Transformation power or development pressure:economic growth targets and urban carbon productivity

Maintaining moderate economic growth targets(EGTs)is the key for local governments to effectively implement the“carbon peak and carbon neutrality”goals under the refreshed development *** panel data of 276 prefecture-level cities in china's Mainland from 2010 to 2020,and employing methods such as intermediary and threshold models,this study empirically analyzes the internal mechanism of EGT’s impact on urban carbon productivity(UCP).Our findings demonstrate that:①The overall EGT during the analyzed period is not conducive to improving *** conclusion remains valid after a series of robustness *** effect is more pronounced in the central region and resource-based cities than in the east-west region and non resource-based cities.②EGT not only directly suppresses UCP but also exerts indirect negative impacts on UCP from three aspects:delaying the digital economy(DE),constraining financial expansion(FE),and hindering green technology innovation(GTI).This negative indirect effect is similar to or even surpasses the direct effect,suggesting that the internal relationship between EGT and“dual-carbon”goals should be re-evaluated from a new compound perspective.③EGT not only has a simple linear impact on UCP but also significantly exhibits a dynamic evolution pattern in inverted“U”*** is,as EGT continuously upgrades,a nonlinear impact on UCP emerges in the form of“promoting first,suppressing later”.This indicates that surpassing the“degree”limit for EGT will be detrimental to the improvement of *** study broadens the scope of carbon productivity analysis by introducing a new perspective centered on *** insights gleaned from this research offer valuable guidance for local governments to effectively manage economic growth expectations and promote the synchronized achievement of dual-carbon objectives.

Optical Space Time Pulse Position Modulation over Exponential Weibull Turbulence Channel

An optical space time pulse position modulation(OSTPPM) scheme is proposed to satisfy the communication requirement of high transmission rate and better reliability. For the OSTPPM scheme, an improved threshold judgment-based orthogonal matching pursuit(IT-OMP) algorithm with low-complexity and near optimal performance is proposed. The average bit error rate of OSTPPM-IT-OMP scheme is investigated over the exponential Weibull channel, and its analytical expression is verified via Monte Carlo simulation. With the same simulation parameters, the signal to noise ratio of(4,4,2)-OSTPPM-IT-OMP is respectively 3.75 d B and 8.5 d B better than that of spatial pulse position modulation(SPPM) scheme and generalized spatial pulse position modulation(GSPPM)scheme at a bit error rate of 1 × 10-3. With the same transmission bits per symbol, the computational complexity of(3,4,2)-OSTPPM-IT-OMP scheme is reduced by 90.47% and 75.4% compared with(16,4,2)-SPPM and(5,4,2)-GSPPM schemes, respectively.

How to promote cooperative innovation in environmentally friendly technology:a case of agricultural biotechnology in china

This study explored the factors influencing cooperative innovation in environmentally friendly agricultural biotechnology in ***,we constructed an evolutionary game model comprising the factors of net income of cooperative innovation,net income of independent innovation,market constraints,and government *** MATLAB simulation,we assigned different values to the aforementioned variables to explore the evolutionary trend of innovators’willingness to *** showed that when the values of net income of cooperative innovation,net income of independent innovation,market constraints,and government subsidies exceeded the threshold,innovators’willingness to cooperate was significantly ***,the proportion of innovators who cooperated with others gradually increased to 100%;otherwise,it gradually decreased to 0%.Comparing the simulation curve with the real evolution curve of cooperative innovation in agricultural biotechnology in china,we found that the gradual decline in the willingness to cooperate could be due to insufficient subsidies for cooperative innovation,low income from cooperative innovation,weak profitability of innovators,and weak market constraints.

Trajectory Time Series Compression Algorithm Based on Unsupervised Segmentation

Aiming at the problem of ignoring the importance of starting point features of trajecory segmentation in existing trajectory compression algorithms,a study was conducted on the preprocessing process of trajectory time ***,an algorithm improvement was proposed based on the segmentation algorithm GRASP-UTS(Greedy Randomized Adaptive Search Procedure for Unsupervised Trajectory Segmentation).On the basis of considering trajectory coverage,this algorithm designs an adaptive parameter adjustment to segment long-term trajectory data reasonably and the identification of an optimal starting point for *** the compression efficiency of typical offline and online algorithms,such as the Douglas-Peucker algorithm,the Sliding Window algorithm and its enhancements,was compared before and after *** experimental findings highlight that the Adaptive Parameters GRASP-UTS segmentation approach leads to higher fitting precision in trajectory time series compression and improved algorithm efficiency ***,the compression performance of the Improved Sliding Window algorithm post-segmentation showcases its suitability for trajectories of varying scales,providing reasonable compression accuracy.

