Influence of Negative Bias Voltage on the Mechanical and Tribological Properties of MoS_2/Zr co.posite Films

MoS2/Zr co.posite films were deposited on the cemented carbide YT14 （WC＋14%TiC＋6%co. by medium-frequency magnetron sputtered and co.pled with multi-arc ion plated *** influence of negative bias voltage on the co.posite film properties,including adhesion strength,micro-hardness,thickness and tribological properties were *** results showed that proper negative bias voltage co.ld significantly improve the mechanical and tribological properties of co.posite *** effects of negative bias voltage on film properties were also put *** optimal negative bias voltage was -200 V under this experiment *** obtained co.posite films were dense,the adhesion strength was about 60 N,the thickness was about 2.4 μm,and the micro-hardness was about 9.0 *** friction co.fficient and wear rate was 0.12 and 2.1×10-7 cm3/N·m respectively after 60 m sliding operation against hardened steel under a load of 20 N and a sliding speed of 200 rev·min-1.

Garlic planting requires a single seed with a scaly bud upward and *** this study,an automatic garlic seed directing device was designed for auxiliary garlic seeding by utilizing a seed placed funnel,a co.recting mechanism,and an automatic co.trol *** factors influenced device performance:characteristics of garlic seeds,limited notch diameter of the seed placed funnel,and funnel taper of the seed placed *** most optimal structural parameters of the seed placed funnel were determined via theoretical *** research samples of Lanling and Jinxiang garlic were divided into three groups acco.ding to their respective sizes.3D design software(Solidworks)was used to simulate the above three factors and analyze their rules of *** obtained simulation results demonstrated that the suitable range of funnel taper and limited notch diameter of seed placed funnel for the three groups of seed were from 40°to 60°and 6-8 mm,*** bench test showed that when the funnel taper was 60°and the limited notch diameter was 10 mm,the success rates of the three groups’seeds in terms of scaly bud directing were 89.8%,91.6%and 96.6%respectively,which satisfied the agricultural requirements of garlic ***,the co.responding results may promote the study and improvement of garlic intelligent planting equipment.

Non-volatile memory based on TiN nanocrystal （TiN-NC） charge storage nodes embedded in SiO2 has been fabricated and its electrical properties have been measured. It was found that the density and size distribution of TiN-NCs can be co.trolled by annealing temperature. The formation of well separated crystalline TiN nano-dots with an average size of 5 nm is co.firmed by transmission electron microsco.y and x-ray diffraction, x-ray photoelectron spectrosco.y co.firms the existence of a transition layer of TiNxOy/SiON oxide between TiN-NC and SiO2, which reduces the barrier height of tunnel oxide and thereby enhances programming/erasing speed. The memory device shows a memory window of 2.5V and an endurance cycle throughout 10^5. Its charging mechanism, which is interpreted from the analysis of programming speed （dVth/dt） and the gate leakage versus voltage characteristics （Ig vs Vg）, has been explained by direct tunnelling for tunnel oxide and Fowler Nordheim tunnelling for co.trol oxide at programming voltages lower than 9V, and by Fowler-Nordheim tunnelling for both the oxides at programming voltages higher than 9V.

The microstructure especially the lamellar seco.d phase evolution by a co.bination of deformation and heat treatment for AZ80 alloy was *** results show that there are finer lamellar Mg_(17)Al_(12) phases after hot co.pression with the increasing strain,while there are co.rse lamellar disco.tinuous precipitation cells ofβ-Mg_(17)Al_(12) phase spreading from the grain boundaries into the grains after T6 treatment of the co.pressed *** lamellar morphologies especially the lamellar distance ofβ-Mg_(17)Al_(12) phase precipitation of the T6 treated deformation specimen at different strains differ from each other as there are different grain boundaries in the co.responding co.pressed specimens.

The effect of the Mg/Si ratio of Al-2.5Li-1Cu-0.8Mg-0.8Si,Al-2.5Li-1Cu-1.6Mg-0.8Si,and Al-2.5Li-1Cu-2.4Mg-0.8Si alloys on the microstructure evolution and mechanical properties was *** results show that the primary phases and their morphologies in the as-cast alloys are found to vary with the Mg/Si *** improvement of Mg/Si ratio of as-cast alloys promotes the formation of Mg_(2)Si primary phase at the expense of the AlLiSi primary ***,a tiny amount of T_(B)-Al_(7.5)Cu_(4)Li phase transforms into S-Al_(2)CuMg phase with the increase of Mg *** addition,the increase of Mg/Si ratio also causes the Cu-rich intergranular phase distributed along crystal boundary to Si-rich intergranular *** ageing treatment,the precipitation sequence as a function of Mg/Si ratio is as follows:δ/δ'+AlLiSi(Mg/Si is~1)→δ/δ'+β'-Mg_(2)Si+AlLiSi(Mg/Si is~2)→δ/δ'+β'-Mg_(2)Si(Mg/Si is~3).A good co.bination of strength and ductility can be obtained in Al-2.5Li-1Cu-2.4Mg-0.8Si alloy after solution and *** rod-likeβ'-Mg_(2)Si precipitate has a positive influence on the co.prehensive mechanical properties of the alloy.

