BACKGROUND Previous cellular studies have demonstrated that elevated expression of Cx43 promotes the degradation of cyclin E1 and inhibits cell proliferation through ***,reduced expression results in a loss of this capacity to facilitate cyclin E *** ubiquitination and degradation of cyclin E1 may be associated with phosphorylation at specific sites on the protein,with Cx43 potentially enhancing this process by facilitating the phosphorylation of these critical *** To investigate the correlation between expression of Cx43,SKP1/Cullin1/F-box(SCF)FBXW7,p-cyclin E1(ser73,thr77,thr395)and clinicopathological indexes in colon *** Expression levels of Cx43,SCFFBXW7,p-cyclin E1(ser73,thr77,thr395)in 38 clinical colon cancer samples were detected by immunohistochemistry and were analyzed by statistical methods to discuss their *** Positive rate of Cx43,SCFFBXW7,p-cyclin E1(Ser73),p-cyclin E1(Thr77)and p-cyclin E1(Thr395)in detected samples were 76.32%,76.32%,65.79%,5.26%and 55.26%*** expressions of these proteins were not related to the tissue type,degree of tissue differentiation or lymph node ***43 and SCFFBXW7(r=0.749),p-cyclin E1(Ser73)(r=0.667)and p-cyclin E1(Thr395)(r=0.457),SCFFBXW7 and p-cyclin E1(Ser73)(r=0.703)and p-cyclin E1(Thr395)(0.415)were correlated in colon cancer(P<0.05),and expressions of the above proteins were positively correlated in colon *** Cx43 may facilitate the phosphorylation of cyclin E1 at the Ser73 and Thr195 sites through its interaction with SCFFBXW7,thereby influencing the ubiquitination and degradation of cyclin E1.

Investigating Learners＇ Satisfaction Towards MOOC -- An Empirical Study Based on Western Ethics History Course

This research aims to focus on investigating relationships between students' satisfaction and five variables including perceived quality of course,ease of using system,self-efficacy performance of learning tool and ability of using *** sample for the study was taken from school of foreign studies in anhui Jianzhu ***,data analysis including factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis through SPSS 19.0 were used to test reliability,correlation and relationships between independent variables and dependent variable *** results showed that perceived quality of course,ease of using system,and performance of equipment significantly positive impacted students' satisfaction towards MOOC,while ability of using computer negative impacted learners' satisfaction,besides,self- efficacy did not posit a significant impact on students' *** academic and practical implications of this study are discussed.

The Cognitive Study of Courtroom Examination

Previous studies from rhetorical,sociolinguistic,conversation analysis and pragmatic perspectives, fail to delve into the mental operation of the courtroom proceedings. To make clear the cognitive mechanism hidden in the strategies adopted by lawyers in courtroom examination, the present study proposes a cognitive approach by bringing Conceptual Integration Theory into the analysis. In this way, the combination of conceptual integration theory with courtroom examination will create a new perspective for the research of both cognitive and forensic linguistics.

On the Speech Act of Suggestion and Politeness

This study adopts both a qualitative approach and a quantitative approach to collect data from altogether 100 university students for a descriptive study on the realization of suggestions in Chinese context from a pragmatic perspective based on the theoretical framework of *** syntactic patterns and politeness strategies of suggestions are under careful examination with consideration of effects of social factors including the degree of imposition,social distance and relative *** study reveals that more Chinese are willing to make suggestions,especially direct ones,which reflects the politeness notion of attitudinal warmth in Chinese *** is the most frequently used sentence type,followed by imperative while interrogative is the *** specific politeness strategies have been employed,with showing concern for the hearer as the first *** in determining the appropriateness of syntactic patterns and specific strategies,such social variables as the degree of embarrassment,relative power and social distance function together to exert great influence.

An Analysis into the Present Situation of ESP Research in anhui Institutions of Higher Learning(2001—2014)

The teaching of College English in institutions of higher learning in China is in a period of great transformation in which English for Specific Purposes( ESP) is replacing of English for General Purposes( EGP). This paper aims to analyze the present situation,hot topics and features in particular,of the researches in the field of ESP done by researchers in anhui institutions of higher learning during the period from 2001 to 2014,by means of documentation. Firstly,the w riter review s the origin of English for Specific Purposes and its development within C hina,and then examines the major reasons for the transformation. Next,on the basis of analysis into the collected papers,the author points out that,as far as research method is concerned,we are being more empirical and more quantitative than speculative and qualitative; with regard to research contents,we are focusing on both theoretical and applicative studies and both macro and micro research,which is the research tendencies in ***,the writer suggests that anhui institutions of higher learning should set up their ow n research organization in order to form regional research dominance.

A novel mixed-synchronization phenomenon in coupled Chua's circuits via non-fragile linear control

Dynamical variables of coupled nonlinear oscillators can exhibit different synchronization patterns depending on the designed coupling scheme. In this paper, a non-fragile linear feedback control strategy with multiplicative controller gain uncertainties is proposed for realizing the mixed-synchronization of Chua＇s circuits connected in a drive-response configuration. In particular, in the mixed-synchronization regime, different state variables of the response system can evolve into complete synchronization, anti-synchronization and even amplitude death simultaneously with the drive variables for an appropriate choice of scaling matrix. Using Lyapunov stability theory, we derive some sufficient criteria for achieving global mixed-synchronization. It is shown that the desired non-fragile state feedback controller can be constructed by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities （LMIs）. Numerical simulations are also provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed control approach.
