Achieving air pollutant emission reduction targets with minimum abatement costs:An enterprise-level allocation method with constraints of fairness and feasibility

For achieving air pollutant emission reduction targets,total pollutant amount control is being continuously promoted in ***,the traditional pattern of pollutant emission reduction allocation regardless of economic cost often results in unreasonable emission reduction pathways,and industrial enterprises as the main implementers have to pay excessively high ***,this study adopted economic efficiency as its main consideration,used specific emission reduction measures(ERMs)of industrial enterprises as minimum allocation units,and constructed an enterprise-level pollutant emission reduction allocation(EPERA)model with minimization of the total abatement cost(TAC)as the objective function,and fairness and feasibility as constraints for emission reduction *** City M in China as an example,the EPERA model was used to construct a Pareto optimal frontier and obtain the optimal trade-off *** showed that under basic and strict emission reduction regulations,the TAC of the optimal trade-off point was reduced by 46.40%and 45.77%,respectively,in comparison with that achieved when only considering fairness,and the Gini coefficient was 0.26 and 0.31,*** abatement target was attained with controllable cost and relatively fair and reasonable *** addition,enterprises allocated different emission reduction quotas under different ERMs had specific characteristics that required targeted optimization of technology and equipment to enable them to achieve optimal emission reduction effects for the same abatement cost.

Social networks are inevitable parts of our daily life,where an unprecedented amount of complex data corresponding to a diverse range of applications are *** such,it is imperative to conduct research on social events and patterns from the perspectives of conventional sociology to optimize services that originate from social *** tracking in social networks finds various applications,such as network security and societal governance,which involves analyzing data generated by user groups on social networks in real ***,as deep learning techniques continue to advance and make important breakthroughs in various fields,researchers are using this technology to progressively optimize the effectiveness of Event Detection(ED)and tracking *** this regard,this paper presents an in-depth comprehensive review of the concept and methods involved in ED and tracking in social *** introduce mainstream event tracking methods,which involve three primary technical steps:ED,event propagation,and event ***,we introduce benchmark datasets and evaluation metrics for ED and tracking,which allow comparative analysis on the performance of mainstream ***,we present a comprehensive analysis of the main research findings and existing limitations in this field,as well as future research prospects and challenges.

Intelligent wars can take place not only in the physical domain and information domain but also in the cognitive *** cognitive domain will become the key domain to win in the future intelligent war.A Lanchester equation considering cognitive domain is proposed to fit the development tendency intelligent wars in this *** party is considered to obtain the exponential enhancement advantage on combat forces in combat if it can gain an advantage in the cognitive domain over the other party according to the systemic advantage *** operational effectiveness of the cognitive domain in war is considered to consist of a series of *** fuzzy sets and linguistic term sets are powerful tools when evaluating indicators,hence the indicators are scored by experts using hesitant fuzzy linguistic terms sets here.A unique hesitant fuzzy hybrid arithmetical averaging operator is used to aggregate the evaluation.

In this paper,the geographic name in Southwest China is regarded as a symbolic representation of human beings,and the dynamic social and historical process behind the place names is restored from the perspective of the symbolic *** are three paths in the construction and evolution of geographic names in Southwest China—Ethnic information,sacred systems,and local representation,which have been rewritten,masked,and reconstructed over the *** a result,the system of geographical names is gradually formed and integrated into local memory through space building,culture filling,and so on,affecting and influencing local group identity and cognitive concept.

Shaanxi is a leading province in animal husbandry(AH)in ***,the lack of provincial information on the characteristics and utilization potential of livestock manure(LM)hinders crucial management ***,we investigated the spatiotemporal distribution,availability and biogas potential of LM in Shaanxi,and examine the carbon emission reduction potential of *** has been a 1.26-fold increase in LM quantities in Shaanxi over the past 35 years,reaching 4635.6×10^(4)t by *** was mainly concentrated in northern Shaanxi and the eastern part of *** and pig manure were the primary sources of LM,with the average LM land-load of 14.57 t·ha^(−1)in *** the overall AH in Shaanxi has not exceeded the environmental capacity,the actual scales of AH in Ankang and Hanzhong have already surpassed the respective environmental capacities,posing a higher risk of N and P *** 2021,the estimated biogas energy potential of LM was 1.2×10^(11)*** 2012 to 2021,the average carbon emission reduction potential in Shaanxi was 22%,with an average potential scale of 10%.The results of this research provide valuable data and policy recommendations for promoting the intensive use of LM and reducing carbon emissions in Shaanxi.

An acoustic analysis of vowels in checked syllables in Chinese

Vowels in checked syllables are almost short and abrupt in Chinese Mandarin dialects. This paper proposed a parametric statistical modeling for the analysis of these *** parameters were described empirically with the method of probability distribution. The effects of the multiparameter classifications were estimated by the binary and multinomial logistic models, and the method of support vector machine was adopted to carry out the pattern recognition of the classifications. The results show that the parameters of duration, DCT_（1-3）are significant to the external classification, and the parameters of DCT_（0-3） have significant main effects on the internal classification. The automatic testing shows that the hit rate of the external pattern recognition is only 43.6% but the rate is 96.1% of the internal. It indicates that the abrupt feature should be additive rather than distinctive.

Recoil Momentum of Target Ions in Collisions of Ar^(6+)+CO_2 at Energies Below 300 eV/u

The collision dynamics and fragmentation process of molecule by highly charged ion impact for single electron capture processes at the low energies below 1 keV/u were studied. The collision energy dependence of the recoil momentum was obtained experimentally and compared it with those calculated by a theoretical model using a deflection function with polarization potential. A fairly good agreement between the measured and calculated results was reached. This suggests that the polarization potential plays a crucial role in the low-energy region.

What Is Not So Fine with Fine＇s Critique of the Modal Account of Essence

The invention of contemporary model theories of quantified modal logic gives substance to the modal account of essence. Kit Fine developed an incisive argument against the modal account. It is argued here that the Finean counterexamples all rest on a certain consideration of irrelevance and the challenge could be met in a uniform way. There is a distinction to be drawn between epistemological identification essence and metaphysical identity essence The former accommodates the intuitive appeal of the Finean cases and the latter grounds the feasibility of the modal account. An object-reflexive method is introduced to rephrase the counterexamples and to rehabilitate the otherwise inscrutable metaphysical relevance.
