered as obstacles in the remediation process, can be effectively destroyed by AOPs. Cr self-catalysis is defined as Cr species is both substrate and catalyst. However, the full understanding of Cr self-catalysis, including the generation of intermediates Cr(IV)/Cr(V), the synergetic effects with co-existing ions, and the accumulation of toxic Cr(VI), remains a challenge for the practical application of Cr-initiated AOPs. In this review, relevant researches on Cr self-catalysis during Cr-initiated AOPs are summarized. Specifically, the Cr-Fenton-like reaction, Cr substituted materials, and Cr-sulfite reactions are explored as key mechanisms contributing to Cr self-catalysis. Moreover, Cr transformation processes, including synchronously Cr removal, Cr redox reactions, and Cr(VI) accumulation, in AOPs-based synergistic systems are systematically analyzed. Detailed approaches for the detection of active species in AOPs-based systems are also presented. The primary objective of this review is to explore the application of AOPs for Cr-containing wastewater remediation based on Cr self-catalysis, and provide fundamental insights and valuable information for future research on Cr-initiated AOPs.

The preparation of bifunctional catalysts for oxygen reduction(ORR)and oxygen evolution(OER)is crucial for Zn-air ***,we report a La doped CoFe_(2)O_(4) spinel catalyst supported on threedimensional graphene(3D-G),where La can facilitate electron transfer from Co to Fe,leading to increased electron cloud density in Fe and improved catalytic *** redshift of the G peak in the Raman spectra indicates the interaction between theπbond of 3D-G and d orbitals in La_(0.2)CoFe_(1.8)O_(4).La_(0.2)CoFe_(1.8)/3D-G exhibits superior ORR performance(E_(1/2)=0.86 V ***)and OER performance(E_(j=10)=1.55 V ***)to CoFe_(2)O_(4)/3D-G(E_(1/2)=0.831 V ***,E_(j=10)=1.603 V ***).Furthermore,it demonstrates excellent bifunctional oxygen catalytic performance while maintaining high power density and stability in liquid zinc-air batteries(ZABs)and flexible ZABs(F-ZABs).This work presents a viable strategy for utilizing rare earth element doped spinels to enhance oxygen catalyst and ZABs performance.
