Research on the novel discretized ratio control strategies and hardware-in-the-loop test for continuous variable transmission system

Based on traditional continuous control strategy for Continuously Variable Transmission(CVT)ratio,according to the principles of shift control strategy for stepped automatic transmission,the influences of throttle opening and external resistance or vehicle speed on CVT ratio control are analyzed on bumpy *** the same variation of external resistance condition,the differences between optimal economic control strategy and optimal dynamic control strategy are ***,the traditional continuous optimal dynamic and economic control lines are divided into multi-step upshift ***,the corresponding downshift points are set to avoid the interference near shift *** that,the novel discretized ratio control methods for CVT system are *** respectively discretizing throttle opening and vehicle speed,the discretized ratio control strategy for throttle opening,and the integrated discretized ratio control strategy for throttle opening and vehicle speed are further proposed and ***,the hardware-in-the-loop(HIL)test system is built to further verify the feasibility and accuracy of discretized ratio control *** simulation and HIL test results show that the sensitivity of throttle opening and vehicle speed to ratio control is reduced dramatically,the fluctuation of ratio is decreased considerably,the transmission efficiency is increased significantly,and the jerk is declined moderately.

To improve the adaptability of TBMs in diverse geological environments,this paper proposes a reconfigurable Type-V thrust mechanism(V-TM)with rearrangeable working states,in which structural stiffness can be automatically altered during ***,millions of configurations can be obtained,and thousands of instances of working status per configuration can be set ***,the complexity of configurations and diversity of working states contributes to further complications for the structural stiffness *** results in challenges such as difficulty calculating the payload compliance index and the environment adaptability *** solve this problem,we use the configuration matrix to describe the relationship between propelling jacks under reconfiguration and adopt pattern vectors to describe the working state of each hydraulic ***,both the dynamic compatible equation between propeller forces of the hydraulic cylinders and driving forces,and the kinematic harmonizing equation between the hydraulic cylinder displacements and their deformations are ***,we derive the stiffness analytical equation using Hooke’s law and the Jacobian *** proposed approach provides an effective algorithm to support structural rigidity analysis,and lays a solid theoretical foundation for calculating the performance indexes of the *** then analyze the rigidity characteristics of typical configurations under different working states,and obtain the main factors affecting structural stiffness of the *** results show the deviation degree of structural parameters in hydraulic cylinders within the same group,and the working status of propelling ***,our constructive conclusions contribute valuable information for matching and optimization by drawing on the factors that affect the structural rigidity of the V-TM.

A dynamic model of gear transmission system which includes time-varying meshing stiffness,meshing damp and transmission error is ***,the analytical solution of the vibration response would be obtained by solving the dynamic model based on the harmonic balance *** on this basis,a dynamic performance discrete optimization model of transmission sub-system would be constructed,which sets objective function up from vibration acceleration and the total mass of transmission sub-system,treats the module,number of teeth and helix angle as design variables,and takes gear strength and assembly relationship as ***,the optimal solution of design variables could be obtained through the multivariable mixed discrete optimization program which based on the branch-bound *** results show that the vibration acceleration and the total mass of transmission sub-system reduce by 34.6%and 6.8%,respectively.

Through the analysis of roundness error separation technique of three-point method and based on the invariability and periodicity of the geometrical characteristic of measured round contour, a new matrix algorithm, which can be used to solve directly the roundness of the measured round contour without Fourier transform, is presented. On the basis of the research and analysis of the rotation error movement which is separated by using the three-point method, a mathematical equation is derived, which can be used to separate the eccentric motion of least square center of measured round contour and the pure rotation motion error of spindle in rotation motion. The correctness of this method is validated by means of simulation.

With the required increased audio pressure of the parametric ultrasonic transducer array and the difficulty to theoretically analyse the complex ultrasonic structure in audio beam application, an computationally efficient model is desired to describe the characteristic of the parametric ultrasonic transducer array for the system design and optimization. By applying the symmetry boundary conditions at the mid-plane in the thickness direction, a finite element model based on the haft thickness simplification is presented to analyze the parametric circular transducer which is designed by gluing the poly Vinylidene fluoride film （PVDF）. The validity of the proposed model is confn＇med by a comparison of finite element analysis results with the theoretical value and experimental data, which show that they are making a good agreement with each other.
