With the advancements of software defined network(SdN)and network function virtualization(NFV),service function chain(SFC)placement becomes a crucial enabler for flexible resource scheduling in low earth orbit(LEO)satellite *** due to the scarcity of bandwidth resources and dynamic topology of LEO satellites,the static SFC placement schemes may cause performance degradation,resource waste and even service *** this paper,we consider migration and establish an online migration model,especially considering the dynamic *** the scarcity of bandwidth resources,the model aims to maximize the total number of accepted SFCs while incurring as little bandwidth cost of SFC transmission and migration as *** to its NP-hardness,we propose a heuristic minimized dynamic SFC migration(MdSM)algorithm that only triggers the migration procedure when new SFCs are *** results demonstrate that MdSM achieves a performance close to the upper bound with lower complexity.

The continuous inflammatory response in diabetic skin wounds leads to excessive production of reactive oxygen species,which cause a vicious circle of long-term *** the therapeutic research of metal nanoenzymes for healing diabetic ulcers,it still faces the challenges in poor nanoenzymes activity and low-efficient therapeutic ***,ultrasmall oxygen-deficient MoO_(3−X)quantum dots were fabricated and employed as nanoenzymes for healing fiabetic *** PEGylation,PEGylated MoO_(3−X)quantum dots(MoO_(3−X)/PEG)with oxygen vacancies exhibits excellent photothermal,peroxidase/catalase-like *** addition,these MoO_(3−X)/PEG showed superior properties in scavenging H_(2)O_(2)and effectively inhibiting the scavenging of reactive oxygen *** importantly,such an oxygen-defected MoO_(3−X)/PEG had obvious antibacterial and skin repairing effects on alleviating hypoxia and excessive oxidative stress even in a mouse model of diabetic ulcers,inhibiting proinflammatory cytokines and significantly accelerating the healing of infected wounds,which shows great application potential for promoting wound *** work highlights that the developed oxygen defected molybdenum oxide compounds capable of peroxidaselike and catalase-like activities show great application potential for healing diabetes wound.

Privacy Preserving Algorithm for Spectrum Sensing in Cognitive Vehicle networks

The scarcity of spectrum resources fails to meet the increasing throughput demands of vehicular networks. There is an urgent need to maximize the utilization of spectrum bands in mobile networks. To ascertain the availability of spectrum bands, users should engage in wireless channel sensing and collaboration. However, spectrum sensing data always involves users’ privacy, such as their location. This paper first introduces sensing trajectory inference attack in cognitive vehicular networks and then proposes a data confusion-based privacy-preserving algorithm and a cryptonym array-based privacy-preserving aggregation scheme for spectrum sensing in cognitive vehicular networks. Unlike existing methods, the proposed schemes transmit confused data during the aggregation process. This deliberate obfuscation makes it almost impossible to infer users’ location from the transmitted data. The analysis demonstrates the resilience of the proposed schemes against sensing trajectory inference attack.

developing and excavating new agrochemicals with highly active and safe is an important tactic for protecting crop health and food *** this paper,to discover the new bactericide candidates,we designed,prepared a new type of1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-β-carboline(THC)derivatives and evaluated the in vitro and in vivo bioactivities against the Xanthomonas oryzae ***(Xoo),Xanthomonas axonopodis ***(Xac),and Pseudomonas syringae ***(Psa).The in vitro bioassay results exhibited that most title molecules possessed good activity toward the three plant pathogenic bacteria,the compound A17 showed the most active against Xoo and Xac with EC50 values of 7.27 and 4.89 mg mL^(-1)respectively,and compound A8 exhibited the best inhibitory activity against Psa with EC50value of 4.87 mg mL^(-1).Pot experiments showed that compound A17 exhibited excellent in vivo antibacterial activities to manage rice bacterial leaf blight and citrus bacterial canker,with protective efficiencies of 52.67 and 79.79%at 200 mgmL^(-1),***,compound A8 showed good control efficiency(84.31%)against kiwifruit bacterial canker at 200 mg mL^(-1).Antibacterial mechanism suggested that these compounds could interfere with the balance of the redox system,damage the cell membrane,and induce the apoptosis of Xoo *** together,our study revealed that tetrahydro-β-carboline derivatives could be a promising candidate model for novel broadspectrum bactericides.

The prevention and control of rice bacterial leaf blight(BLB)disease has not yet been achieved due to the lack of effective agrochemicals and available ***,we develop a series of novel bissulfones and a novel target with a unique mechanism to address this *** developed bissulfones can control Xanthomonas oryzae ***(Xoo),and 2-(bis(methylsulfonyl)methylene)-N-(4-chlorophenyl)hydrazine-1-carboxamide(B_(7))is more effective than the commercial drugs thiodiazole copper(TC)and bismerthiazol(BT).Pyruvate kinase(PYK)in Xoo has been identified for the first time as the target protein of our bissulfone B_(7).PYK modulates bacterial virulence via a CrP-like protein(Clp)/two-component system regulatory protein(reg r)*** elucidation of this pathway facilitates the use of B_(7)to reduce PYK expression at the transcriptional level,block PYK activity at the protein level,and impair the interaction within the PYK-Clp-reg r complex via competitive inhibition,thereby attenuating bacterial biology and *** study offers insights into the molecular and mechanistic aspects underlying anti-Xoo strategies that target *** believe that these valuable discoveries will be used for bacterial disease control in the future.

