In many regression analysis,the authors are interested in regression mean of response variate given predictors,not its the conditional *** paper is concerned with dimension reduction of predictors in sense of mean function of response conditioning on *** authors introduce the notion of partial dynamic central mean dimension reduction subspace,different from central mean dimension reduction subspace,it has varying subspace in the domain of predictors,and its structural dimensionality may not be the same point by *** authors study the property of partial dynamic central mean dimension reduction subspace,and develop estimated methods called dynamic ordinary least squares and dynamic principal Hessian directions,which are extension of ordinary least squares and principal Hessian directions based on central mean dimension reduction *** kernel estimate methods for dynamic ordinary least squares and dynamic Principal Hessian Directions are employed,and large sample properties of estimators are given under the regular *** and real data analysis demonstrate that they are effective.

The emergent two-dimensional(2D)material,tin diselenide(SnSe_(2)),has garnered significant consideration for its potential in image capturing systems,optical communication,and optoelectronic ***,SnSe_(2)-based photodetection faces obstacles,including slow response speed and low normalized *** this work,photodetectors based on SnS/SnSe_(2)and SnSe/SnSe_(2)p−n heterostructures have been implemented through a polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)−assisted transfer *** photodetectors demonstrate broad-spectrum photoresponse within the 405 to 850 nm wavelength *** photodetector based on the SnS/SnSe_(2)heterostructure exhibits a significant responsivity of 4.99×10^(3)A∙W^(−1),normalized detectivity of 5.80×10^(12)cm∙Hz^(1/2)∙W^(−1),and fast response time of 3.13 ms,respectively,owing to the built-in electric ***,the highest values of responsivity,normalized detectivity,and response time for the photodetector based on the SnSe/SnSe_(2)heterostructure are 5.91×10^(3)A∙W^(−1),7.03×10^(12)cm∙Hz^(1/2)∙W−1,and 4.74 ms,*** their photodetection performances transcend those of photodetectors based on individual SnSe_(2),SnS,SnSe,and other commonly used 2D *** work has demonstrated an effective strategy to improve the performance of SnSe_(2)-based photodetectors and paves the way for their future commercialization.

The capacitance of an organic Schottky diode based on copper phthalocyanine （CuPc） is investigated. Based on the organic small-signal equivalent model established, we calculate the reverse capacitance CMetal Of the organic Schottky diode with different kinds of metal cathodes （Mg, Al, Au）. It is found that the reverse capacitance of the organic Schottky diode shows behavior as CMg 〉 CAl 〉 CAu at the same frequency, and according to our analysis, the reverse Schottky junction capacitance Cj is expected to have little effect on the reverse capacitance of the organic Schottky diode, and the space-charge limited current capacitance Us is considered to dominate the reverse capacitance, which limits the improvement of frequency characteristics of organic Schottky diodes.

In this paper, we develop a large-capacity quantum digital secret sharing(QDSS) scheme, combined the Fibonacci- and Lucas-valued orbital angular momentum(OAM) entanglement with the recursive Fibonacci and Lucas matrices. To be exact, Alice prepares pairs of photons in the Fibonacci- and Lucas-valued OAM entangled states, and then allocates them to two participants, say, Bob and Charlie, to establish the secret key. Moreover, the available Fibonacci and Lucas values from the matching entangled states are used as the seed for generating the Fibonacci and Lucas matrices. This is achieved because the entries of the Fibonacci and Lucas matrices are recursive. The secret key can only be obtained jointly by Bob and Charlie, who can further recover the secret. Its security is based on the facts that nonorthogonal states are indistinguishable, and Bob or Charlie detects a Fibonacci number, there is still a twofold uncertainty for Charlie'(Bob') detected value.

One problem associated with microcavity devices is the significant difference between the reflection spectra of fabricated porous silicon microcavity(PSM) devices and those obtained by theoretical calculation of ideal microcavity *** address this problem, studies were carried out to determine the effects of the refractive index dispersion, the absorption of the porous silicon layer and the fluctuation of the dielectric interface on the reflection spectra of PSM *** results are in good agreement with those obtained experimentally from the fabricated PSM devices, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of PSM sensors.

In order to select effective feature subsets for pattern classification, a novel statistics rough set method is presented based on generalized attribute reduction. Unlike classical reduction approaches, the objects in universe of discourse are signs of training sample sets and values of attributes are taken as statistical parameters. The binary relation and discernibility matrix for the reduction are induced by distance function. Furthermore, based on the monotony of the distance function defined by Mahalanobis distance, the effective feature subsets are obtained as generalized attribute reducts. Experiment result shows that the classification performance can be improved by using the selected feature subsets.

Ship detection using synthetic aperture radar(SAR)plays an important role in marine *** existing methods are capable of quickly obtaining many candidate targets,but numerous non-ship objects may be wrongly detected in complex *** non-ship false alarms can be excluded by training discriminators,and the desired accuracy is obtained with enough verified ***,the reliable verification of targets in large-scene SAR images still inevitably requires manual interpretation,which is difficult and time *** address this issue,a semisupervised heterogeneous ensemble ship target discrimination method based on a tri-training scheme is proposed to take advantage of the plentiful candidate ***,various features commonly used in SAR image target discrimination are extracted,and several acknowledged classification models and their classic variants are *** discriminators are constructed by dividing these features into different groups and pairing them with each ***,the performance of all the discriminators is tested,and better discriminators are selected for implementing the semisupervised training *** strategies enhance the diversity and reliability of the discriminators,and their heterogeneous ensemble makes more correct judgments on candidate targets,which facilitates further positive *** results demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms traditional tritraining.
