Wind power gears will be excessively worn due to lubrication failure during ***,the tribological properties of rubbing pairs are improved by filling solid lubricants into surface *** texture design,three types of topological textures(Circle(C),Hexagon(H),and Circle/Hexagon(CH))were obtained by cell topology optimization,and then three cases with 20%,30%,and 40%density were designed for each ***,SnAgCu and TiC were deposited in texture of AISI 4140 steel(AS)to obtain 9 kinds of self-lubricating *** them,AS with 30%CH density(AS-CH30)exhibits excellent mechanical and tribological *** with AS-C and AS-H,the maximum equivalent stress of AS-CH was decreased by 10.86%and 5.37%,*** coefficient and wear rate of AS-CH30 were 79.68%and 78%lower than those of *** excellent tribological performances of AS-CH30 can be attributed to the synergistic effect of topological surface and solid *** surface can not only reduce fluctuation of equivalent stress,but also promote the stored lubricants to be easily transferred at the contact interface to form a 200 nm lubricating film containing solid lubricants(mainly),oxides and wear debris.

To address the shortage of public datasets for customs X-ray images of contraband and the difficulties in deploying trained models in engineering applications,a method has been proposed that employs the Extract-Transform-Load(ETL)approach to create an X-ray dataset of contraband ***,X-ray scatter image data is collected and *** Kafka message queues and the Elasticsearch(ES)distributed search engine,the data is transmitted in real-time to cloud ***,contraband data is annotated using a combination of neural networks and manual methods to improve annotation efficiency and implemented mean hash algorithm for quick image *** method of integrating targets with backgrounds has enhanced the X-ray contraband image data,increasing the number of positive ***,an Airport Customs X-ray dataset(ACXray)compatible with customs business scenarios has been constructed,featuring an increased number of positive contraband *** tests using three datasets to train the Mask Region-based Convolutional Neural Network(Mask R-CNN)algorithm and tested on 400 real customs images revealed that the recognition accuracy of algorithms trained with Security Inspection X-ray(SIXray)and Occluded Prohibited Items X-ray(OPIXray)decreased by 16.3%and 15.1%,respectively,while the ACXray dataset trained algorithm’s accuracy was almost *** indicates that the ACXray dataset-trained algorithm possesses strong generalization capabilities and is more suitable for customs detection scenarios.

The cross-sections for the 175Lu(n,p)175Yb,175Lu(n,α)172Tm,176Lu(n,α)173Tm,175Lu(n,2n)174mLu,and 175Lu(n,2n)174gLu reactions at 13.57,14.0314.62,and 14.86 MeV neutron energies were measured using an activation *** theoretical excitation functions of these reactions were calculated using the Talys-1.95 *** reaction cross-section data experimentally obtained were analyzed and compared with experimental data reported in the literature,data from five major evaluated nuclear data libraries of IAEA,and theoretical values based on *** data obtained at some neutron energies agree with some of the data reported in the literature and theoretical values based on *** consistency of the theoretical curves of excitation functions based on Talys-1.95 with the data obtained in this study and those reported in the literature is higher than that of the evaluation curves of excitation functions for the 175Lu(n,p)175Yb,175Lu(n,α)172 Tm,and 176Lu(n,α)173Tm *** study is helpful because it provides new evaluated reaction cross-section data on lutetium(which is a fusion reactor material),improves the quality of neutron-induced reaction cross section data libraries,and advances the research on related applications.

Level pinning of anti-PT-symmetric circuits for efficient wireless power transfer

Wireless power transfer(WPT) technology based on magnetic resonance(a basic physical phenomenon)can directly transfer energy from the source to the load without wires and other physical contacts, and has been successfully applied to implantable medical devices, electric vehicles, robotic arms and other ***, due to the frequency splitting of near-field coupling, the resonant WPT system has some unique limitations, such as poor transmission stability and low efficiency. Here, we propose anti-resonance with level pinning for high-performance WPT. By introducing the anti-resonance mode into the basic WPT platform, we uncover the competition between dissipative coupling and coherent coupling to achieve novel level pinning, and construct an effective anti-parity-time(anti-PT)-symmetric non-Hermitian system that is superior to previous PT-symmetric WPT schemes. On the one hand, the eigenvalue of the anti-PT-symmetric system at resonance frequency is always pure real in both strong and weak coupling regions, and can be used to overcome the transmission efficiency decrease caused by weak coupling, as brought about by, for example, a large size ratio of the transmitter to receiver, or a long transmission *** the other hand, due to the level pinning effect of the two kinds of coupling mechanisms, the working frequency of the system is guaranteed to be locked, so frequency tracking is not required when the position and size of the receiver change. Even if the system deviates from the matching condition, an efficient WPT can be realized, thereby demonstrating the robustness of the level pinning. The experimental results show that when the size ratio of the transmitter coil to the receiver coil is 4.29(which is in the weak coupling region), the transfer efficiency of the anti-PT-symmetric system is nearly 4.3(3.2) times higher than that of the PT-symmetric system when the matching conditions are satisfied(deviated). In this research,we present the pure open multi-processing(OpenMP),pure message passing interface(MPI),and hybrid MPI/OpenMP parallel solvers within the dynamic explicit central difference algorithm for the coining process to address the challenge of capturing fine relief features of approximately 50 *** such precision demands the utilization of at least 7 million tetrahedron elements,surpassing the capabilities of traditional serial programs previously *** mitigate data races when calculating internal forces,intermediate arrays are introduced within the OpenMP *** helps ensure proper synchronization and avoid conflicts during parallel ***,in the MPI implementation,the coins are partitioned into the desired number of *** division allows for efficient distribution of computational tasks across multiple *** simulation examples are conducted to compare the three solvers with serial programs,evaluating correctness,acceleration ratio,and parallel *** results reveal a relative error of approximately 0.3%in forming force among the parallel and serial solvers,while the predicted insufficient material zones align with experimental ***,speedup ratio and parallel efficiency are assessed for the coining process *** pureMPI parallel solver achieves a maximum acceleration of 9.5 on a single computer(utilizing 12 cores)and the hybrid solver exhibits a speedup ratio of 136 in a cluster(using 6 compute nodes and 12 cores per compute node),showing the strong scalability of the hybrid MPI/OpenMP programming *** approach effectively meets the simulation requirements for commemorative coins with intricate relief patterns.

Noise pollution has become increasingly severe around the world due to fast urbanization. How to soundproof windows from outside noise is of significant interest for both academia and industry. This paper reports an experimental implementation of normalized minmax active noise control (ANC) algorithm on an open window system, where identifying the model of acoustic sound paths plays a central role. By doing this, traffic noise is attenuated by the ANC system, leading to a relatively quiet indoor environment, while the natural lighting and ventilation functions of a window are remained. Our experiments show that an average of 19 dB(A) noise reduction is achieved.
