To date,there is still a lack of a comprehensive explanation for caged dynamics which is regarded as one of the intricate dynamic behaviors in amorphous *** study focuses on Pd_(82)Si_(18)as the research object to further elucidate the underlying mechanism of caged dynamics from multiple perspectives,including the cage's lifetime,atomic local environment,and atomic potential *** results reveal that Si atoms exhibit a pronounced cage effect due to the hindrance of Pd atoms,resulting in an anomalous peak in the non-Gaussian *** in-depth investigation was conducted on the caged dynamics differences between fast and slow Si *** comparison to fast Si atoms,slow Si atoms were surrounded by more Pd atoms and occupied lower potential energy states,resulting in smaller diffusion displacements for the slow Si ***,slow Si atoms tend to be in the centers of smaller clusters with coordination numbers of 9 and *** the isothermal relaxation process,clusters with coordination numbers 9 and 10 have longer lifetimes,suggesting that the escape of slow Si atoms from their cages is more *** findings mentioned above hold significant implications for understanding the caged dynamics.

Electricity prices have complex features,such as high frequency,multiple seasonality,and *** factors will make the prediction of electricity prices ***,accurate electricity price prediction is important for energy producers and consumers to develop bidding *** improve the accuracy of prediction by using each algorithms’advantages,this paper proposes a hybrid model that uses the Empirical Mode Decomposition(EMD),Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average(ARIMA),and Temporal Convolutional Network(TCN).EMD is used to decompose the electricity prices into low and high frequency *** frequency components are forecasted by the ARIMA model and the high frequency series are predicted by the TCN *** results using the realistic electricity price data from Pennsylvania-New Jersey-Maryland(PJM)electricity markets show that the proposed method has a higher prediction accuracy than other single methods and hybrid methods.

The high energy density and stability of solid-state lithium metal batteries(SSLMBs)have garnered great ***-type oxides,especially Li_(6.4)La_(3)Zr_(1.4)Ta_(0.6)O_(12)(LLZTO),with high ionic conductivity,wide electrochemical window,and stability to Li metal anode,are promising solid-state electrolyte(SSEs)materials for ***,Li/LLZTO interface issues including high interface resistance,inhomogeneous Li deposition,and Li dendrite growth have hindered the practical application of ***,a multi-functional Li–SnF_(2) composite anode with Li,LiF,and Li-Sn alloy was specifically designed and *** composite anode improves the wettability to LLZTO,constructing an intimate contact interface between it and ***,ionic/electronic conductive paths in situ formed at the interface can effectively uniform Li deposition and suppress Li *** solid-state symmetric cell exhibits low interface resistance(11Ω·cm^(2)) and high critical current density(1.3 mA·cm^(−2))at 25℃.The full SSLMB based on LiFePO_(4) or LiNi_(0.5)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.3)O_(2) cathode also shows stable cycling performance and high rate *** work provides a new composite anode strategy for achieving high-energy density and high-safety SSLMBs.

An interference suppression design scheme based on conjugate weighted butterfly interleaving mapping(CWBIM)is proposed for inter-carrier interference(ICI)and inter-subband interference(IBI)in the received signals of universal filtered multi-carrier(UFMC)*** applies an interleaving mapping operation to subtract the interference coefficients of adjacent terms in ICI and IBI twice,thereby achieving suppression effects similar to the self-cancellation(SC)algorithm while maintaining the original data transmission ***,conjugate and complex weighting operations can effectively suppress the impact of phase rotation errors in high-speed mobile channel environments,thereby further improving the bit error rate(BFR)performance of the system,Moreover,butterfly operation can effectively control the computational complexity of the interleaving mapping *** analysis and simulation results show that,compared with the PSC-UFMC algorithm,the CWBIM-UFMC scheme proposed in this paper can effectively suppress ICI and IBI in the received signal without compromising data transmission efficiency and reducing computational complexity,thereby achieving good BER performance of the system.

The discovery of metal-nitrogen centers as the active sites for electrolysis has aroused significant interest in utilizing single-atom catalysts for nitrogen reduction reaction(NRR).Properly designed nanostructured catalysts that strongly interact with nitrogen molecules(N_(2))can promote adsorption and activation,thereby resulting in efficient catalysts with high stability,activity,and *** this study,using density functional theory calculations,we selected monolayer black phosphorus(BP)as the substrate and screened a series of single-atom transition metals confined in tri-coordinated and tetra-coordinated active centers(without and with N dopants)to electro-catalyze *** a result,we have identified two promising candidates(Hf_(1)-N_(1)P_(2)-1 and Tc_(1)-N_(4)),which exhibit not only low overpotentials of 0.56 and 0.49 V but also high thermodynamic and electrochemical stability,as well as good selectivity towards NRR over the competing hydrogen evolution *** also demonstrate the ability of Hf_(1)-N_(1)P_(2)-1 and Tc_(1)-N_(4) to activate and hydrogenate N_(2) by donating electrons and regulating charge *** study not only predicts new BP-based promising catalysts but also provides guidance for the rational design of high-performance NRR electrocatalysts under ambient conditions.