Screening and identification of functional bacterial attachment genes in aerobic granular sludge

The screening and identification of attachment genes is important to exploring the formation mechanism of biofilms at the gene *** is helpful to the development of key culture technologies for aerobic granular sludge(AGS).In this study,genome-wide sequencing and gene editing were employed for the first time to investigate the effects and functions of attachment genes in *** the help of whole-genome analysis,ten attachment genes were screened from thirteen genes,and the efficiency of gene screening was greatly ***,two attachment genes were selected as examples to further confirm the gene functions by constructing gene-knockout recombinant mutants of Stenotrophomonas maltophilia;when the two attachment genes were knocked out,the attachment potential was reduced by 50.67%and 43.93%,*** results provide a new theoretical principle and efficient method for the development of AGS from the perspective of attachment genes.

This study investigates the phase constitutions and transformations that occur in the mushy zone and in the adjacent phase fields of a directionally solidified Ti-44Al-8Nb-1Cr alloy via quenching *** results indicate that the mushy zone consists of unmeltedβdendrites and interdendritic liquid,whose formation can be attributed to the difference in melting point aroused by local heterogeneity in ***βdendrite is composed of numerous subgrains with various *** quenching,theβdendrite transforms into Widmanstättenαvia a precipitation reaction,owing to the decreasing cooling rate caused by heat transfer from the surrounding ***,after quenching,the interdendritic liquid is transformed intoγ*** the singleβphase field and the lower part of the mushy zone,a massive transformation ofβtoγ***,in theβ+αphase field,bothβandαphases are retained to ambient *** the heating process,the transformation ofα→βgives rise to the formation ofβvariants,which affects the orientation ofβdendrites in the mushy *** growth kinematics of theα→βtransformation was elucidated,revealing the preferential growth directions of111and112forβ***,this study presents an illustration of the formation process of the mushy zone and the microstructural evolution during the heating and quenching process.

The coexistence of a noise-like pulse(NLP)and a dark pulse was experimentally demonstrated in a net-anomalous dispersion Er/Yb co-doped fiber(EYdF)laser,for the first time,to our *** cavity was mode-locked by nonlinear polarization rotation(NPr)***,a Sagnac loop with a section of polarization-maintaining fiber(PMF)was used as a comb filter to enable multiwavelength pulse *** the PMF length was 0.3 m,an asymmetric two-peak spectrum with central wavelengths of 1565.3 and 1594.2 nm was obtained by adjusting polarization controllers(PCs).It is a composite state of NLP and dark pulse due to the cross-phase modulation between the two different wavelength components along orthogonal polarization *** two pulses are synchronized with a repetition rate of 7.53 *** adjusting the PC in the Sagnac loop,the spectral ranges of NLPs and dark pulses can be tuned from 1560 to 1577.8 nm and from 1581.8 to 1605.4 nm,*** addition,the pulse characteristics were investigated by incorporating the PMF with different lengths,where the coexistence patterns can be generated when the PMF lengths were 0.2 and 0.3 m.A longer PMF can lead to a narrowband comb filtering,which causes a larger loss and is not favorable for stable operation of the coexistence *** fiber laser demonstrates an interesting operation regime and has significant potential for numerous practical applications.

Optical cavities play crucial roles in enhanced light-matter interaction,light control,and optical communications,but their dimensions are limited by the material property and operating *** planar cavities are urgently in demand for large-area and integrated optical ***,extremely reducing the planar cavity dimension is a critical challenge,especially at telecommunication ***,we demonstrate a type of ultrathin cavities based on large-area grown Bi_(2)Te_(3)topological insulator(TI)nanofilms,which present distinct optical resonance in the near-infrared *** result shows that the Bi_(2)Te_(3)TI material presents ultrahigh refractive indices of>6 at telecommunication *** cavity thickness can approach 1/20 of the resonance wavelength,superior to those of planar cavities based on conventional Si and Ge high refractive index ***,we observed an analog of the electromagnetically induced transparency(EIT)effect at telecommunication wavelengths by depositing the cavity on a photonic *** EIT-like behavior is derived from the destructive interference coupling between the nanocavity resonance and Tamm *** spectral response depends on the nanocavity thickness,whose adjustment enables the generation of obvious Fano *** experiments agree well with the *** work will open a new door for ultrathin cavities and applications of TI materials in light control and devices.