Text Reasoning Chain Extraction for Multi-Hop Question Answering

With the advent of the information age, it will be more troublesome to search for a lot of relevant knowledge to find the information you need. Text reasoning is a very basic and important part of multi-hop question and answer tasks. This paper aims to study the integrity, uniformity, and speed of computational intelligence inference data capabilities. That is why multi-hop reasoning came into being, but it is still in its infancy, that is, it is far from enough to conduct multi-hop question and answer questions, such as search breadth, process complexity, response speed, comprehensiveness of information, etc. This paper makes a text comparison between traditional information retrieval and computational intelligence through corpus relevancy and other computing methods. The study finds that in the face of multi-hop question and answer reasoning, the reasoning data that traditional retrieval methods lagged behind in intelligence are about 35% worse. It shows that computational intelligence would be more complete, unified, and faster than traditional retrieval methods. This paper also introduces the relevant points of text reasoning and describes the process of the multi-hop question answering system, as well as the subsequent discussions and expectations.

The deformation structure of soft sediments has always been a research hotspot,which is of great significance for analyzing the tectonic and sedimentary evolution background of a basin,as well as the physical properties of *** studies have reported that a large number of soft sediment deformation structures are developed in the western part of Liaohe *** this study,through core observation and thin section identification,various types of deformation structures are identified in the core samples which are collected from the upper Es4 in the Leijia region,western sag of Liaohe depression,such as liquefied dikes,liquefied breccia,convoluted laminae,annular bedding,synsedimentary faults,vein structures,*** on the characteristics of core structure,single well profile and continuous well profile,combined with the regional background,this study clarifies that the deformation structure of soft sediments in the study area is mainly caused by seismic *** is found that the permeability and porosity of deformation layers in the study area are higher than those of the undeformation layers,which proves that the deformation structure of soft sediments has a good effect on improving the physical properties of reservoirs.

Generative adversarial networks based motion learning towards robotic calligraphy synthesis

Robot calligraphy visually reflects the motion capability of robotic *** traditional researches mainly focus on image generation and the writing of simple calligraphic strokes or characters,this article presents a generative adversarial network(GAN)-based motion learning method for robotic calligraphy synthesis(Gan2CS)that can enhance the efficiency in writing complex calligraphy words and reproducing classic calligraphy *** key technologies in the proposed approach include:(1)adopting the GAN to learn the motion parameters from the robot writing operation;(2)converting the learnt motion data into the style font and realising the transition from static calligraphy images to dynamic writing demonstration;(3)reproducing high-precision calligraphy works by synthesising the writing motion data *** this study,the motion trajectories of sample calligraphy images are firstly extracted and converted into the robot *** robot performs the writing with motion planning,and the writing motion parameters of calligraphy strokes are learnt with *** the motion data of basic strokes is synthesised based on the hierarchical process of‘stroke-radicalpart-character’.And the robot re-writes the synthesised characters whose similarity with the original calligraphy characters is *** calligraphy characters have been tested in the experiments for method validation and the results validated that the robot can actualise the robotic calligraphy synthesis of writing motion data with GAN.

Revealing the key role of non-solvating diluents for fast-charging and low temperature Li-ion batteries

Fast-charging and low temperature operation are of vital importance for the further development of lithium-ion batteries(LIBs),which is hindered by the utilization of conventional carbonate-based electrolytes due to their slow kinetics,narrow operating temperature and voltage ***,an acetonitrile(AN)-based localized high-concentration electrolyte(LHCE)is proposed to retain liquid state and high ionic conductivity at ultra-low temperatures while possessing high oxidation *** originally reveal the excellent thermal shielding effect of non-solvating diluent to prevent the aggregation of Li^(+) solvates as temperature drops,maintaining the merits of fast Li transport and facile desolvation as at room temperature,which bestows the graphite electrode with remarkable low temperature performance(264 mA h g^(-1) at-20 C).Remarkably,an extremely high capacity retention of 97%is achieved for high-voltage high-energy graphite||NCM batteries after 250 cycles at-20 C,and a high capacity of 110 mA h g^(-1)(71%of its room-temperature capacity)is retained at-30°*** study unveils the key role of the non-solvating diluents and provides instructive guidance in designing electrolytes towards fast-charging and low temperature LIBs.
