Structure and electrochemical performance of delafossite AgFeO_(2)nanoparticles for supercapacitor electrodes

Delafossite AgFeO_(2)nanoparticles with a mixture of 2H and 3R phases were successfully fabricated by using a simple co-precipitation *** resulting precursor was calcined at temperatures of 100,200,300,400,and 500℃to obtain the delafossite AgFe0_(2)*** morphology and microstructure of the prepared AgFeO_(2)samples were characterized by using field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),N_(2) adsorption/desorption,X-ray absorption spectroscopy(XAS),and Xray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)techniques.A three-electrode system was employed to investigate the electrochemical properties of the delafossite AgFeO_(2)nanoparticles in a 3 M KOH *** delafossite AgFeO_(2)nanoparticles calcined at 100℃(AFO100)exhibited the highest surface area of 28.02 m^(2)·g^(-1)and outstanding electrochemical performance with specific capacitances of 229.71 F·g^(-1)at a current density of 1 A·g^(-1)and 358.32 F·g^(-1)at a scan rate of 2 mV·s^(-1).This sample also demonstrated the capacitance retention of 82.99% after 1000 charge/discharge cycles,along with superior specific power and specific energy values of 797.46 W·kg^(-1)and 72.74Wh·kg^(-1),*** findings indicate that delafossite AgFeO_(2)has great potential as an electrode material for supercapacitor applications.

The gravitational lensing wave effect generated by a microlensing field embedded in a lens galaxy is an inevitable phenomenon in strong lensed gravitational waves （SLGWs）.This effect presents both challenges and opportunities for the detection and application of ***,investigating this wave effect requires computing a complete diffraction integral over each microlens in the *** is extremely time-consuming due to the large number of microlenses （10～3-10～6）.Therefore,simply adding all the microlenses is ***,the complexity of the time delay surface makes the lens plane resolution a crucial factor in controlling numerical *** this paper,we propose a trapezoid approximation-based adaptive hierarchical tree algorithm to meet the challenges of calculation speed and *** find that this algorithm accelerates the calculation by four orders of magnitude compared to the simple adding method and is one order of magnitude faster than the fixed hierarchical tree algorithm proposed for electromagnetic *** importantly,our algorithm ensures controllable numerical errors,increasing confidence in the *** with our previous work （***.66,239511,2023）,this paper addresses all numerical issues,including integral convergence,precision,and computational time1).Finally,we conducted a population study on the microlensing wave effect of SLGWs using this algorithm and found that the microlensing wave effect cannot be ignored,especially for Type II SLGWs （from saddle position of the time delay surface） due to their intrinsic geometric structures and their typical intersection with a denser microlensing ***,more than 33%（11%） of SLGWs have a mismatch larger than 1%（3%） compared to the unlensed ***,we found that the mismatch between signal pairs in a doubly imaged GW is generally larger than 10-3,and 61%（25%） of signal pairs have a mismatch larger than 1%（3%）.Therefo

A bismuth oxide(Bi_2O_3)-dispersed carboxylated nitrile butadiene rubber(XNBR) flexible film was prepared as a flexible lead-free material for gamma ray(c-ray)***,obtaining a uniform and stable dispersion of Bi_2O_3 in carboxylated nitrile butadiene rubber latex(XNBRL) is a challenge due to sedimentation induced by the remarkable density ***,this challenge was approached by reducing the Bi_2O-3 particle radius,increasing the viscosity of the latex,and adding a *** experimental results confirmed that Bi2 O3 was well dispersed in the XNBRL in the concentration range of 30–70 wt%.The mechanical properties demonstrated that the Bi_2O_3/XNBR flexible films had a good resistance to oil,acid,alkali,and hot *** linear attenuation coefficients of the Bi_2O_3/XNBR flexible films obtained from the experiments were in good agreement with the calculated *** attenuation efficiencies of the Bi_2O_3/XNBR flexible films with different thicknesses and Bi_2O_3 contents were investigated for a few different γ-ray *** results showed that the Bi_2O_3/XNBRflexible films have wide application prospects for low-energy γ-ray attenuation.

