In order to solve the problem of losing voice packets in voice over internet protocol(VoIP),a kind of lost packets double recovery algorithm is proposed. The algorithm is based on erasure coding technique which comes from highly available data storage systems. An efficient coding scheme with higher tolerance based on STAR and Reed-Solomon( RS) erasure code is described. An efficient method is also provided which could transform the voice data packets of one dimensional bit stream into two dimensional array according to given window size. If the lost rate has increased beyond the error correction capability,packet-loss concealment will be adopted. Under various conditions of packet-loss simulation during the experiments,the algorithm has proved its better performance on MOS rating and coding rate.

Faced with the rapidly increasing Web services, it becomes a challenging issue for users to effectively and accurately discover and reuse services. Existing service discovery approaches are mainly developed for services with WSDL documents, while only a few attention is being paid to services described in natural language,especially to the RESTful services. Towards this issue, we introduce a Weighted service goal model(WSGM) by measuring the weights of service goals extracted from the textual descriptions of services. Based on the WSGM, a novel service discovery approach called Service discovery based on WSGM(WSGM-SD) is proposed. Experiments on Programmable Web, a public Web service repository, demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

To efficiently complete a complex computation task,the complex task should be decomposed into subcomputation tasks that run parallel in edge computing.Wireless Sensor Network(WSN)is a typical application of parallel computation.To achieve highly reliable parallel computation for wireless sensor network,the network's lifetime needs to be extended.Therefore,a proper task allocation strategy is needed to reduce the energy consumption and balance the load of the network.This paper proposes a task model and a cluster-based WSN model in edge computing.In our model,different tasks require different types of resources and different sensors provide different types of resources,so our model is heterogeneous,which makes the model more practical.Then we propose a task allocation algorithm that combines the Genetic Algorithm(GA)and the Ant Colony Optimization(ACO)algorithm.The algorithm concentrates on energy conservation and load balancing so that the lifetime of the network can be extended.The experimental result shows the algorithm's effectiveness and advantages in energy conservation and load balancing.

Recently,battery capacity and charging speed have been the bottlenecks of mobile communication networks.Energy harvesting(EH)relaying has become a promising solution for green 5th generation mobile communication with the advancement of wireless power transfer technology.In this paper,we investigate EH relaying in vehicular networks and adopt distributed beamforming(DB)to enhance the reliability and capacity of EH relaying.To be more specific,we propose a DB solution based on the joint optimization of power-splitting(PS)factors.For amplify-and-forward relaying,to transform the optimization problem into a quasi-convex one,we apply the semidefinite relaxation(SDR)method so that we can effectively attain the global optimal solution,while the suboptimal DB solution with distributed optimal PS factor which only requires local channel state information is also proposed.For decode-and-forward relaying,to get the optimal PS factors,we set a signal-to-noise ratio threshold at the relays,which can reduce the system error rate caused by the poor transmission link.Simulation results demonstrate the efficiency of our proposed DB-based EH relaying scheme in vehicular networks.

Driven by the rapid development of the Internet of Things,cloud computing and other emerging technologies,the connotation of cyberspace is constantly expanding and becoming the fifth dimension of human activities.However,security problems in cyberspace are becoming serious,and traditional defense measures(e.g.,firewall,intrusion detection systems,and security audits)often fall into a passive situation of being prone to attacks and difficult to take effect when responding to new types of network attacks with a higher and higher degree of coordination and intelligence.By constructing and implementing the diverse strategy of dynamic transformation,the configuration characteristics of systems are constantly changing,and the probability of vulnerability exposure is increasing.Therefore,the difficulty and cost of attack are increasing,which provides new ideas for reversing the asymmetric situation of defense and attack in cyberspace.Nonetheless,few related works systematically introduce dynamic defense mechanisms for cyber security.The related concepts and development strategies of dynamic defense are rarely analyzed and summarized.To bridge this gap,we conduct a comprehensive and concrete survey of recent research efforts on dynamic defense in cyber security.Specifically,we firstly introduce basic concepts and define dynamic defense in cyber security.Next,we review the architectures,enabling techniques and methods for moving target defense and mimic defense.This is followed by taxonomically summarizing the implementation and evaluation of dynamic defense.Finally,we discuss some open challenges and opportunities for dynamic defense in cyber security.

The smart distribution network(SDN)is integrat ing increasing distributed generation(DG)and energy storage(ES).Hosting capacity evaluation is important for SDN plan ning with DG.DG and ES are usually invested by users or a third party,and they may form friendly microgrids(MGs)and operate independently.Traditional centralized dispatching meth od no longer suits for hosting capacity evaluation of SDN.A quick hosting capacity evaluation method based on distributed optimal dispatching is proposed.Firstly,a multi-objective DG hosting capacity evaluation model is established,and the host ing capacity for DG is determined by the optimal DG planning schemes.The steady-state security region method is applied to speed up the solving process of the DG hosting capacity evalua tion model.Then,the optimal dispatching models are estab lished for MG and SDN respectively to realize the operating simulation.Under the distributed dispatching strategy,the dual-side optimal operation of SDN-MGs can be realized by several iterations of power exchange requirement.Finally,an SDN with four MGs is conducted considering multiple flexible resources.It shows that the DG hosting capacity of SDN oversteps the sum of the maximum active power demand and the rated branch capacity.Besides,the annual DG electricity oversteps the maximum active power demand value.

Reinforcement learning based energy efficient robot relay for unmanned aerial vehicles against smart jamming

Unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs) with limited energy resources, severe path loss, and shadowing to the ground base stations are vulnerable to smart jammers that aim to degrade the UAV communication performance and exhaust the UAV energy. The UAV anti-jamming communication performance, such as the outage probability, degrades if the robot relay is not aware of the jamming policies and the UAV network topology. In this paper, we propose a robot relay scheme for UAVs against smart jamming, which combines reinforcement learning with a function approximation approach named tile coding, to jointly optimize the robot moving distance and relay power with the unknown jamming channel states and locations. The robot mobility and relay policy are chosen based on the received jamming power, the robot received signal quality,location and energy consumption, and the bit error rate of the UAV messages. We also present a deep reinforcement learning version for the robot with sufficient computing resources. It uses three deep neural networks to choose the robot mobility and relay policy with reduced sample complexity, so as to avoid exploring dangerous policies that lead to the high outage probability of the UAV messages. The network architecture of the three networks is designed with fully connected layers instead of convolutional layers to reduce the computational complexity, which is analyzed by theoretical analyses. We provide the performance bound of the proposed schemes in terms of the bit error rate, robot energy consumption and utility based on a game-theoretic study. Simulation results show that the performance of our proposed relay schemes,including the bit error rate, the outage probability, and the robot energy consumption outperforms the existing schemes.

At present, most of the association rules algorithms are based on the Boolean attribute and single-level association rules mining. But data of the real world has various types, the multi-level and quantitative attributes are got more and more attention. And the most important step is to mine frequent sets. In this paper, we propose an algorithm that is called fuzzy multiple-level association （FMA） rules to mine frequent sets. It is based on the improved Eclat algorithm that is different to many researchers’ proposed algorithms thatused the Apriori algorithm. We analyze quantitative data’s frequent sets by using the fuzzy theory, dividing the hierarchy of concept and softening the boundary of attributes’ values and frequency. In this paper, we use the vertical-style data and the improved Eclat algorithm to describe the proposed method, we use this algorithm to analyze the data of Beijing logistics route. Experiments show that the algorithm has a good performance, it has better effectiveness and high efficiency.
