Neuromorphic hardware equipped with associative learn-ing capabilities presents fascinating applications in the next generation of artificial ***,research into synaptic devices exhibiting co.plex associative learning behaviors is still ***,an optoelec-tronic memristor based on Ag/TiO_(2) Nanowires:ZnO Quantum dots/FTO was proposed and co.structed to emulate the biological associative learning *** implementation of synaptic behaviors,including long and short-term plasticity,and learning-forgetting-relearning behaviors,were achieved in the device through the application of light and electrical *** the optoelectronic co.modulated characteristics,a simulation of neuromorphic co.puting was co.ducted,resulting in a handwriting digit reco.nition accuracy of 88.9%.Furthermore,a 3×7 memristor array was co.structed,co.firming its application in artificial visual *** importantly,co.plex biological associative learning behaviors were emulated by mapping the light and electrical stimuli into co.ditioned and unco.ditioned stimuli,*** training through associative pairs,reflexes co.ld be triggered solely using light ***-sively,under specific optoelectronic signal applications,the four features of classical co.ditioning,namely acquisition,extinction,reco.ery,and generalization,were elegantly *** work provides an optoelectronic memristor with associative behavior capabilities,offering a pathway for advancing brain-machine interfaces,autonomous robots,and machine self-learning in the future.

Quantitative prediction of the bitterness of atomoxetine hydrochloride and taste-masked using hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin:A biosensor evaluation and interaction study

The bitterness of a drug is a major challenge for patient acceptability and co.pliance,especially for *** to the toxicity of medication,a human taste panel test has certain *** hydrochloride(HCl),which is used for the treatment of attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder(ADHD),has an extremely bitter *** aim of this work is to quantitatively predict the bitterness of atomoxetine HCl by a biosensor *** on the mechanism of detection of the electronic tongue(Etongue),the bitterness of atomoxetine HCl was evaluated,and it was found that its bitterness was similar to that of quinine *** bitterness threshold of atomoxetine HCl was 8.61μg/ml based on the Change of membrane Potential caused by Adsorption(CPA)value of the BT0 *** this study,the taste-masking efficiency of 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin(HP-β-CyD)was assessed by Euclidean distances on a principle co.ponent analysis(PCA)map with the SA402B Taste Sensing System,and the host–guest interactions were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),powder X-ray diffraction(XRD),nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)spectrosco.y and scanning electron microsco.y(SEM).Biosensor evaluation and characterization of the inclusion co.plex indicated that atomoxetine HCl co.ld actively react with 2-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin.

Evaluation of Heavy Metals and Pesticide Residues in Dendrobium officinale Produced in Guangxi

[Objectives]To establish a method for the determination of heavy metals and pesticide residues in Dendrobium officinale produced in Guangxi and its culture substrate.[Methods]The co.tents of five heavy metals(Pb,Cd,As,Hg and Cu)were determined by the atomic absorption spectrophotometric(AAS)method;residues of 9 organochlorine pesticides(α-BHC,β-BHC,γ-BHC,δ-BHC,p,p′-DDT,p,p′-DDE,p,p′-DDD,o,p′-DDT and pentachloronitrobenzene)were determined by gas chromatography(GC).[Results]The co.tents of five heavy metals in the medicinal materials of *** produced in Guangxi were 0.96,0.21,0.021 mg/kg,and not detected,and 0.35 mg/*** co.tents of five heavy metals in the culture substrate were 0.03,0.19,0.21,0.004 and 1.80 mg/kg,respectively;the co.tent of 9 organochlorine pesticide residues in the sample was not detected.[co.clusions]The detection results of heavy metal co.tent and organochlorine pesticide residues in *** produced in Guangxi and its substrate are co.sistent with the limit requirements of the Chinese *** experiment is expected to provide reliable data reference for ensuring the safety of the drug resources of *** in Guangxi.

Transdermal permeation of Zanthoxylum bungeanum essential oil on TCM co.ponents with different lipophilicity

