A stream layered cooperative relay multicast scheme and capacity analysis in cellular systems

It is widely believed that cooperative relay technologies can improve the throughput of multicasting in mobile cellular networks significantly, however, the mobility of the relay terrninals may cause frequent relay link outage. This paper proposes a stream layered cooperative relay scheme to deal with this problem. In order to study the characteristics of layered relay channels in the scheme, the capacity region is determined based on a single and a multi relay abstract model with streams layering. Besides, to satisfy the cellular network scenario, the results are extended to a wireless Gaussian channel model. The analysis and simulation results show that the scheme guarantees the continuity of the multicast streams, and maintains the high bandwidth of relay channel, with a slight loss on system capacity.

Classification of Arrhythmia Based on Convolutional Neural Networks and Encoder-Decoder Model

Traditional assessment mode is suitable for evaluating knowledge, and is not suitable for evaluating ability. Focusing on ability training, the assessment mode combining formativeness and finality is proposed. Analyzing problem and solving problem ability, autonomous learning ability, information acquisition and expression ability, engineering practice ability and innovative thinking ability are evaluated through classroom interaction, homework, unit test, self-learning, experiment and final exam. Various questions suitable for ability assessment are drew up, such as thinking questions, discussion questions, investigation questions, analysis questions, application questions, design questions, etc.

As a common and high-risk type of disease,heart disease seriously threatens people’s *** the same time,in the era of the Internet of Thing(IoT),smart medical device has strong practical significance for medical workers and patients because of its ability to assist in the diagnosis of ***,the research of real-time diagnosis and classification algorithms for arrhythmia can help to improve the diagnostic efficiency of *** this paper,we design an automatic arrhythmia classification algorithm model based on Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)and Encoder-Decoder *** model uses Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)to consider the influence of time series features on classification ***,it is trained and tested by the MIT-BIH arrhythmia ***,Generative Adversarial Networks(GAN)is adopted as a method of data equalization for solving data imbalance *** simulation results show that for the inter-patient arrhythmia classification,the hybrid model combining CNN and Encoder-Decoder model has the best classification accuracy,of which the accuracy can reach 94.05%.Especially,it has a better advantage for the classification effect of supraventricular ectopic beats(class S)and fusion beats(class F).

Conventional maintenance mode for the traction power supply system(TPSS)is to perform scheduled regular maintenance activities for power supply equipment,while such maintenance mode may result in undue maintenance tasks and low efficiency due to different degradation processes of different sorts of *** address this problem,this paper introduces a preventive opportunistic maintenance(POM)method for TPSS based on equipment ***,a POM model is established by considering the equipment reliability degradation process based on Weibull ***,by considering the total power outage time in the planned operation cycle of TPSS as the optimization objective,the optimal maintenance scheme of TPSS is formulated by iterative method of maintenance *** proposed method is verified by introducing practical maintenance strategies and fault record data of the traction transformer,circuit breaker and disconnector in an actual TPSS of a railway *** show that the presented method can make full use of the existing fault data to develop a POM scheme for *** can improve maintenance efficiency and reduce power outage time,providing guidance to formulate scientific maintenance strategies for TPSS.

Classical rough set has a limited processing capacity in fuzzy decision table. Combining fuzzy set with classical rough set,attribute reduction algorithm on fuzzy decision table is studied. First,new similarity degree and new similarity category are defined. In the meantime,similarity category clusters which are divided by condition attribute are provided. And then,two theorems are presented. Subsequently,a new attribute reduction algorithm is proposed. Finally,the new attribute reduction algorithm is verified through a performance evaluation decision table of the self-repairing flight-control system. The result shows the proposed attribute reduction algorithm is able to deal with fuzzy decision table to a certain extent.

Sentiment analysis plays a vital role in understanding public opinions and sentiments toward various *** recent years,the rise of social media platforms(SMPs)has provided a rich source of data for analyzing public opinions,particularly in the context of election-related ***,sentiment analysis of electionrelated tweets presents unique challenges due to the complex language used,including figurative expressions,sarcasm,and the spread of *** address these challenges,this paper proposes Election-focused Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers(ElecBERT),a new model for sentiment analysis in the context of election-related ***-related tweets pose unique challenges for sentiment analysis due to their complex language,sarcasm,*** is based on the Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers(BERT)language model and is fine-tuned on two datasets:Election-Related Sentiment-Annotated Tweets(ElecSent)-Multi-Languages,containing 5.31 million labeled tweets in multiple languages,and ElecSent-English,containing 4.75million labeled tweets in *** outperforms othermachine learning models such as Support Vector Machines(SVM),Na飗e Bayes(NB),and eXtreme Gradient Boosting(XGBoost),with an accuracy of 0.9905 and F1-score of 0.9816 on ElecSent-Multi-Languages,and an accuracy of 0.9930 and F1-score of 0.9899 on *** performance of differentmodels was compared using the 2020 United States(US)Presidential Election as a case *** ElecBERT-English and ElecBERT-Multi-Languages models outperformed BERTweet,with the ElecBERT-English model achieving aMean Absolute Error(MAE)of *** paper presents a valuable contribution to sentiment analysis in the context of election-related tweets,with potential applications in political analysis,social media management,and policymaking.

Logic qubit plays an important role in current quantum communication. In this paper, we propose an efficient entanglement concentration protocol (ECP) for a new kind of logic Bell state, where the logic qubit is the concatenated Greenber- Horne- Zeilinger (C-GHZ) state. Our ECP relies on the nondemolition polarization parity check (PPC) gates constructed with cross-Kerr nonlinearity, and can distill one pair of maximally entangled logic Bell state from two same pairs of less-entangled logic Bell states. Benefit from the nondemolition PPC gates, the concentrated maximally entangled logic Bell st ate can be remained for further application. Moreover, our ECP can be rcpea ted to further concentrate the less-entangled logic Bell state. By repeating the ECP. the total success probability can be effectively increased. Based on above features, this ECP may be useful in future long-distance quantum communication.
