Electrocardiographic characteristics of pediatric and adolescent football players

By using document research methods, contemporary school sports education thoughts of Chinese, American, Japanese, German are analyzed in multi-angles. The similarities among them are: teaching aims pay attention to reflect "health", "lifelong", "individual", "ability" and "flexible";teaching contents emphasize on the unities between sports and health knowledge education, competitions and fitness, also events should be of varieties;teaching methods are inclined to flexible and various, and teacher’s guidance and students’ initiative are fundamental. Differences are all the sports physical education thoughts present different longitudinal arrangement characteristics, due to cultural differences, national thinking ways and connotation uniqueness.

As adolescent mental health problems are becoming a more serious issue globally,this paper explores the relationship of physical activity in adolescents and its frequency on mental health as well as examines the mediating effects of life satisfaction and self-rated health in order to provide a reference for the promotion of mental health in adolescents.A sample of 3578 Chinese high school students completed questionnaires assessing their mental health,physical activity frequency,life satisfaction,and self-rated *** mean SCL-90 value for adolescents was found to be 1.629%,and 24.73%of adolescents had varying degrees of mental health *** physical activity frequency is positively associated with improved mental health(p<0.001).Additionally,life satisfaction and self-rated health were found to play significant mediating roles in the relationship between physical activity frequency and mental ***,low-frequency physical activity had the most pronounced mediating effect on mental health through life satisfaction,while high-frequency physical activity exerted the most significant mediating effect on mental health through self-rated *** findings underscore the importance of promoting physical activity among adolescents and highlight the distinct pathways through which physical activity frequency can influence mental health *** research is needed to explore these relationships in diverse populations and settings,as well as to develop targeted intervention.

The Effects of Mindfulness-Based Interventions on Symptoms of Mild Traumatic Brain Injury:A Systematic Review

Mindfulness-based interventions(MBIs)are emerging non-pharmacological treatments for mild traumatic brain injury(mTBI).In this systematic review,the authors aimed to evaluate the potential efficacy of MBIs to provide recommendations for treating patients with *** searched of the English literature on MBIs for patients with mTBI as of 01 September,2023,using the PubMed,Web of Science,PsycINFO,and Scopus *** author performed data extraction and quality scoring of the included literature according to the proposed protocol,and another conducted the *** review was not registered.A total of 11 studies met the final inclusion criteria,5 of which involved military personnel(veterans).MBIs covered in this review include goal-oriented attention self-regulation(GOALS),mindfulness-based stress reduction(MBSR),acceptance and commitment therapy(ACT),and so *** shows that MBSR mainly reduces mental fatigue symptoms in mTBI patients,and GOALS tend to improve their cognitive *** effect of MBIs on psychological symptoms needs further *** studies,such as mindfulness-based group therapy and intervention studies targeting mTBI military personnel,are relatively *** have specific effects on mental fatigue and cognitive dysfunction in patients with ***,the effect on psychological distress and the sustained effectiveness across all symptoms still need further *** the particularity of military personnel suffering from mTBI,researchers need to do more intervention studies targeting mTBI military ***,the design of future MBIs trials for mTBI patients’needs to take into account all the factors,such as different populations and severity of traumatic brain injury,to verify the effectiveness of MBIs in alleviating mTBI symptoms and explore the mechanism of intervention.

Due to ever-growing soccer data collection approaches and progressing artificial intelligence(AI) methods, soccer analysis, evaluation, and decision-making have received increasing interest from not only the professional sports analytics realm but also the academic AI research community. AI brings gamechanging approaches for soccer analytics where soccer has been a typical benchmark for AI research. The combination has been an emerging topic. In this paper, soccer match analytics are taken as a complete observation-orientation-decision-action(OODA) *** addition, as in AI frameworks such as that for reinforcement learning, interacting with a virtual environment enables an evolving model. Therefore, both soccer analytics in the real world and virtual domains are discussed. With the intersection of the OODA loop and the real-virtual domains, available soccer data, including event and tracking data, and diverse orientation and decisionmaking models for both real-world and virtual soccer matches are comprehensively reviewed. Finally, some promising directions in this interdisciplinary area are pointed out. It is claimed that paradigms for both professional sports analytics and AI research could be combined. Moreover, it is quite promising to bridge the gap between the real and virtual domains for soccer match analysis and decision-making.

