A study on Web site accessibility with Bobby tool in Malaysia has found that only 65 out of 372 Web sites has passed the test. 76360 errors were identified from 372 Web sites. The major problems of Web sites are related to text, colour, animation, image, pixel and table. Using SEM tool, AMOS, second study has proved that the research model based on four factors (planning and preparation;development and design;management and maintenance;and security, privacy, and trust) of Web site development can be considered as not a good-fit model. This can be referred to CFI (0.666), AGFI (0.519), NFI (0.708), CFI (0.748) and TLI (0.686). The value should be greater than 0.90. However, the analysis has found that marketers still believe that these four factors are highly important in Web site development and all factors are positively correlated.

The fastening of angle tower bolts is important in tower solidity. And angle tower bolt detection is an important part of the angle tower bolt fastening task. The first step of bolt detection is to detect the angle tower bolt groups and tower connecting plates, which is convenient for the subsequent detection of angle tower bolts and planning of the robot arm movement path. Due to the irregular labeling of the angle tower bolt groups and tower connecting plates data, an instance segmentation network is used for detection. In this paper, based on YOLOv8-seg instance segmentation network, the YOLOv8-BAseg instance segmentation network is proposed by adopting the bidirectional cross-scale connection and weighted feature fusion mechanism BiFPN Add2 instead of the PAFPN feature fusion mechanism. The experimental results show that the YOLOv8-BAseg network of size n has fewer parameters, lower model complexity,providing the possibility of real-time detection when deployed on mobile *** YOLOv8n-BAseg network is trained on the Angle Tower Bolt image dataset, and the mAP50 reaches 95.3%, and the speed reaches 2.5ms per image. Compared with the yolov8n-seg instance segmentation network, its segmentation accuracy is improved by 0.4%, and 2ms improves the segmentation speed of each image. The results of the comparative experiments show that the improved model performs well in terms of model complexity, inference speed, and segmentation accuracy, which are significantly better than the existing instance segmentation model. In conclusion, the YOLOv8n-BAseg model balances the model performance and computational complexity and better meets the needs of angle steel tower bolt groups and connecting plates detection.

Each year,accidents involving ships result in significant loss of life,environmental pollution and economic *** promotion of navigation safety through risk reduction requires methods to assess the spatial distribution of the relative likelihood of ***,such methods necessitate the integration of large volumes of heterogenous datasets which are not well suited to traditional data *** paper proposes the use of the Discrete Global Grid System(DGGS)as an efficient and advantageous structure to integrate vessel traffic,metocean,bathymetric,infrastructure and other relevant maritime datasets to predict the occurrence of ship *** and heterogenous datasets are well suited for machine learning algorithms and this paper develops a spatial maritime risk model based on a DGGS utilising such an approach.A Random Forest algorithm is developed to predict the frequency and spatial distribution of groundings while achieving an R2 of 0.55 and a mean squared error of *** resulting risk maps are useful for decision-makers in planning the allocation of mitigation measures,targeted to regions with the highest *** work is identified to expand the applications and insights which could be achieved through establishing a DGGS as a global maritime spatial data structure.

Against the background of the increasing importance of green development and sustainable development, the quality management of enterprises is gradually developing in a green and healthy direction. To a certain extent, traditional quality management with enter-prise product quality as the core is difficult to adapt to the form in which enterprises focus on green quality management. Based on this, this study will use the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to build a green quality management system that conforms to the current enterprise development from the entire process of enterprise quality management: planning, production, management, sales and feedback. The results show that the green quality management system constructed in the study takes production as the core. At the same time, the study uses Company A as an example to investigate the effectiveness of the model, and also proposes corresponding solutions for Company A to improve green quality management.

In intelligent mining,planning efficient and low-energy excavation trajectories is a key *** this paper,the excavation trajectory planning algorithm based on polynomial optimization is designed for the WK-35 large mining *** excavation trajectory description model is established based on the sixth-order polynomial,and the parameters of polynomial are optimized iteratively based on genetic *** to existing algorithms,the optimization object is defined as excavation trajectories,instead of motor speed,improving the trajectory optimization *** improve the accuracy of the dynamic model,the multi-step Newton-Euler method is used instead of the Lagrange method,which can consider factors such as Coriolis force and centripetal force of each *** results are compared with other planning algorithms and actual mining samples of *** study shows that,compared to existing algorithms,the designed algorithm can reduce energy consumption in the mining process and improve excavation efficiency.

In recent years,with the increasingly complex application environment of the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV),how to solve the problem of fast and efficient trajectory planning for the UAV has attracted much *** article proposes a 3D UAV trajectory planning method based on the improved convex corner A-star algorithm to address the problems of low computational efficiency,multiple turning nodes,and the possibility of collision with obstacles in traditional A-star ***,the concepts of convex corners and adjacency relation in 3D space are proposed,and the corresponding algorithms for searching and judging are ***,a 3D convex corner A-star algorithm based on the convex corners and adjacency relation is *** generating the flight trajectory of the UAV,a Cubic B-spline trajectory smoothing method integrating multiple constraint conditions is ***,several experiments on a self built map containing dense cylindrical obstacles are *** result shows that the convex corner A-star algorithm has significantly improved the computational efficiency,substantially reduced the number of turning points,and successfully solved the problem of traditional A-star algorithm unable to obtain effective paths in large ***,the smoothed trajectory can meet the constraints of the shortest path for UAV flight,the safe distance for obstacles,and the maximum turning radius of UAV.
