A Bubble Column Dehumidifier using Ionic Liquid Desiccant for Low-Humidity Industries:Insights into Transfer Processes Integrating Experiment and CFD Modelling

Liquid desiccant deep dehumidification（LDDD） is an excellent energy-saving technology for low-humidity *** liquids（ILs） are favored as optimal working fluids for LDDD,owing to their low vapor pressure,non-crystallization,and *** combined application of IL desiccant with the bubble column has been proven to effectively improve deep *** present work focuses specifically on the insights into air-liquid transfer processes in bubble column dehumidifier using ionic liquid *** effect of operating parameters on volumetric transfer coefficient is examined based on the experimental ***,the bubble swarms meso-scale flow structure is predicted using computational fluid dynamics coupled with a population balance model（CFD-PBM）.Besides,the structure-activity relationship between meso-scale flow structure and transfer performance is *** results indicated a notable phenomenon of bubble aggregation/breakage in the moist air-IL desiccant bubbly deep dehumidification（MA-ILD BDD）system,with a specific interfacial area is basically less than 40 ***,a decrease in solution temperature,correlated with a significant increase in viscosity,leads to larger turbulent eddies and a slower breakage ***,a high transfer potential difference enhances heat and mass transfer coefficients at lower solution temperatures,with the mass transfer coefficient at 4℃ being approximately three times that at 10℃.As the superficial velocity changes,the specific interfacial area and heat and mass transfer coefficients have a positive synergistic effect on volumetric transfer ***,this synergistic effect is reversed with variations in solution *** study aims to clarify the air-liquid transfer mechanism in bubble column dehumidifier using IL desiccant.

Regenerative medicine strategies for chronic complete spinal cord injury

Spinal cord injury is a condition in which the parenchyma of the spinal cord is damaged by trauma or various *** rapid progress has been made in regenerative medicine for spinal cord injury that was previously untreatable,most research in this field has focused on the early phase of incomplete ***,the majority of patients have chronic severe injuries;therefore,treatments for these situations are of fundamental *** reason why the treatment of complete spinal cord injury has not been studied is that,unlike in the early stage of incomplete spinal cord injury,there are various inhibitors of neural ***,we assumed that it is difficult to address all conditions with a single treatment in chronic complete spinal cord injury and that a combination of several treatments is essential to target severe ***,we established a combination therapy of cell transplantation and drug-releasing scaffolds,which contributes to functional recovery after chronic complete transection spinal cord injury,but we found that functional recovery was limited and still needs further ***,for the further development of the treatment of chronic complete spinal cord injury,we review the necessary approaches to the different pathologies based on our findings and the many studies that have been accumulated to date and discuss,with reference to the literature,which combination of treatments is most effective in achieving functional recovery.

Masses of the conjectured H-dibaryon at different temperatures

We present a lattice QCD determination of masses of the conjectured H-dibaryon,denoted as mH,at nine different temperatures:T/T_(c)=0.24,0.63,0.76,0.84,0.95,1.09,1.27,1.52,and *** masses of baryons N,Σ,Ξ,andΛat different temperatures were also *** simulations were performed on an anisotropic lattice with N_(f)=2+1 flavours of clover fermion at a quark mass corresponding to mπ=384(4)*** thermal ensembles were provided by the FASTSUM collaboration,whereas the zero temperature ensembles were provided by the Hadspec *** also calculated the spectral density of the correlation function of those *** spectral density distributions show a rich peak structure at the lowest temperature;at intermediate temperatures,the mass values of those particles obtained by the extrapolation method reflect a two-peak *** the spectral density for the octet baryon becomes smooth at T/T_(c)=1.27,1.52,and 1.90,the spectral density for the H-dibaryon becomes smooth at T/T_(c)=*** T/T_(c)=0.24,the mass difference of the H-dibaryon andΛpair,expressed asΔm=m_(H)−2m_(Λ),was estimated to beΔm=−14.6(6.2)MeV,which suggests the existence of a bound H-dibaryon state.

Exact analytical solutions are good candidates for studying and explaining the dynamics of solitons in nonlinear *** further extend the region of existence of spin solitons in the nonlinearity coefficient space for the spin-1 Bose-Einstein *** types of spin soliton solutions can be obtained,and they exist in different *** analysis and numerical simulation results indicate that three types of spin solitons are stable against weak *** non-integrable properties of the model can induce shape oscillation and increase in speed after the collision between two spin *** results further enrich the soliton family for non-integrable models and can provide theoretical references for experimental studies.

The pseudospectrum and spectrum(in)stability of quantum corrected Schwarzschild black hole

In this study,we investigate the pseudospectrum and spectrum(in)stability of quantum corrected Schwarzschild black ***,we use the hyperboloidal framework to cast the quasinormal mode(QNM)problem into an eigenvalue problem associated with a non-selfadjoint operator,and then the spectrum and pseudospectrum are ***,the invariant subspace method is exploited to improve the computational efficiency for *** investigation into the spectrum(in)stability entails two main *** the one hand,we calculate the spectra of the quantum corrected black hole,then by the means of the migration ratio,the impact of the quantum correction effect on the Schwarzschild black hole has been *** results indicate that the so-called“migration ratio instability”will occur for small black holes with small angular momentum number *** the eikonal limit,the migration ratios remain the same for each *** the other hand,we study the spectrum(in)stability of the quantum corrected black hole by directly adding some particular perturbations into the effective potential,where perturbations are located at the event horizon and null infinity,*** are two interesting observations under the same perturbation energy ***,perturbations at infinity are more capable of generating spectrum instability than those at the event ***,we find that the peak distribution can lead to the instability of QNM spectrum more efficiently than the average distribution.

We study the nonlinear stage of modulation instability(MI)in the non-intergrable pure-quartic nonlinear Schrödinger equation where the fourth-order dispersion is modulated *** the three-mode truncation,we reveal the complex recurrence of parametric resonance(PR)breathers,where each recurrence is associated with two oscillation periods(PR period and internal oscillation period).The nonlinear stage of parametric instability admits the maximum energy exchange between the spectrum sidebands and central mode occurring outside the MI gain band.

Symbology of Feynman integrals from twistor geometries

We study the symbology of planar Feynman integrals in dimensional regularization by considering geometric configurations in momentum twistor space corresponding to their leading singularities(LS). Cutting propagators in momentum twistor space amounts to intersecting lines associated with loop and external dual momenta, including the special line associated with the point at infinity, which breaks dual conformal symmetry. We show that cross-ratios of intersection points on these lines, especially those on the infinity line, naturally produce symbol letters for Feynman integrals in D = 4-2∈, which include and generalize their LS. At one loop, we obtain all symbol letters using intersection points from quadruple cuts for integrals up to pentagon kinematics with two massive corners, which agree perfectly with canonical differential equation(CDE) results. We then obtain all two-loop letters, for up to four-mass box and one-mass pentagon kinematics, by considering more intersections arising from two-loop cuts. Finally we comment on how cluster algebras appear from this construction, and importantly how we may extend the method to non-planar integrals.

The“depict”strategy for discovering new compounds in complex matrices:Lycibarbarspermidines as a case