Objective:To investigate the percutaneous penetration enhancement effect of essential oil from Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim.(*** oil)on active co.ponents in externally-applied traditional Chinese ***:Five model drugs,geniposide,puerarin,ferulic acid,tetramethylpyrazine,and osthole,were chosen based on their lipophilicity and tested using in vitro transdermal permeation studies co.sisting of Franz diffusion cells and full thickness rat abdominal *** electron microsco.y was employed to observe the morphological changes of rat skin tissue after treatment with *** *** molecular interactions between the oil and the polar head groups in stratum co.neum(SC)lipids were monitored using molecular dynamic simulation,and the SC/vehicle partition co.fficients and saturation solubilities of the selected model drugs treated with and without the oil were also determined to ascertain its mechanisms of ***:As oil co.centration increased,the log ERflow trended toward a negative linear relationship with the lipophilicity of *** treatment with *** oil,a mild lifting up and wrinkle on the SC surface were observed,and appeared to beco.e more pronounced as oil co.centration *** was no significant difference between the co.trol and the *** oil at different co.centrations in terms of saturation solubility of GP,while saturation solubilities of the 4 other drugs gradually increased as oil co.centration *** oxygen-co.taining co.stituents in *** oil,such as terpinen-4-ol and 1,8-cineole,which acco.nted for 57.95%of total oil,co.ld form stable hydrogen bonds with the polar head group of ceramide ***:*** oil facilitated transdermal permeation of drugs with different lipophilicity,including the extremely hydrophilic and lipophilic drugs,whereas it exhibited greater enhancement activity for strongly hydrophilic *** mechanisms of transdermal permeation enhancement by the

The new racemic and dimeric in dole alkaloids with the characteristic cyclope nta[b]indole backb one,(+)-and(-)-sp on domi ne(la/lb),were isolated from a cultured sponge Tedania anhelans.A semi-synthesis was employed to obtain la/lb and the other four stereoisomers *** structures were determined by spectrosco.ic analysis,single-crystal X-ray,and quantum chemical *** stereoisomers differ in bioactivity acco.ding to their absolute co. ***,(+)-sp on domi ne(la)displayed cytotoxicity against the K562 cell line and exhibited stronger Wnt and HIF1 dual signaling inhibitory activity at 5 pmol/L than the positive co.trol,which offers an exciting starting point for further *** stereoisomers significantly promoted angiogenesis and showed moderate anti-inflammation in zebrafish.A quantum chemical calculation and deuteration experiment were applied to unveil the reacti on mechanism which guides the synthesis of the target co.pounds.

Isolation,Identification and Pathogenic Characteristics of Duck Hepatitis Virus Isolates

[ Objective] The aim of this study was to determine and analyze the pathogen and the reasons of duck viral hepatitis which is prevalent recently and difficult to co.trol. [Method] Viruses were isolated from livers and spleens of ducks with typical clinical symptoms in Linyi, Weifang, Binzhou and other regions of shandong Province. The pathogenic characteristics were observed by inoculation in chicken or duck embryo, RT- PCR, serological test, and duck regression. [ Result] Four duck hepatitis virus （DHV） strains were isolated, and the 5th passage allantoic fluid co.tained 10^3.41 -10^5.20 ELD50/mI. The serum cross protection rate was 20% -80% between the DHV stains and DHV type I. The mortalities of 4- day-old healthy ducks challenged by these four stains were 50% -100%. All challenged ducks had typical lesions of duck viral hepatitis, and the death peak appeared after 24-48 h. [co.clusion] The virulence of different DHV isolates has regional difference.

The function of Salicylaldoxime ligand and metal salts usually afford the multinuclear metallic co.plexes with charming *** manganese co.plexes exhibit Metallacrown structural types,a classic metallmacrycle co.plexes,structurally analogous organic crown with metal and N atoms substituting ring methyl C atoms,and interesting magnetic properties,especially single molecule magnet(SMM) behavior[1-2].Therefore,we hope use the salicyladoxime ligand and co.salt to react and prepare a co.plex with unexpected magnetic ***,a co.plex[co.sao)(N)(py)]·ClO was obtained and its crustal structure was characterized by X-ray single crystal *** co.plex is co.posed of two co.ions,two co.pletely deprotonated salicylaldoxime anions(sao),a bridging N,four co.rdinated pyridine molecules and one free *** the co.rdinated pyridine N atoms,each co.ion links one phenolic hydroxyl O atom and one hydroxylamine N atom from one ligand,and the hydroxylamine O atom bridges the adjacent co.*** terminal N atom of the N further bridges two separate co.***,each co.ion demonstrates six-co.rdination,octahedral co.figuration(Fig.1)Based on the interactions of C-H…N and C-H…O,a two-dimensional framework is formed(Fig.2).

Acco.ding to the characteristics of biopharmaceutical discipline,Binzhou University biopharmaceutical teaching and research office,based on the social demand for biopharmaceutical discipline talents,defined the principle of optimizing the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial biopharmaceutical discipline talents,and co.structed the cultivation program of innovative and entrepreneurial biopharmaceutical discipline talents under the credit system. The development of this cultivation program is expected to build a new mode for cultivating high-level biopharmaceutical professionals with strong innovative spirit and entrepreneurial potential.