Drought across Northwest China in late spring has exerted a vital effect on the local climate and agricultural production,and has been alleviated during the past *** study explored the influence of the preceding Arctic sea ice on the May drought in Northwest China caused by the precipitation *** analysis indicated that when the Greenland Sea ice concentration is abnormally high during February to April,the dry conditions in Northwest China tend to be *** increase of sea ice in the Greenland Sea can excite a meridional circulation,which causes sea surface temperature(SST)anomalies in the North Atlantic via the sea-air interaction,manifested as significant warm SST anomalies over the south of Greenland and the subtropical North Atlantic,but negative SST anomalies over the west of the *** abnormal SST pattern maintains to May and triggers a zonal wave train from the North Atlantic through Scandinavia and Central Asia to Northwest China,leading to abnormal cyclones in Northwest ***,Northwest China experiences a more humid climate than usual.

Electronic structures and thermodynamic stabilities of aluminum-based deuterides from first principles calculations

The alanates （complex aluminohydrides） have relatively high gravimetric hydrogen densities and are among the most promising solid-state hydrogen-storage materials. In this work, the electronic structures and the formation enthalpies of seven typical aluminum-based deuterides have been calculated by the plane-wave pseudopotential method, these being A1D3, LiA1D4, Li3A1D6, BaA1D5, Ba2A1D7, LiMg（A1D4）3 and LiMgA1D6. The results show that all these compounds are large band gap insulators at 0 K with estimated band gaps from 2.31 eV in A1D3 to 4.96 eV in LiMg（A1D4）3. The band gaps are reduced when the coordination of A1 varies from 4 to 6. Two peaks present in the valence bands are the common characteristics of aluminum-based deuterides containing A1D4 subunits while three peaks are the common characteristics of those containing A1D6 subunits. The electronic structures of these compounds are determined mainly by aluminum deuteride complexes （A1D4 or A1D6） and their mutual interactions. The predicted formation enthalpies are presented for the studied aluminum-based deuterides.

Two nonstoichiometric UAu_(1-x)Sb_2(x = 0.25, 0.1) single crystals are successfully synthesized using a flux method,and their physical properties are comprehensively studied by measuring the dc-magnetization and electrical resistivity. Evidence for at least three magnetic phases is found in these samples. In zero field, both samples undergo an antiferromagnetic transition at a relatively high temperature, and with further cooling they pass through another antiferromagnetic phase,before reaching a ferromagnetic ground state. Furthermore, the magnetic order can be tuned by varying the site occupation of Au. Such a tunable magnetic order may provide an opportunity for exploring the potential quantum critical behavior in this system.

We perform first-principles calculations of the lattice constants, elastic constants, and optical properties for alpha- and gamma-uranium based on the ultra-soft pseudopotential method. Lattice constants and equilibrium atomic volume are consistent pretty well with the experimental results. Some difference exists between our calculated elastic constants and the experimental data. Based on the satisfactory ground state electronic structure calculations, the optical co ductivity, dielectric function, refractive index, and extinction coefficients are also obtained. These calculated optical properties are compared with our results and other published experimental data.

A key issue in metallic uranium and its related actinide compounds is the character of the f electrons, whether it is localized or *** we grew well ordered uranium films on a W(110) *** surface topography was investigated by scanning tunneling *** Fermi surface and band structure of the grown films were studied by angle-resolved photoemission *** spectral weight can be observed around the Fermi level, which mainly comes from the f ***, we provided direct evidence that the f bands hybridize with the conduction bands in the uranium ordered films, which is different from previously reported mechanism of the direct f–f *** propose that the above two mechanisms both exist in this system by manifesting themselves in different momentum *** results give a comprehensive study of the ordered uranium films and may throw new light on the study of the 5 f-electron character and physical properties of metallic uranium and other related actinide materials.

Inspired by the recently proposed Legendre orthogonal polynomial representation for imaginary-time Green s functions G（τ）,we develop an alternate and superior representation for G（τ） and implement it in the hybridization expansion continuous-time quantum Monte Carlo impurity *** representation is based on the kernel polynomial method,which introduces some integral kernel functions to filter the numerical fluctuations caused by the explicit truncations of polynomial expansion series and can improve the computational precision *** an illustration of the new representation,we re-examine the imaginary-time Green＇s functions of the single-band Hubbard model in the framework of dynamical mean-field *** calculated results suggest that with carefully chosen integral kernel functions,whether the system is metallic or insulating,the Gibbs oscillations found in the previous Legendre orthogonal polynomial representation have been vastly suppressed and remarkable corrections to the measured Green＇s functions have been obtained.
