Landslide displacement prediction based on the ICEEMDAN,ApEn and the CNN-LSTM models

Landslide deformation is affected by its geological co.ditions and many environmental *** it has the characteristics of dynamic,nonlinear and unstable,which makes the prediction of landslide displacement *** view of the above problems,this paper proposes a dynamic prediction model of landslide displacement based on the improvement of co.plete ensemble empirical mode deco.position with adaptive noise(ICEEMDAN),approximate entropy(ApEn)and co.volution long short-term memory(CNN-LSTM)neural ***,ICEEMDAN and Ap En are used to deco.pose the cumulative displacements into trend,periodic and random ***,the least square quintic polynomial function is used to fit the displacement of trend term,and the CNN-LSTM is used to predict the displacement of periodic term and random ***,the displacement prediction results of trend term,periodic term and random term are superimposed to obtain the cumulative displacement prediction *** proposed model has been verified in Bazimen landslide in the Three Gorges Reservoir area of *** experimental results show that the model proposed in this paper can more effectively predict the displacement changes of *** co.pared with long short-term memory(LSTM)neural network,gated recurrent unit(GRU)network model and back propagation(BP)neural network,CNN-LSTM neural network had higher prediction accuracy in predicting the periodic displacement,with the mean absolute percentage error(MAPE)reduced by 3.621%,6.893% and 15.886% respectively,and the root mean square error(RMSE)reduced by 3.834 mm,3.945 mm and 7.422mm ***,this model not only has high prediction accuracy but also is more stable,which can provide a new insight for practical landslide prevention and co.trol engineering.

Integration of energy reco.ery network including recycling residual pressure energy with pinch technology

Work exchange is a promising innovative technology in reco.ering residual pressure energy. However, at the systematic level, the co.prehensive utilization of different energy resources in an energy system has beco.e an issue of co.cern. In this work, a systematic approach is proposed, one that successively integrates heat, work and adjusts operation parameters. A detailed procedure for building a heat-work co.pling transfer network is provided. The synthesis mainly co.sists of co.structing a work exchange sub-network with pinch analysis based on positive displacement type work exchangers. Simultaneously, another kind of sub-network based on turbine-type work exchangers is built as a schematic co.parison. The influence of applying a positive displacement work exchanger on the system is investigated. Finally, as a case study, a renovation design of a typical rectisol process in the co.l-water slurry gasification section of an ammonia plant is presented. The results show that the added work exchanger has little impact on the existing heat exchange sub-network. Moreover,extra pressure energy is reco.ered by co.pling the transfer network. It is co.cluded that the heat-work systematic design is a promising and powerful method to use energy more efficiently.

Background:Skeletal muscle development,a long-term and co.plex process,is co.trolled by a set of the myogenic *** RNAs(circRNAs),a class of nonco.ing RNA,have been shown to regulate various biological *** studies indicate circRNAs may be involved in myogenesis,but the role and regulatory mechanism of circRNAs in myogenesis is largely *** the present study,circCPE was firstly found to promote the bovine myoblast proliferation and inhibit cell apoptosis and differentiation by influencing the expression of FOXC1 in a miR138-mediated *** in vivo experiments revealed that overexpression of circCPE attenuates skeletal muscle ***:We identified a novel circular RNA circCPE by analyzing circRNAs sequencing data of bovine muscle *** verification,RNase R treatment and Actinomycin D treatment co.firmed the circular nature of circCPE in bovine *** assays showed that overexpression of circCPE co.ld inhibit bovine myoblast apoptosis and differentiation,as well as facilitate cell ***,in vivo experiments revealed that overexpression of circCPE attenuates skeletal muscle *** co.sideration of circRNA action as miRNAs sponge,we found that circCPE harbors miR-138 binding sites and absorbed ***,the rescue experiments showed that the overexpression of circCPE can co.nteract the inhibitory effect of miR-138 on the cell proliferation and the accelerated effects on the differentiation and ***,we found that circCPE sequester the inhibitory effect of miR-138 on FOXC1 so as to involve in ***:co.lectively,we co.structed a novel circCPE/miR-138/FOXC1 regulatory network in bovine myogenesis,which further provide stronger evidence that circRNA involved in muscle development acting as miRNA sponge.

Online belief propagation algorithm for probabilistic latent semantic analysis

Probabilistic latent semantic analysis （PLSA） is a topic model for text documents, which has been widely used in text mining, co.puter vision, co.putational biology and so on. For batch PLSA inference algorithms, the required memory size grows linearly with the data size, and handling massive data streams is very difficult. To process big data streams, we propose an online belief propagation （OBP） algorithm based on the improved factor graph representation for PLSA. The factor graph of PLSA facilitates the classic belief propagation （BP） algorithm. Furthermore, OBP splits the data stream into a set of small segments, and uses the estimated parameters of previous segments to calculate the gradient descent of the current segment. Because OBP removes each segment from memory after processing, it is memoryefficient for big data streams. We examine the performance of OBP on four document data sets, and demonstrate that OBP is co.petitive in both speed and accuracy for online ex- pectation maximization （OEM） in PLSA, and can also give a more accurate topic evolution. Experiments on massive data streams from Baidu further co.firm the effectiveness of the OBP algorithm.

Research on ECG classification based on transfer learning

co.cerning current deep learning-based electrocardiograph(ECG) classification methods, there exists domain discrepancy between the data distributions of the training set and the test set in the inter-patient paradigm. To reduce the negative effect of domain discrepancy on the classification accuracy of ECG signals, this paper inco.porates transfer learning into the ECG classification, which aims at applying the knowledge learned from the training set to the test set. Specifically, this paper first develops a deep domain adaptation network(DAN) for ECG classification based on the co.volutional neural network(CNN). Then, the network is pre-trained with training set data obtained from the famous Massachusetts Institute of technology-Beth Israel Hospital(MIT-BIH) ECG arrhythmia database. On this basis, by minimizing the multi-kernel maximum mean discrepancy(MK-MMD) between the data distributions of the training set and the test set, the pre-trained network is adjusted to learn transferable feature representations. Finally, with the low-density separation of unlabeled target data, the feature representations are more transferable. The extensive experimental results show that the proposed domain adaptation method has reached a 7.58% improvement in overall classification accuracy on the test set, and achieves co.petitive performance with other state-of-the-arts.

Electronic Auction Scheme Based on Smart co.tract and IPFS

Sealed-bid auctions are a vital transaction tool in the e-co.merce *** centralized auction schemes typically result in severe threats to data integrity,information transparency,and traceability owing to their excessive reliance on third parties,and blockchain-based auction schemes generally suffer from high storage co.ts and are deficient in functional and architectural *** solve these problems,this study presents a sealed-bid auction scheme that removes the third-party based on an Ethereum smart co.tract,ensuring data integrity,openness,and transparency in the execution *** co.mitment mechanism and distributed storage system help to significantly reduce the user’s storage co.t and protect the privacy of user *** the functional design,this study introduces a fulltext-retrieval and dispute-processing module for co.modities,which reduces the defects existing in the functional module design of existing auction ***,a prototype auction system on the Ethereum test chain is built to validate the proposed *** show that co.pared with traditional storage methods,indirect storage based on a distributed storage system of texts and images can reduce the storage co.t by at least 50%while ensuring data ***,the gas co.t at each stage of the auction scheme and the time required for the full-text retrieval of products are reco.ded to evaluate the scheme performance and analyze the test results.
