Then,we can regard antenna as transforming equipment between conducting waves and radiate *** has an important influence on normal working of wireless communication,broadcast,orientation and telemetry *** has influence on EMC as important as which it has on *** EMC emission measurements,EMI testing and EMS testing included;antenna acts as the receiving component and the transmitting component *** is the important equipment that receiving the energy of radiation and it also is the important equipment that sends electromagnetic signal to the object that being ***, if there is no antenna,we cannot go on our EMC testing. Any antenna has some characteristic parameters,which can be used to estimate this antenna’s *** characteristic parameters include antennas impedance, directional property,antenna gain,posture,and antenna’s polarization characteristic,which determine an antenna is fine and the area it can be used ***,these characteristic parameters have a great influence on the measuring result and some area it used in. Accurate PV system simulators are implemented with expensive software platforms using paid irradiance *** main purpose of this paper is to develop and validate a PV system simulator,beginning with a solar cell parameter extraction model,then test and validate long-termIrradiance data using free online source(Typical Meteorological Year TMY in(PVGIS)European website),and finally building full solar generator simulator to run in working real *** results with Accurate Paid PV simulators(which use theMuneer model)showed good accuracy of the proposed *** flow starts with the Irradiance model’s data processing,then solar cell 5 parameters model data processing(to extract cell parameters),and finally full system *** coding programs in real working conditions are used for *** of solar cell parameter extraction show 99.6%to 99.99%matching with data sheet and cell performance under standard test *** simulation output shows 8%less yearly generated energy compared to the PVGIS 2022 long-term simulation(hourly basis(one-year time)).This is due to incident energy variations(between the years 2016 and 2022)of 4.02%.The novelty of the algorithm is the methodology,as it tests irradiance data on an hourly basis and validates results for a whole continuous ***,the 5-parameter solar cell model is used to be validated in long term analysis,not only STC conditions and could be applied on any PV solar *** algorithm and block diagramused are scalable,modular,and interchangeable with similarmodels to be *** simulator could test severalmethods andmodels in solar pv technology.

AIM To investigate by immunostaining glucose transporter expression in human colorectal mucosa in controls and patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD). METHODS Colorectal samples were obtained from patients undergoing lower endoscopic colonoscopy or rectosigmoidoscopy. Patients diagnosed with ulcerativecolitis(n = 18) or Crohn's disease(n = 10) and scheduled for diagnostic colonoscopy were enrolled. Patients who underwent colonoscopy for prevention screening of colorectal cancer or were followed-up after polypectomy or had a history of lower gastrointestinal symptoms were designated as the control group(CTRL, n = 16). Inflammatory status of the mucosa at the sampling site was evaluated histologically and/or endoscopically. A total of 147 biopsies of colorectal mucosa were collected and processed for immunohistochemistry analysis. The expression of GLUT2, SGLT1, and GLUT5 glucose transporters was investigated using immunoperoxidase labeling. To compare immunoreactivity of GLUT5 and LYVE-1, which is a marker for lymphatic vessel endothelium, doublelabeled confocal microscopy was used. RESULTS Immunohistochemical analysis revealed that GLUT2, SGLT1, and GLUT5 were expressed only in short epithelial portions of the large intestinal mucosa. No important differences were observed in glucose transporter expression between the samples obtained from the different portions of the colorectal tract and between the different patient groups. Unexpectedly, GLUT5 expression was also identified in vessels, mainly concentrated in specific areas where the vessels were clustered. Immunostaining with LYVE-1 and GLUT5 antibodies revealed that GLUT5-immunoreactive(-IR) clusters of vessels were concentrated in areas internal to those that were LYVE-1 positive. GLUT5 and LYVE-1 did not appear to be colocalized but rather showed a close topographical relationship on the endothelium. The shifting requirements as imposed on operations ma nagement require adjusting and tailoring the organisational structure to meet ma rket demands. However, translating these requirements directly into hierarchical structure will not ensure the integration of processes across organisational un its and guarantee desirable performance. Therefore, management and management li terature wonders: · How should we connect processes to the external environment within a strategi c framework · Which organisational structures do meet performance requirements · Which choices and freedom do we have within organisational structures · How and when do we implement organisational structures That the hierarchical structure does not meet as such the performance requiremen ts nor did it relate to these became already clear during case studies performed in the ’70s. The conclusion was drawn that organisational changes should affect working processes before they proof to be viable. This required the development of new approach through empirical studies and base d on literature. This led to the development of the organelle structure. The org anelle structure should connect to the strategy and the product flow. Thereto, a decision model has been developed for revealing these relations and the practic al implication. During a number of case studies this methodology has been refined and includes t he strategic choice between variants for the organelle structure with their own performance capabilities; we distinguish about 20 variants ranging between the f unctional organisation and the product flow organisation. These ranges of choice s however can be connected to different order entry points, stemming from logist ic concepts. This extends the performance to improved lead-times and improved c ontrol. Determining the type of orbits in the central regions of barred galaxies

We use a simple dynamical model which consists of a harmonic oscillator and a spherical com- ponent, in order to investigate the regular or chaotic character of orbits in a barred galaxy with a central spherically symmetric nucleus. Our aim is to explore how the basic parameters of the galactic system in- fluence the nature of orbits, by computing in each case the percentage of chaotic orbits, as well as the percentages of different types of regular orbits. We also give emphasis to the types of regular orbits that support either the formation of nuclear rings or the barred structure of the galaxy. We provide evidence that the traditional xl orbital family does not always dominate in barred galaxy models since we found several other types of resonant orbits which can also support the barred structure. We also found that sparse enough nuclei, fast rotating bars and high energy models can support the galactic bars. On the other hand, weak bars, dense central nuclei, slowly rotating bars and low energy models favor the formation of nuclear rings. We also compare our results with previous related work.

The earthworm Metaphire posthuma were used as a model to assess the toxic potential of cadmium incorporated into the soil by environmental or human activities. The retention period of neutral red in the lysosomes of the coelomocytes was used as a biomarker. The viability of harvested coelomocytes by a non_invasive extrusion protocol was 93% with no alteration by the dye during experimentation. The control cells retained dye for 119 and 121 min in normal soil and KCl, respectively, whereas a linear decline in the retention time in the treated earthworm coelomocytes was observed. This illustrated that the presence of cadmium caused damage to the lysosomes of the coelomocytes.
