Bipartite consensus problems of Lurie multi-agent systems over signed graphs: A contraction approach

This paper examines the bipartite consensus problems for the nonlinear multi-agent systems in Lurie dynamics form with cooperative and competitive communication between different agents. Based on the contraction theory, some new conditions for the nonlinear Lurie multi-agent systems reaching bipartite leaderless consensus and bipartite tracking consensus are presented. Compared with the traditional methods, this approach degrades the dimensions of the conditions, eliminates some restrictions of the system matrix, and extends the range of the nonlinear function. Finally, two numerical examples are provided to illustrate the efficiency of our results.

Fully homomorphic encryption(FHE)can be used for privacy-preserving aggregation of medical *** this typical application,the security against passive attacks has been well studied by Li and Micciancio(2021).In this paper,the authors further consider a“nearly passive”kind of attack,where the attacker may behave like a passive attacker in the view of the third-party *** capture the security against this hard-to-detect attack,the authors propose a new notion of IND-CPA^(rD)*** authors show that the standard LWE encryption and its related FHE schemes can not defend against IND-CPA^(rD)attack,even under a stricter rule limiting the content and number of queries made by the *** make the application of FHE schemes more secure,the authors discuss some possible modifications that may serve as countermeasures to IND-CPA^(rD)attack.

In this paper,we consider the initial-boundary value problem(IBVP)for the micropolar Naviers-Stokes equations(MNSE)and analyze a first order fully discrete mixed finite element *** first establish some regularity results for the solution of MNSE,which seem to be not available in the ***,we study a semi-implicit time-discrete scheme for the MNSE and prove L2-H1 error estimates for the time discrete ***,certain regularity results for the time discrete solution are establishes *** on these regularity results,we prove the unconditional L2-H1 error estimates for the finite element solution of ***,some numerical examples are carried out to demonstrate both accuracy and efficiency of the fully discrete finite element scheme.

Immunotherapy has great promise in improving malignant tumor ***,the efficacy of existing strategies is often limited by the immunosuppressive ***,we demonstrate an in situ bionic immunoactivator,PLT-Bec1/DTA-1,with possessed natural advantages of platelets for tumor recruitment and activation,on which DTA-1(CD357 monoclonal antibody)and Bec1 were tethered as combined immune ***-Bec1/DTA-1,as a self-triggered release repository,can deliver the pre-tethered Bec1 and DTA-1 deeply through the secretion of platelet microparticles(PMPs),thereby cooperate tacitly and exhibit superiority in immune activation of dendritic cells(DCs)and T cells via autophagy inducibility,coupled with glucocorticoid-induced tumor necrosis factor receptor(GITR)-triggered T_(Reg) suppression,remodeled the immunosuppressive network of tumor ***-Bec1/DTA-1 promoted antigen presentation and T cell proliferation,and alleviated the low activity state of bone marrow-derived dendritic cells(BMDCs)in tumor suppressive ***-Bec1/DTA-1 inhibited tumor recurrence(5-and 13-fold lower of control group in tumor volume)and CD8^(+)T/T_(Reg) ratio(6.3-and 8.8-fold *** group)in mouse tumor model after intravenous or subcutaneous ***,PLT-Bec1/DTA-1 prevented tumor colonization in lung through in situ immune activation,and was slightly superior to the combined of Bec1 and *** findings highlight the promise of delivering immunostimulatory payloads via bionic carriers,eliciting automatic in situ activation of effector immune cells in tumor microenvironment for tumor *** these results provide promising prospects into the application of immunoactivator in improving cancer synergistic immunotherapy to overcome the bottlenecks in clinic.

Stem cell regeneration is an essential biological process in the maintenance of tissue homeostasis;dysregulation of stem cell regeneration may result in dynamic diseases that show oscillations in cell *** heterogeneity and plasticity are necessary for the dynamic equilibrium of tissue homeostasis;however,how these features may affect the oscillatory dynamics of the stem cell regeneration process remains poorly ***,based on a mathematical model of heterogeneous stem cell regeneration that includes cell heterogeneity and random transition of epigenetic states,we study the conditions to have oscillation solutions through bifurcation analysis and numerical *** results show various model system dynamics with changes in different parameters associated with kinetic rates,cellular heterogeneity,and *** show that introducing heterogeneity and plasticity to cells can result in oscillation dynamics,as we have seen in the homogeneous stem cell regeneration ***,increasing the cell heterogeneity and plasticity intends to maintain tissue homeostasis under certain *** current study is an initiatory investigation of how cell heterogeneity and plasticity may affect stem cell regeneration dynamics,and many questions remain to be further studied both biologically and mathematically.

In the past two decades,model averaging,as a way to solve model uncertainty,has attracted more and more *** this paper,the authors propose a jackknife model averaging(JMA) method for the quantile single-index coefficient model,which is widely used in *** model misspecification,the model averaging estimator is proved to be asymptotically optimal in terms of minimizing out-of-sample quantile *** experiments are conducted to compare the JMA method with several model selections and model averaging methods,and the results show that the proposed method has a satisfactory *** method is also applied to a real dataset.
