In an era characterized by digital pervasiveness and rapidly expanding datasets,ensuring the integrity and reliability of information is paramount.As cyber threats evolve in complexity,traditional cryptographic methods face increasingly sophisticated challenges.This article initiates an exploration into these challenges,focusing on key exchanges(encompassing their variety and subtleties),scalability,and the time metrics associated with various cryptographic processes.We propose a novel cryptographic approach underpinned by theoretical frameworks and practical engineering.Central to this approach is a thorough analysis of the interplay between Confidentiality and Integrity,foundational pillars of information security.Our method employs a phased strategy,beginning with a detailed examination of traditional cryptographic processes,including Elliptic Curve Diffie-Hellman(ECDH)key exchanges.We also delve into encrypt/decrypt paradigms,signature generation modes,and the hashes used for Message Authentication Codes(MACs).Each process is rigorously evaluated for performance and reliability.To gain a comprehensive understanding,a meticulously designed simulation was conducted,revealing the strengths and potential improvement areas of various techniques.Notably,our cryptographic protocol achieved a confidentiality metric of 9.13 in comprehensive simulation runs,marking a significant advancement over existing methods.Furthermore,with integrity metrics at 9.35,the protocol’s resilience is further affirmed.These metrics,derived from stringent testing,underscore the protocol’s efficacy in enhancing data security.

Improve Chinese Aspect Sentiment Quadruplet Prediction via Instruction Learning Based on Large Generate Models

Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis(ABSA)is a fundamental area of research in Natural Language Processing(NLP).Within ABSA,Aspect Sentiment Quad Prediction(ASQP)aims to accurately identify sentiment quadruplets in target sentences,including aspect terms,aspect categories,corresponding opinion terms,and sentiment polarity.However,most existing research has focused on English datasets.Consequently,while ASQP has seen significant progress in English,the Chinese ASQP task has remained relatively stagnant.Drawing inspiration from methods applied to English ASQP,we propose Chinese generation templates and employ prompt-based instruction learning to enhance the model’s understanding of the task,ultimately improving ASQP performance in the Chinese context.Ultimately,under the same pre-training model configuration,our approach achieved a 5.79%improvement in the F1 score compared to the previously leading method.Furthermore,when utilizing a larger model with reduced training parameters,the F1 score demonstrated an 8.14%enhancement.Additionally,we suggest a novel evaluation metric based on the characteristics of generative models,better-reflecting model generalization.Experimental results validate the effectiveness of our approach.

Graph Signal Reconstruction from Low-Resolution Multi-Bit Observations

Low hardware cost and power consumption in information transmission, processing and storage is an urgent demand for many big data problems, in which the high-dimensional data often be modelled as graph signals.This paper considers the problem of recovering a smooth graph signal by using its low-resolution multi-bit quantized observations. The underlying problem is formulated as a regularized maximum-likelihood optimization and is solved via an expectation maximization scheme. With this scheme, the multi-bit graph signal recovery(MB-GSR) is efficiently implemented by using the quantized observations collected from random subsets of graph nodes. The simulation results show that increasing the sampling resolution to 2 or 3 bits per sample leads to a considerable performance improvement, while the energy consumption and implementation costs remain much lower compared to the implementation of high resolution sampling.

With the explosive growth of false information on social media platforms, the automatic detection of multimodalfalse information has received increasing attention. Recent research has significantly contributed to multimodalinformation exchange and fusion, with many methods attempting to integrate unimodal features to generatemultimodal news representations. However, they still need to fully explore the hierarchical and complex semanticcorrelations between different modal contents, severely limiting their performance detecting multimodal falseinformation. This work proposes a two-stage detection framework for multimodal false information detection,called ASMFD, which is based on image aesthetic similarity to segment and explores the consistency andinconsistency features of images and texts. Specifically, we first use the Contrastive Language-Image Pre-training(CLIP) model to learn the relationship between text and images through label awareness and train an imageaesthetic attribute scorer using an aesthetic attribute dataset. Then, we calculate the aesthetic similarity betweenthe image and related images and use this similarity as a threshold to divide the multimodal correlation matrixinto consistency and inconsistencymatrices. Finally, the fusionmodule is designed to identify essential features fordetectingmultimodal false information. In extensive experiments on four datasets, the performance of the ASMFDis superior to state-of-the-art baseline methods.

