Regression analysis of squeezing-induced hybrid nanofluid flow in Darcy-Forchheimer porous medium

This article presents a mathematical model addressing a scenario involving a hybrid nanofluid flow between two infinite parallel plates. One plate remains stationary, while the other moves downward at a squeezing velocity. The space between these plates contains a Darcy-Forchheimer porous medium. A mixture of water-based fluid with gold(Au) and silicon dioxide(Si O2) nanoparticles is formulated. In contrast to the conventional Fourier's heat flux equation, this study employs the Cattaneo-Christov heat flux equation. A uniform magnetic field is applied perpendicular to the flow direction, invoking magnetohydrodynamic(MHD) effects. Further, the model accounts for Joule heating, which is the heat generated when an electric current passes through the fluid. The problem is solved via NDSolve in MATHEMATICA. Numerical and statistical analyses are conducted to provide insights into the behavior of the nanomaterials between the parallel plates with respect to the flow, energy transport, and skin *** findings of this study have potential applications in enhancing cooling systems and optimizing thermal management strategies. It is observed that the squeezing motion generates additional pressure gradients within the fluid, which enhances the flow rate but reduces the frictional drag. Consequently, the fluid is pushed more vigorously between the plates, increasing the flow velocity. As the fluid experiences higher flow rates due to the increased squeezing effect, it spends less time in the region between the plates. The thermal relaxation, however, abruptly changes the temperature, leading to a decrease in the temperature fluctuations.

Doctors’Dilemma in Auspicious Pulse Diagnosis Represented in Ming-Qing Fiction

Auspicious pulse diagnosis/pregnancy diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine involves such issues as medical skills,narrative skills,family decency,and *** is an excellent case for the exploration of ethical dilemmas in traditional Chinese medical *** early classical medical texts such as Su Wen(Basic Questions)and Ling Shu Jing(Spiritual Pivot Canon)provide a principle-based ethical guide for doctor-patient communication,while popular fiction such as Hong Lou Meng(A Dream of Red Mansions),Yu Mu Xing Xin Bian(Stories:Entertain to Enlighten),and Feng Yue Meng(Courtesans and Opium)in the Ming and Qing dynasties present literary examples for solving ethical *** article will analyze these texts from three ***,the doctors in the text were subject to gender order and other delicate etiquette and customs,therefore were unable to make the diagnosis without embarrassing the patients and jeopardizing family ***,the narrator tends to attribute pregnancy misdiagnosis to three reasons:incomplete patient information,doctors’poor narrative competence,and doctors’corrupted medical ***,the Ming-Qing fiction proposes three methods to solve this moral dilemma:clear pulse reading,tactful speech,and taboo *** discussion of moral dilemmas in pregnancy diagnosis in traditional Chinese medical practice can be used as a reference for the localization of narrative medicine.

Rotated hyperbola model for smooth support vector machine for classification

This article puts forward a novel smooth rotated hyperbola model for support vector machine( RHSSVM) for classification. As is well known,the support vector machine( SVM) is based on statistical learning theory( SLT)and performs its high precision on data classification. However,the objective function is non-differentiable at the zero point. Therefore the fast algorithms cannot be used to train and test the SVM. To deal with it,the proposed method is based on the approximation property of the hyperbola to its asymptotic lines. Firstly,we describe the development of RHSSVM from the basic linear SVM optimization programming. Then we extend the linear model to non-linear model. We prove the solution of RHSSVM is convergent,unique,and global optimal. We show how RHSSVM can be practically implemented. At last,the theoretical analysis illustrates that compared with other three typical models,the rotated hyperbola model has the least error on approximating the plus function. Meanwhile,computer simulations show that the RHSSVM can reduce the consuming time at most 54. 6% and can efficiently handle large scale and high dimensional programming.

Synthesis, molecular docking and antibacterial evaluation of 2-（ 4-（ 4-aminophenylsulfonyl）phenylam ino ）-3-（thiophen-2- ylthio）naphthalene-1,4-dione derivatives

A new series of 2-（4-（4-aminophenylsulfonyl） phenylamino）-3-（thiophen-2-ylthio）naphthalene-1,4-dione derivatives （3a-3n） were synthesized and characterized by spectral techniques. To understand the interaction of binding sites with bacterial protein receptor, the docking study was performed by the GLIDE program and compound N-（4-（4-（1,4-dioxo-3-（thiophen-2-ylthio）- 1,4- dihydronaphthalen-2-ylamino）phenylsulfonyl）phenyl）-3- methylbenzamide （3b） exhibited good glide and E model scores of-5.89 and -94.90, respectively. Moreover among all the molecules studied including the standards used, namely Sparfloxacin （4.8 μg/mL） and Norfloxacin （no inhibition observed） for their antibacterial property, compound N-（4-（4-（1,4-dioxo-3-（thiophen-2-ylthio）- 1,4- dihydronaphthalen-2-ylamino）phenylsulfonyl）phenyl）-4- nitrobenzamide （3e） exhibited the lowest minimum inhibitory concentration （MIC） value of 1.3 μg/mL against Proteus vulgaris.

Impact of tourism on the vigilance behavior of the Cyprus rock agama(Laudakia cypriaca)

Escape behavior is a common antipredator strategy among wild ***,we investigated the effect of four factors on the vigilance behavior of the endemic Cyprus rock agama(Laudakia cypriaca).Flight initiation distance(FID,the minimum distance to which an observer can approach a lizard before it flees)was measured in relation to the type of location(tourist *** area),the observer’s starting distance,air temperature,and substrate *** collected data for 39 agamas in tourist areas and 34 of these lizards in nontourist *** a whole,the mean starting distance was 10.5 m and the FID was 3.6 *** average substrate temperature was 34.0℃ and the average air temperature 29.6℃.Only the type of area affected the agamas’escape decisions with FID being 1.8 m shorter in tourist areas than in nontourist areas(2.7 m vs.4.5 m).This is probably due to the habituation of lizards to the presence of humans in the former *** study shows that tourism strongly affects the behavior of lizards,which may have consequences for the functioning of the *** can increase the safety of lizards by creating a human shield to deter *** the tourist season is over,lizards may become more vulnerable to predators.
