Background Despite the increasing focus on strengthening One Health capacity building on global level, challenges remain in devising and implementing real-world interventions particularly in the Asia-Pacific region. Recognizing these gaps, the One Health Action Commission (OHAC) was established as an academic community for One Health action with an emphasis on research agenda setting to identify actions for highest *** text This viewpoint describes the agenda of, and motivation for, the recently formed OHAC. Recognizing the urgent need for evidence to support the formulation of necessary action plans, OHAC advocates the adoption of both bottom-up and top-down approaches to identify the current gaps in combating zoonoses, antimicrobial resistance, addressing food safety, and to enhance capacity building for context-sensitive One Health *** By promoting broader engagement and connection of multidisciplinary stakeholders, OHAC envisions a collaborative global platform for the generation of innovative One Health knowledge, distilled practical experience and actionable policy advice, guided by strong ethical principles of One Health.

This paper projects an isolated hybrid model of Offshore wind-diesel-tidal turbine and discusses the stability and reactive power management issue of the whole *** hybrid system often loses its stability as it becomes prone to uncertain load and input parameters and therefore the necessity of Reactive power management becomes *** overall stability of the hybrid offshore wind-diesel-tidal turbine is made possible by the management of reactive power in the hybrid system through the application of FACTS *** therefore the dynamic hybrid model of the DFIG and DDPMSG based offshore wind-diesel-tidal turbine is analysed for stability with different input parameters like wind and tidal *** detailed modelling and simulation,a small signal model of the whole hybrid system is designed and reactive power management of the system is achieved by the incorporation of a STATCOM *** improvement of stability and reactive power compensation of the hybrid system,GA and PSO optimised STATCOM controller is used.

The Disputes of Maritime Interests Test China＇s Peaceful Rise

In recent years, continued escalation has been seen in the disputes of territorial sovereignty and maritime interests in both the East China Sea and the South China Sea. In the backdrop of increasing competition for resources driven by the rising demand of people's daily life, China remains a developing country, but strictly guarded against by the United States. Some countries want to take advantage of the uncertain elements in the current strategic environment to slow the momentum of cooperative development in East Asia. It would be a serious test for China during its rise to handle the disputes of maritime interests appropriately.

Myanmar＇s gripping parliamentary by-elections in April resulted in a landslide victory for the National League for Democracy （NLD）, the major opposition party in the country. A total of 150 candidates from 17 parties and seven independent candidates competed for 45 seats. The NLD, led by Aung San Suu Kyi, secured 43 of the 45 seats available. Aung San Suu Kyi won a seat in Myanmar＇s lower house.
