[Objectives] To study the chemical components and relative content of Achyranthes bidentata leaves and provide a scientific basis for further development and utilization of A. bidentata leaves.[Methods] The chemical components of A. bidentata leaves were rapidly analyzed using the ultra high performance liquid chromatography-time of flight-high resolution mass spectrometry (UHPLC-TOF-MS).[Results] Thirty eight chemical compounds were identified in samples of A. bidentata leaves collected from Wen County of Henan province, in which seven chemical compounds had the relative content higher than 5%, linoleic acid reached 25.7% and inokosterone A reached 13.8%.[Conclusions] A. bidentata leaves contain many kinds of chemical compounds. This study is expected to provide a certain basis for further extraction of linoleic acid and inokosterone A.

[Objectives]To explore the effects of injection of oregano oil submicron emulsion on lipopolysaccharide-induced pneumonia in rats.[Methods]Rats induced by lipopolysaccharide were used as animal models of acute *** experiment was divided into blank group,model group,administration group and positive drug control *** morphology of lung tissue and the changes of cells and inflammatory factors in each group were observed,and the anti-inflammatory effects of injection of oregano oil submicron emulsion.[Results]The injection of oregano oil submicron emulsion can improve the pathological injury of rat lung tissue,inhibit the release of IL-6,IL-10,TNF-αcytokines induced by lipopolysaccharide,and significantly reduce the value of CRP.[Conclusions]Oregano oil submicron emulsion has a certain therapeutic effect on lipopolysaccharide-induced pneumonia in rats,and its mechanism may be related to reducing the release of cytoinflammatory factor IL-6,IL-10,and TNF-αand alleviating the injury to tissues and organs.

Research of Quality Standards for Stachydrine Hydrochloride in Chinese Medicine TJF Granule

A high-performance liquid chromatographic method was applied to the determination of stachydrine hydrochloride concentration in TJF granule (Chinese name: Tiao-Jing-Fang), using a mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile (50:50, v/v) by the Agilent Kromasi NH2 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm, S/N: 22N25110). Detection wavelength was 201 nm. The result revealed good linearity of stachydrine hydrochloride and was obtained within the range of 0.20 - 1.98 μg/mL (R = 0.9995). The average recovery was 97.01%;the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.19%. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report dedicated to the determination of stachydrine hydrochloride by the evaporative light scattering detector-high-performance liquid chromatographic (ELSD-HPLC) method.