Filter bank multicarrier quadrature amplitude modulation(FBMC-QAM)will encounter inter-ference and noise during the process of channel *** order to suppress the interference in the communication system,channel equalization is carried out at the *** that the con-ventional least mean square(LMS)equilibrium algorithm usually suffer from drawbacks such as the inability to converge quickly in large step sizes and poor stability in small step sizes when searching for optimal weights,in this paper,a design scheme for adaptive equalization with dynamic step size LMS optimization is proposed,which can further improve the convergence and error stability of the algorithm by calling the Sigmoid function and introducing three new parameters to control the range of step size values,adjust the steepness of step size,and reduce steady-state errors in small step *** analysis and simulation results demonstrate that compared with the conventional LMS algorithm and the neural network-based residual deep neural network(Res-DNN)algorithm,the adopted dynamic step size LMS optimization scheme can not only obtain faster convergence speed,but also get smaller error values in the signal recovery process,thereby achieving better bit error rate(BER)performance.

Hyperbolic polaritons are known to exist in materials with extreme anisotropy, exhibiting exotic optical properties that enable a plethora of unusual phenomena in the fields of polaritonics and ***, achieving simultaneous low-dimensionality, high-speed controllability, and on-demand reconfigurability of the polaritons remains unexplored despite their excellent potential in light–matter interactions, photonic integrated circuits, and optoelectronic devices. Here, we propose a metasurface approach to integrating artificially engineered electromagnetic anisotropy with fast-controllable electronic elements, offering a new route to realize active topological polaritons. Experiments showcase the proposed reconfigurable metasurface can support real-time transitions of designer polaritons from elliptical to flat, and then to hyperbolic and circular isofrequency contours. Correspondingly, the in-plane surface wavefront undergoes the transitions from convex to collimating, concave, and eventually back to convex. By exploiting the topological variations in polariton dispersions, we observe intriguing phenomena of controllable field canalization and tunable planar focusing. Furthermore, we report the concept of a planar reconfigurable integrated polariton circuit by spatially tailoring the distributions of polariton isofrequency contours, unveiling rich dispersion engineering possibilities and active control capabilities. We may provide an inspiring platform for developing planar active plasmonic devices with potential applications in subdiffraction-resolution imaging,sensing, and information processing.

We present a study on a watt-level acousto-optically Q-switched Pr:YLF laser at three different repetition rates(10 kHz,20 kHz,and 50 kHz)for the first time,to the best of our *** corresponding average output powers and pulse widths were measured to be 1.14 W,1.2 W,and 1.32 W,and 40 ns,52 ns,and 80 ns,respectively.A maximum pulse energy of0.11 mJ was obtained,corresponding to a peak power of up to 2.8 kW at a repetition rate of 10 *** simulated dynamics of a fast Q-switched Pr:YLF laser is in agreement with the *** laser's ability to generate stable pulses with high peak power and short pulse width makes it highly desirable for various practical applications,such as laser machining and material processing.

Light detection and ranging (LiDAR), as a hot imaging technology in both industry and academia, has undergone rapid innovation and evolution. The current mainstream direction is towards system miniaturization and integration. There are many metrics that can be used to evaluate the performance of a LiDAR system, such as lateral resolution, ranging accuracy, stability, size, and price. Until recently, with the continuous enrichment of LiDAR application scenarios, the pursuit of imaging speed has attracted tremendous research interest. Particularly, for autonomous vehicles running on motorways or industrial automation applications, the imaging speed of LiDAR systems is a critical bottleneck. In this review, we will focus on discussing the upper speed limit of the LiDAR system. Based on the working mechanism, the limitation of optical parts on the maximum imaging speed is analyzed. The beam scanner has the greatest impact on imaging speed. We provide the working principle of current popular beam scanners used in LiDAR systems and summarize the main constraints on the scanning speed. Especially, we highlight the spectral scanning LiDAR as a new paradigm of ultrafast ***, to further improve the imaging speed, we then review the parallel detection methods, which include multiple-detector schemes and multiplexing technologies. Furthermore, we summarize the LiDAR systems with the fastest point acquisition rate reported nowadays. In the outlook, we address the current technical challenges for ultrafast LiDAR systems from different aspects and give a brief analysis of the feasibility of different approaches.