PIV Measurements of Flows around the Wind Turbines with a Flanged-Diffuser Shroud

The wind turbines with a flanged-diffuser shroud -so called ＂wind lens turbine＂- are developed as one of high performance wind turbines by Ohya et al. In order to investigate the flow characteristics and flow acceleration, the paper presents the flow velocity measurements of a long-type and a co.pact-type wind turbines with a flanged-diffuser shroud by particle image velocimetry. In the case of the long type wind turbine, the velocity vec- tors of the inner flow field of the diffuser for turbine blades rotating and no blades rotating are presented at Rey- nolds number, 0.9x105. Fur^thermore the flow fields between with and without rotating are co.pared. Through the PIV measurement results, one can realize that the turbine blades rotating affects as suppress the disturbance and the flow separation near the inner wall of the diffuser. The time average velocity vectors are made on the av- erage of the instantaneous velocity data. There are two large vortices in downstream region of the diffuser. One vortex behind the flange acts as suck in wind to the diffuser and raise the inlet flow velocity. Another large vortex appears in downstream. It might be act as blockage vortex of main flow. The large blockage vortex is not clear in the instantaneous velocity vectors, however it exists clearly in the time average flow field. The flow field around the wind turbine with a co.pact-type flanged-diffuser shroud is also investigated. The flow pattern behind the flange of the co.pact-type turbine is the same as the long-type one. It means that the effect of flow acceleration is caused by the unsteady vortices behind the flange. The co.parison with CFD and PIV results of meridional time-average streamlines after the co.pact-type diffuser is also presented.

Berry thinning is one of the most important tasks in the management of high-quality table *** often thin the berries per cluster to a standard number by *** an aging population,it is hard to find adequate skilled farmers to work during thinning *** is urgent to design an intelligent berry-thinning machine to avoid exhaustive repetitive labor.A machine vision system that can determine the number of berries removed and locate the berries removed is a challenge for the thinning machine.A method for instance segmentation of berries and berry co.nting in a single bunch is proposed based on *** AS-Swin T,Swin Transformer is performed as the backbone to extract the rich characteristics of grape *** adaptive feature fusion is introduced to the neck network to sufficiently preserve the underlying features and enhance the detection of small *** size of berries in the dataset is statistically analyzed to optimize the anchor scale,and Soft-NMS is used to filter the candidate frames to reduce the missed detection of densely shaded ***,the proposed method co.ld achieve 65.7 AP^(box),95.0 AP^(box)_(0.5),57 AP^(box)_(s),62.8 AP^(mask)94.3 AP^(mask)_(0.5),48 AP^(mask)_(s),which is markedly superior to Mask R-CNN,Mask Sco.ing R-CNN,and Cascade Mask *** regressions between predicted numbers and actual numbers are also developed to verify the precision of the proposed *** and R^(2)values are 7.13 and 0.95,respectively,which are substantially higher than other models,showing the advantage of the AS-SwinT model in berry co.nting estimation.

Ti-V-based alloys are proved of huge potential in storing hydrogen,but the inco.plete reversible hydrogen storage capacity caused by overstability of V hydride has limited the large-scale *** this study,Ti_(32)V_(40+x)Fe_(23-x)Mn_(5)(x=0,4,8,12,at.%)alloys were designed,and the effects of V/Fe ratio on phase co.stitution and hydrogen storage properties were *** main phase of the alloys is body-centered cubic(BCC)phase,and the lattice co.stants of the BCC phase decrease with the decrease of V/Fe ***,C14 Laves phase exists in alloys with a Fe co.tent of 19at.%to 23at.%.For hydrogenation,the C14 Laves phase can accelerate the hydrogen absorption rate,but the hydrogen absorption capacity is *** the decrease of V/Fe ratio,the hydride gradually *** to its large lattice co.stant and high hydrogen absorption phase co.tent,the Ti_(32)V_(52)Fe_(11)Mn_(5)alloy shows the most enhanced hydrogen storage properties with hydrogenation and dehydrogenation capacities of 3.588wt.%at 298 K and 1.688wt.%at 343 K,*** hydrogen absorption capacity of this alloy can be reserved to 3.574wt.%after 20 cycles of hydrogen absorption and desorption.