In crowdsourcing scenarios, we can hire crowd workers to label crowdsourced tasks and then use label integration algorithms to infer the integrated label for each instance in the tasks. As more and more label integration algorithms are proposed, the performance of inference based only on the information of the inferred instance gradually converges. Recent algorithms attempt to exploit the information of the inferred instance's nearest neighbors to infer and achieve good performance. However, when crowdsourced tasks are class-imbalanced, negative instances are more easily to occur in the nearest neighbors because negative instances are the majority, and thus recent algorithms are more easily biased toward the negative class. To this end, in this paper, we propose a novel label integration algorithm called farthest-nearest neighbor-based weighted voting(FNNWV) for class-imbalanced crowdsourcing. Specifically, FNNWV considers the nearest neighbors to be more similar to the inferred instance and thus uses them to vote ayes in weighted voting. Yet at the same time, FNNWV considers the farthest neighbors to be more different from the inferred instance and thus uses them to vote nays in weighted voting. Since negative instances are easier to occur in both the nearest neighbors and the farthest neighbors, FNNWV weakens the effect of negative instances by voting ayes and nays. The experimental results on 22 simulated and one real-world crowdsourced datasets show that FNNWV significantly outperforms all the other state-of-the-art competitors.

We examined the effects of resistance and aerobic exercise on the gene expression and biometabolic processes of aging skeletal muscle in senescence-accelerated mouse/prone 8 mice,a model of sarcopenia,and compared them with senescence-accelerated mouse/resistant 1 mice acting as *** found that exercise improved muscle strength,endurance,fiber size,also modulated genes and pathways related to synaptic transmission,potassium transport,JAK-STAT signaling,and PI3K-Akt *** results suggested that BDNF,JAK2,RhoC,Myh6,Stat5a,Tnnc1,and other genes may mediate the beneficial effects of exercise on sarcopenia through these pathways.

The single-station microtremor method is one of the fastest,most reliable,and cheapest methods used to identify dynamic soil *** study utilizes 49 single-station microtremor measurements to identify the dynamic soil properties of the Hilalkent quarter of the Yakutiye district in *** dominant frequency and the amplification factor were calculated by using the Nakamura horizontal/vertical spectral ratio(H/V)*** the soil dominant frequency values varied between 0.4 Hz and 10 Hz,the soil amplification factor changed between 1 and *** H/V values were acquired with lower frequency *** vulnerability index(K_(g))and shear strain parameters that are utilized to estimate the damage that may be caused by an earthquake were *** in the west side of the study area,higher K_(g) values were *** shear strain map was created with 0.25 g,0.50 g and 0.75 g bedrock accelerations,and soil types that lost elasticity during an earthquake were *** average shear wave velocity for the first 30 m(V_(s30))was ***,it was observed that the western part of the study area,which resulted in a higher period and higher H/V,higher K_(g) and lower V_(s30) values,presents a higher risk of damage during an earthquake.

The structural engineering of metastable nanomaterials with abundant defects has attracted much attention in energy-related fields. The high-temperature shock(HTS) technique, as a rapidly developing and advanced synthesis strategy, offers significant potential for the rational design and fabrication of high-quality nanocatalysts in an ultrafast, scalable, controllable and eco-friendly way. In this review, we provide an overview of various metastable micro-and nanomaterials synthesized via HTS, including single metallic and bimetallic nanostructures, high entropy alloys, metal compounds(e.g. metal oxides) and carbon nanomaterials. Note that HTS provides a new research dimension for nanostructures, i.e. kinetic modulation. Furthermore, we summarize the application of HTS—as supporting films for transmission electron microscopy grids—in the structural engineering of 2D materials, which is vital for the direct imaging of metastable materials. Finally, we discuss the potential future applications of high-throughput and liquid-phase HTS strategies for non-equilibrium micro/nano-manufacturing beyond energy-related *** is believed that this emerging research field will bring new opportunities to the development of nanoscience and nanotechnology in both fundamental and practical aspects.
