A Bio-Inspired Flapping-Wing Robot With Cambered Wings and Its Application in Autonomous Airdrop

Flapping-wing flight, as the distinctive flight method retained by natural flying creatures, contains profound aerodynamic principles and brings great inspirations and encouragements to drone developers. Though some ingenious flapping-wing robots have been designed during the past two decades, development and application of autonomous flapping-wing robots are less successful and still require further research. Here, we report the development of a servo-driven bird-like flapping-wing robot named USTBird-I and its application in autonomous *** by birds, a camber structure and a dihedral angle adjustment mechanism are introduced into the airfoil design and motion control of the wings, respectively. Computational fluid dynamics simulations and actual flight tests show that this bionic design can significantly improve the gliding performance of the robot, which is beneficial to the execution of the airdrop ***, a vision-based airdrop experiment has been successfully implemented on USTBird-I, which is the first demonstration of a bird-like flapping-wing robot conducting an outdoor airdrop mission.

The key of swaying tree simulation is to capture the essence of the interaction between wind and tree, which has not received much attention from scholars. In this paper, we present a method for simulating swaying tree based on slicing partition. The tree is divided into multiple "slices", and then jointly moved to simulate the tree swaying in wind. By slicing partition,the motion of any slice is independent of the others concurrently, which provides a parallel spatial topology for real-time calculation. Moreover, based on the fact that the wind will blow to a tree partly rather than the whole, partial swayings of the tree are also simulated. The experimental results show the correctness and effectiveness of our method.

The safe storage and sharing of medical data have promoted the development of the public medical *** the same time,blockchain technology guarantees the safe storage and sharing of medical ***,the consensus algorithm in the current medical blockchain cannot meet the requirements of low delay and high throughput in the large-scale network,and the identity of the primary node is exposed and vulnerable to ***,this paper proposes an efficient consensus algorithm for medical data storage and sharing based on a master–slave multi-chain of alliance chain(ECA_MDSS).Firstly,institutional nodes in the healthcare alliance chain are clustered according to geographical location and medical system structure to form a multi-zones *** system adopts master–slave multi-chain architecture to ensure security,and each zone processes transactions in parallel to improve consensus ***,the aggregation signature is used to improve the practical Byzantine fault-tolerant(PBFT)consensus to reduce the communication interaction of consensus in each ***,an efficient ring signature is used to ensure the anonymity and privacy of the primary node in each zone and to prevent adaptive ***,a trust model is introduced to evaluate the trust degree of the node to reduce the evil done by malicious *** experimental results show that ECA_MDSS can effectively reduce communication overhead and consensus delay,improve transaction throughput,and enhance system scalability.

In vehicular ad hoc networks(VANET),the cross-domain identity authentication of users is very important for the development of VANET due to the large cross-domain mobility of vehicle *** Public Key Infrastructure(PKI)system is often used to solve the identity authentication and security trust problems faced by ***,the PKI system has challenges such as too centralized Authority of Certification Authority(CA),frequent cross-domain access to certificate interactions and high authentication volume,leading to high certificate management costs,complex cross-domain authentication paths,easy privacy leakage,and overburdened *** address these problems,this paper proposes a lightweight blockchain-based PKI identity management and authentication architecture that uses smart contracts to reduce the heavy burden caused by CAs directly managing the life cycle of digital *** this basis,a trust chain based on smart contracts is designed to replace the traditional CA trust chain to meet the general cross-domain requirements,to effectively avoid the communication pressure caused by a mass of certificate *** the cross-domain scenario with higher privacy and security requirements the identity attribute authentication service is provided directly while protecting privacy by using the Merkle tree to anchor identity attribute data on and off the blockchain ***,the proposed scheme was comprehensively analyzed in terms of cost,time consumption and security.

Image-based virtual try-on systems have significant commercial value in online garment ***,prior methods fail to appropriately handle details,so are defective in maintaining the original appearance of organizational items including arms,the neck,and in-shop *** propose a novel high fidelity virtual try-on network to generate realistic ***,a distributed pipeline is used for simultaneous generation of organizational ***,the in-shop garment is warped using thin plate splines(TPS)to give a coarse shape reference,and then a corresponding target semantic map is generated,which can adaptively respond to the distribution of different items triggered by different ***,organizational items are componentized separately using our novel semantic map-based image adjustment network(SMIAN)to avoid interference between body ***,all components are integrated to generatethe overall result by SMIAN.A priori dual-modalinformation is incorporated in the tail layers of SMIAN to improve the convergence rate of the *** demonstrate that the proposed method can retain better details of condition information than current *** method achieves convincing quantitative and qualitative results on existing benchmark datasets.
