This paper deals with the problem of non-fragile linear parameter-varying（LPV） H_∞ control for morphing aircraft with asynchronous *** switched LPV model of morphing aircraft is established by Jacobian linearization approach according to the nonlinear *** data missing is taken into account in the link from sensors to controllers and the link from controllers to actuators,which satisfies Bernoulli *** non-fragile switched LPV controllers are constructed with consideration of the uncertainties of controllers and asynchronous switching *** parameter-dependent Lyapunov functional method and mode-dependent average dwell time（MDADT） method are combined to guarantee the stability and prescribed performance of the *** sufficient conditions on the solvability of the problem are derived in the form of linear matrix inequalities（LMI）.In order to achieve higher efficiency of the designing process,an algorithm is applied to divide the whole set into subsets *** results are provided to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the method in the paper.

Unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)has been widely used in many fields and is arousing global *** the resolution of the equipped sensors in the UAV becomes higher and the tasks become more complicated,much higher data rate and longer communication range are required in the foreseeable *** the millimeter-wave(mm Wave)band can provide more abundant frequency resources than the microwave band,much higher achievable rate can be guaranteed to support UAV services such as video surveillance,hotspot coverage,and emergency communications,*** flexible mm Wave beamforming can be used to overcome the high path loss caused by the long propagation *** this paper,we study three typical application scenarios for mm Wave-UAV communications,namely communication terminal,access point,and backbone *** present several key enabling techniques for UAV communications,including beam tracking,multi-beam forming,joint Tx/Rx beam alignment,and full-duplex relay *** show the coupling relation between mm Wave beamforming and UAV positioning for mm Wave-UAV ***,we summarize the challenges and research directions of mm Wave-UAV communications in detail.

This paper highlights the crucial role of Indonesia’s GNSS receiver network in advancing Equatorial Plasma Bubble(EPB)studies in Southeast and East Asia,as ionospheric irregularities within EPB can disrupt GNSS signals and degrade positioning *** by the Indonesian Geospatial information Agency(BIG),the Indonesia Continuously Operating Reference Station(Ina-CORS)network comprises over 300 GNSS receivers spanning equatorial to southern low-latitude ***-CORS is uniquely situated to monitor EPB generation,zonal drift,and dissipation across Southeast *** provide a practical tool for EPB research,by sharing two-dimensional rate of Total Electron Content(TEC)change index(ROTI)derived from this *** generate ROTI maps with a 10-minute resolution,and samples from May 2024 are publicly available for further scientific *** preliminary findings from the ROTI maps of Ina-CORS are ***,the Ina-CORS ROTI maps reveal that the irregularities within a broader EPB structure persist longer,increasing the potential for these irregularities to migrate farther ***,we demonstrate that combined ROTI maps from Ina-CORS and GNSS receivers in East Asia and Australia can be used to monitor the development of ionospheric irregularities in Southeast and East *** have demonstrated the combined ROTI maps to capture the development of ionospheric irregularities in the Southeast/East Asian sector during the G5 Geomagnetic Storm on May 11,*** observed simultaneous ionospheric irregularities in Japan and Australia,respectively propagating northwestward and southwestward,before midnight,whereas Southeast Asia’s equatorial and low-latitude regions exhibited irregularities *** sharing ROTI maps from Indonesia and integrating them with regional GNSS networks,researchers can conduct comprehensive EPB studies,enhancing the understanding of EPB behavior across Southeast and East Asia and contributing significantly to ionosphe

In order to improve the stability and reliability of high voltage direct current(HVDC)transmission lines in cold regions,this article investigated the corona discharges and the icicle growth characteristics on outdoor insulators under DC *** experiments were conducted at CIGELE laboratory at University of *** simulation model of corona discharges and the theoretical model of icicle growth were *** dynamic process and interactive characteristics between the icicle growth and corona discharges under different HVDC voltages were *** results showed that the discharge activity was strong and the cooling effect of ionic air was weak under negative DC voltage,resulting in a large number of bubbles inside the *** negative ions were produced under negative DC voltage,which enhanced the polarisation of water droplets,leading to a greater density of ice beads outside the *** addition,the longest icicles of each insulator under high humidity could bridge the shed *** accumulated charge and leakage current were higher under negative DC voltage,as well as the corona discharge at the top of the icicles lasted ***,the negative DC corona discharge more significantly inhibited the growth of the icicle,resulting in a slower growth rate of the icicles.

The current intelligent auxiliary diagnosis models all follow the closed-set recognition setting. After the model is deployed online, the input data is often not completely controlled. Diagnosing an untrained disease as a known category would lead to serious medical malpractice. Therefore, realizing the open-set recognition is significant to the safe operation of the intelligent auxiliary diagnosis model. Currently, most open-set recognition models are studied for natural images, and it is very challenging to obtain clear and concise decision boundaries between known and unknown classes when applied to fine-grained medical images. We propose an open-set recognition network for medical images based on fine-grained data mixture and spatial position constraint loss(FGM-SPCL) in this *** the fine graininess of medical images and the diversity of unknown samples, we propose a fine-grained data mixture(FGM) method to simulate unknown data by performing a mixing operation on known data to expand the coverage of unknown data difficulty levels. In order to obtain a concise and clear decision boundary, we propose a spatial position constraint loss(SPCL) to control the position distribution of prototypes and samples in the feature space and maximize the distance between known classes and unknown classes. We validate on a private ophthalmic OCT dataset, and extensive experiments and analyses demonstrate that FGM-SPCL outperforms state-of-the-art models.

This paper considers the problem of passivity analysis of singularly perturbed systems with nonlinear uncertainties. By a novel storage function depending on the singular perturbation parameter, a new method for estimating the allowable upper bound of the singular perturbation parameter is proposed, under which the singularly perturbed system is passive when the singular perturbation parameter is lower than this upper bound. The proposed method is shown to be less conservative than the existing method because the adopted storage function is more general. Finally, a RLC circuit is presented to illustrate the advantages and effectiveness of the proposed method.

Dynamic community detection is significant for controlling and capturing the temporal features of networks. The evolutionary clustering framework provides a temporal smoothness constraint for simultaneously maximizing the clustering quality at the current time step and minimizing the clustering deviation between two successive time steps. Based on this framework, some existing methods, such as the evolutionary spectral clustering and evolutionary nonnegative matrix factorization, aim to look for the low-dimensional representation by mapping reconstruction. However, such reconstruction does not address the nonlinear characteristics of networks. In this paper, we propose a semi-supervised algorithm(sE-Autoencoder) to overcome the effects of nonlinear property on the low-dimensional representation. Our proposed method extends the typical nonlinear reconstruction model to the dynamic network by constructing a temporal matrix. More specifically, the potential community characteristics and the previous clustering, as the prior information,are incorporated into the loss function as a regularization term. Experimental results on synthetic and realworld datasets demonstrate that the proposed method is effective and superior to other methods for dynamic community detection.
