Taking a coordinated approach to promoting the rule of law at home and in matters involving foreign parties stands as one of the essentials of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of *** profound essence of this concept is predominantly articulated through the dialectic nexus between the rule of law at home and in matters involving foreign parties and the foundational necessities and underlying principles for their coordinated *** concept is intellectually rooted in the legal theory of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,the theory of major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics,modern progressive theories of international law,and the exemplary facets of traditional Chinese *** is aligned with contemporary trends and in harmony with the need to take a holistic approach to imperatives at home and *** philosophy underscores the approach to building a human community with a shared future through the rule of law,guaranteeing the fruition of national strategic *** resonates with profound contemporary,integrative,international,and strategic ***,the focus should be on fostering the development of foreign-related rule of law,maintaining the correct equilibrium between the dyad of rule of law in domestic and foreign-related *** is imperative to augment strategic design and institutional construction in the realm of rule of law on issues related to foreign parties,step up research on and practical application of international law,and reinforce the cultivation of legal professionals in this area to take a coordinated approach to advance the rule of law at home and in matters involving foreign parties.

Objective:The importance of good sleep for energy recovery and overall physical and mental health cannot be ***,the increasing competitiveness of society,diversifying lifestyles,and the rapid spread of the internet and electronic devices have significantly impacted people’s sleep patterns,particularly through bedtime ***,this study aims to investigate the relationship and underlying mechanisms between sleep determination,anxiety,and bedtime procrastination among the Chinese ***:The study utilized data from a national survey—the China Residents’Sleep Condition Survey(November 2021,with 6,037 participants).By constructing mediation and moderation models,it analyzed the relationship and mechanisms between sleep determination and bedtime procrastination,highlighting the dual role of anxiety:as a mediator between sleep determination and bedtime procrastination,and as a moderator of their ***:There was a negative correlation between sleep determination and bedtime procrastination;anxiety was related to an increase in bedtime procrastination behaviors;In the interplay between sleep determination and pre-bedtime procrastination,the regulatory effect of anxiety is found to be more pronounced than its intermediary role,with anxiety significantly diminishing the inverse relationship between sleep determination and procrastination before ***:Bedtime procrastination can lead to sleep issues,thus reducing sleep *** sleep determination or alleviating pre-sleep anxiety can help inhibit bedtime procrastination *** and reducing bedtime procrastination is one of the effective measures to improve sleep quality.

To achieve high-quality economic development,it is imperative to prioritize the real economy and foster new factors for economic ***,as a new factor of production,plays a pivotal role in facilitating the seamless integration between digital technology and the real *** possesses inherent attributes and techno-economic characteristics that enable the extraction of value across various processes,including production,transaction,consumption,and regulatory *** integration with digital technology enhances the productivity and efficiency of the real economy by facilitating service sector digitalization,accelerating the growth of the new real economy,and supporting the virtual economy in its role of serving the real *** present,unleashing the value of data is hindered by inadequate fundamental systems for the data,a lack of activity in the transaction market,and the underutilization of the data as a factor of production by enterprises in the real ***,it is advised that data be fully utilized to develop the real economy through the four-pronged approach of“enhancing support for the high-quality provision of the data,expediting the integration of the data into the real economy,promoting the high-quality development of the real economy,and enhancing public service and governance systems”.

Existing research has shown that political crisis events can directly impact the tourism ***,the current methods suffer from potential changes of unobserved variables,which poses challenges for a reliable evaluation of the political crisis *** paper proposes a panel counterfactual approach with Internet search index,which can quantitatively capture the change of crisis impacts across time and disentangle the effect of the event of interest from the *** also provides a tool to examine potential channels through which the crisis may affect tourist *** research empirically applies the framework to analyze the THAAD event on tourist flows from the Chinese Mainland to South *** highlight the strong and negative short-term impact of the political crisis on the tourists' intentions to visit a *** paper provides essential evidence to help decision-makers improve the management of the tourism crisis.

Populism combines the following characteristics:a rejection of economic policies linked to globalization;a condemnation of political and economic elites perceived as allied,directly or indirectly,to globalization policies;a nationalist conception of the national interest;a mistrust of immigration,seen as a threat to identity;as for populism’s supporters,a rather popular sociological profile,and an electoral profile that tends toward the“hard right”(“droite dure”),without ruling out bridges to the“hard left”(“gauche dure”).Having said this,I propose to defend three theses:populism is not the solution to the problems of the countries where it is developing,whether in France,the United States or elsewhere;it would be dangerous,however,to ignore the crises of which populism is the product;it is essential to take the measure of the problems that favor its emergence and to try to provide answers to them.

Ukiyo-e(浮世絵) was a genre of popular art during the Edo and Meiji periods in Japan. Moxibustion, which was originally introduced from China, was also in its heyday and became one of the popular topics for ukiyo-e artists at that time. Using the images as historical evidence perspective, this article focuses on the moxibustion used in daily life in Japan depicted in the ukiyo-e arts. With the perspective of acu-moxa therapy, one may identify some specific issues in the acupoint selection, leading to the discovery of special application of moxibustion used by the group of yūjo(遊女) at that time. The article concludes by exploring gender issues in ukiyo-e arts and the implications of punishment attached to moxibustion treatment.

Arctic education refers not only to the teaching,but also to research,communication,dissemination as well as popularization of knowledge related to the *** article reviews joint efforts between Chinese and American educators and researchers to promote cooperation and understanding in Arctic education and research,and examines the facing challenges of *** education cooperation which include current political or economic tensions between the two countries,the differing perspectives and priorities on Arctic policy,the disproportion in Arctic scientific research,different research methodologies and discourse system in social *** article also argues that there are opportunities for the two countries to cooperate in Arctic *** goals and interests in the Arctic,Arctic-dedicated institutions with significant Arctic research capabilities and partnerships around the world provide foundations for Arctic education *** implementation of a new science-based Arctic treaty of the Arctic Council is an opportunity for *** education *** for future cooperation,it suggests that in addition to promoting the direct bilateral cooperation,cooperation within international cooperation platforms and mechanisms,especially within the Arctic Council also needs to be further promoted.
