This editorial,inspired by a recent study published in the World Journal of Gastrointestinal Oncology,covers the research findings on microbiota changes in various *** recurrent colorectal polyps,the abundances of Klebsiella,Parvimonas,and Clostridium increase,while those of Bifidobacterium and Lactoba-cillus *** dysbiosis may promote the formation and recurrence of *** microbial changes have also been observed in colorectal cancer,inflammatory bowel disease,autism spectrum disorder,and metabolic syndrome,indicating the role of increased pathogens and decreased probiotics in these *** the gut microbiota,particularly by increasing probiotic levels,may help prevent polyp recurrence and promote gut *** microbial intervention strategy holds promise as an adjunctive treatment for patients with colorectal polyps.

Machine learning(ML)is increasingly applied for medical image processing with appropriate learning *** applications include analyzing images of various organs,such as the brain,lung,eye,etc.,to identify specific flaws/diseases for *** primary concern of ML applications is the precise selection of flexible image features for pattern detection and region *** of the extracted image features are irrelevant and lead to an increase in computation ***,this article uses an analytical learning paradigm to design a Congruent Feature Selection Method to select the most relevant image *** process trains the learning paradigm using similarity and correlation-based features over different textural intensities and pixel *** similarity between the pixels over the various distribution patterns with high indexes is recommended for disease ***,the correlation based on intensity and distribution is analyzed to improve the feature selection ***,the more congruent pixels are sorted in the descending order of the selection,which identifies better regions than the ***,the learning paradigm is trained using intensity and region-based similarity to maximize the chances of ***,the probability of feature selection,regardless of the textures and medical image patterns,is *** process enhances the performance of ML applications for different medical image *** proposed method improves the accuracy,precision,and training rate by 13.19%,10.69%,and 11.06%,respectively,compared to other models for the selected *** mean error and selection time is also reduced by 12.56%and 13.56%,respectively,compared to the same models and dataset.

The microstructures and thermodynamic properties of mixed systems comprising pyridinium ionic liquid[HPy][BF_(4)]and acetonitrile at different mole fractions were studied using molecular dynamics simulation in this *** following properties were determined:density,self-diffusion coefficient,excess molar volume,and radial distribution *** results show that with an increase in the mole fraction of[HPy][BF_(4)],the self-diffusion coefficient ***,the excess molar volume initially decreases,reaches a minimum,and then *** rules of radial distribution functions(RDFs)of characteristic atoms are *** increasing the mole fraction of[HPy][BF_(4)],the first peak of the RDFs of HA1-F decreases,while that of CT6-CT6 rises at first and then *** indicates that the solvent molecules affect the polar and non-polar regions of[HPy][BF_(4)]differently.

Natural gas resources in China are abundant. The undiscovered recoverable natural gas resources in China are estimated to be 19.27 ×10^12 m^3. Natural gas is mainly distributed in the middle and west China and offshore areas of China. The Tarim Basin, Sichuan Basin, Ordos Basin, East China Sea Basin, Tsaidam Basin, Yinggehai Basin, and Qiongdongnan Basin are the main gas-bearing basins. The natural gas resources are not distributed evenly and are under-explored in China. The deeper horizons in east China, foreland basins and craton paleo-uplifts in the middle and west China, and the offshore basins are the main exploration areas in the future.

The thermodynamic properties of a （2 ＋ 1）-dimensional black hole with non-linear electrodynamics from the viewpoint of geometry is studied and some kinds of temperatures of the black hole have been obtained. Weinhold curvature and Ruppeiner curvature are explored as information geometry. Moreover, based on Quevedo＇s theory, the Legendre invariant geometry is investigated for the black hole. We also study the relationship between the scalar curvatures of the above several metrics and the phase transitions produced from the heat capacity.

Non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA)makes multiple users to overload the same wireless resources by utilizing the superposition coding principle,so that it can improve the system capacity and spectral efficiency. Various NOMA schemes are proposed, including the Power-domain NOMA(PD-NOMA). Most of them are using Successive interference cancellation(SIC) for detection, which limits the promised performance gain brought by NOMA due to the error propagation. An Iterative SIC and parallel interference cancellation(ISP)method is proposed for the PD-NOMA system. The MaxLog-MAP(MLM) algorithm(MAP is short for Maximum a posteriori) and SIC are used for performance *** results show that the Bit error rate(BER)performance of ISP is much better than that of SIC,and is close to that of MLM. It can perform even better than MLM at low signal to noise ratio for the user with lower power allocation. The ISP can obtain the promised performance gain brought by NOMA.

Through thermodynamic calculation and electrochemistry analysis, taking the galena as example, the basis for collector matching in origin potential flotation （OPF） was studied. The results of thermodynamic calculation show that the upper limit value of pH and flotation potential of diethyldithiocarbamate （DDTC） is higher than that of xanthogenate （KBX）, which indicates that the collecting ability of DDTC for galena is better than that of KBX. The results of the interface capacitance analysis show that lead diethyldithiocarbamate （PbD2） is more steady than lead xanthogenate （Pb（BX）2） on the galena surface under the oxidation condition; the resistance analysis shows that D2（DDTC oxidizes into its dimmer） and dixanthogen （BX）2 will occur non-faradic desorption on the pyrite electrode surface when the potentials are above 0.13 V and 0.2 V respectively. A synthetical criterion ΔE of collecting ability and selectivity was proposed. The results predicted by this criterion are confirmed through flotation experiments of ore.

Two-stage sequential sampling for two rare species in western Inner Mongolia of China

To evaluate the efficiencies of different sampling methods for a rare and clustered population, we investigated the sampling effects for the two species Tamarix chinensis (Salt cedar) and Elaeagnus angustifolia (Russian olive) in western Inner Mongolia with two-stage sequential sampling, which is a new sampling method, traditional simple random sampling and two-stage sampling. Based on two-stage sequential sampling and two-stage sampling, each population was partitioned into four primary sampling units, and then two of them were randomly selected. Sampling designs were simulated based on the conditions of five secondary sampling unit areas, two criterion values, five initial secondary sampling units and two sequential secondary sampling units in 1000 repetitions. To evaluate the performance of the sampling designs for each method, the variance and relative error of the density estimates were used. The relative sampling efficiencies of the three sampling methods were compared using the same final sampling sizes. We analyzed the sampling efficiency generated by two-stage sequential sampling and found that it yielded smaller variances than those of simple random sampling and two-stage sampling in all sampling designs, and that two-stage sampling was more efficient than simple random sampling. Density estimates from the two-stage sequential sampling were very close to the true values. We also determined the optimum secondary sampling unit areas for the two species in the two-stage sequential sampling. It was best for Tamarix chinensis and Elaeagnus angustifolia when the secondary sampling unit areas were 200 and 100 m2 , respectively.