For the task of content retrieval, analysis and generation of film and television scene images in the field of intelligent editing, fine-grained emotion recognition and prediction of images is of great significance. In this paper, the fusion of traditional perceptual features, art features and multi-channel deep learning features are used to reflect the emotion expression of different levels of the image. In addition, the integrated learning model with stacking architecture based on linear regression coefficient and sentiment correlations, which is called the LS-stacking model, is proposed according to the factor association between multi-dimensional emotions. The experimental results prove that the mixed feature and LS-stacking model can predict well on the 16 emotion categories of the self-built image dataset. This study improves the fine-grained recognition ability of image emotion by computers, which helps to increase the intelligence and automation degree of visual retrieval and post-production system.

The advent of self-attention mechanisms within Transformer models has significantly propelled the advancement of deep learning algorithms,yielding outstanding achievements across diverse domains.Nonetheless,self-attention mechanisms falter when applied to datasets with intricate semantic content and extensive dependency structures.In response,this paper introduces a Diffusion Sampling and Label-Driven Co-attention Neural Network(DSLD),which adopts a diffusion sampling method to capture more comprehensive semantic information of the data.Additionally,themodel leverages the joint correlation information of labels and data to introduce the computation of text representation,correcting semantic representationbiases in thedata,andincreasing the accuracyof semantic representation.Ultimately,the model computes the corresponding classification results by synthesizing these rich data semantic representations.Experiments on seven benchmark datasets show that our proposed model achieves competitive results compared to state-of-the-art methods.

Effects of individual heterogeneity on social contagions

Despite having significant effects on social contagions,individual heterogeneity has frequently been overlooked in earlier studies.To better understand the complexity of social contagions,a non-Markovian model incorporating heterogeneous social influence and adoption thresholds is introduced.For theoretical analysis,a generalized edge-based compartmental theory which considers the heterogeneities of social influence and adoption thresholds is developed.Focusing on the final adoption size,the critical propagation probability,and the phase transition type,social contagions for adoption thresholds that follow normal distributions with various standard deviations,follow various distributions,and correlate with degrees are investigated.When thresholds follow normal distributions,a larger standard deviation results in a larger final adoption size when the information propagation probability is relatively low.However,when the information propagation probability is relatively high,a larger standard deviation results in a smaller final adoption size.When thresholds follow various distributions,crossover phenomena in phase transition are observed when investigating the relationship of the final adoption size versus the average adoption threshold for some threshold distributions.When thresholds are correlated with degrees,similar crossover phenomena occur when investigating the relationship of the final adoption size versus the degree correlation index.Additionally,we find that increasing the heterogeneity of social influence suppresses the effects of adoption threshold heterogeneity on social contagions in three cases.Our theory predictions agree well with the simulation results.

The method of terahertz(THz)resonance with a high-quality(high-Q)factor offers a vital physical mechanism for metasurface sensors and other high-Q factor applications.However,it is challenging to excite the resonance with a high-Q factor in metasurfaces with proper sensitivity as well as figure of merit(FOM)values.Here,an all-dielectric metasurface composed of two asymmetrical rectangular blocks is suggested.Quartz and silicon are the materials applied for the substrate and cuboids respectively.The distinct resonance governed by bound states in the continuum(BIC)is excited by forming an asymmetric cluster by a novel hybrid method of cutting and moving the cuboids.The investigation focuses on analyzing the transmission spectra of the metasurface under different variations in structural parameters and the loss of silicon refractive index.When the proposed defective metasurface serves as a transmittance sensor,it shows a Q factor of 1.08×10^(4)and achieves an FOM up to 4.8×10^(6),which is obtained under the asymmetric parameter equalling 1μm.Simultaneously,the proposed defective metasurface is sensitive to small changes in refractive index.When the thickness of the analyte is 180μm,the sensitivity reaches a maximum value of 578 GHz/RIU.Hence,the proposed defective metasurface exhibits an extensive number of possible applications in the filters,biomedical diagnosis,security screening,and so on.

This paper has proposed an experimental system for non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA)wireless optical communication in challenging underwater turbulent environments,employing the gallium nitride(GaN)-based micro-LED array.This design of the GaN-based micro-LED array enables the independent transmission of signals from distinct data streams within the NOMA framework,facilitating direct optical power-domain superposition of NOMA signals.The experimental setup involves emulating oceanic turbulence channels,characterized by varying the level of scintillation intensity,to thoroughly investigate the bit error rate(BER)performance.The outcomes unequivocally demonstrate the superiority of our proposed NOMA scheme,as compared to conventional circuit-driven optical NOMA systems utilizing fixed LED array grouping,particularly in the presence of turbulent underwater channels.The proposed NOMA scheme exhibits consistently superior BER performance and maintains excellent linearity at the lower frequencies while effectively mitigating signal distortion at the higher frequencies.
