With the co.tinuous increase of large-scale pig farms,the disinfection of pig farm environment plays an extremely important part in the co.trol and prevention of pig farm diseases in high-density breeding *** an important breeding place for pig farms,the farrowing house must be performed with scientific and standardized *** this paper,different disinfection modes were used to disinfect the empty farrowing houses of pig farms,and the total plate co.nt,Escherichia co.i,Staphyloco.cus aureus,and fungi were used as detection indicators to co.prehensively evaluate the disinfection effect of the air microorganisms and the surface of the objects in the empty house after disinfection,with the aim to provide a basis for the establishment of a scientific pig farm environmental disinfection model.

Isolation and Identification of Serotype O101 Bovine Pathogenic Escherichia co.i with Multidrug Resistance

[Objective]The paper was to isolate and identify a multidrug-resistance bovine pathogenic Escherichia co.i. [Method]The dead cases of calf diarrhea were co.lected from a large-scale beef cattle farm,and the isolated pathogen was co.ducted molecular identification,serological identification,drug sensitivity test,and mice pathogenicity test,respectively. Targeted therapy was undertaken thereafter to herds. [Result] One strain of bovine pathogenic E. co.i,serotype O101 with strong multidrug resistance and high pathogenicity to mice,was successfully isolated. It was used to develop sensitive drug for timely treating follow-up diarrhea calves,and successfully co.trolled calf diarrhea in the farm. [co.clusion]The results provide a basis for effective prevention and co.trol of bovine co.ibacillosis.
