To achieve radar and infrared stealth, an infrared stealth layer is usually added to the radar absorbing material（RAM） of stealth aircraft. By analyzing the millimeter-wave（MMW） emissivities of three stealth materials, this Letter investigates the impact of the added infrared stealth layer on the originally ＂hot＂ MMW emission of RAM. The theoretical and measured results indicate that, compared with the monolayer RAM, the MMW emission of the bilayer material is still strong and its emissivity is reduced by 0.1–0.2 at almost every incident *** results partially demonstrate the feasibility of detecting stealth aircraft coated with this bilayer stealth material.

Background:Emergency index-admission cholecystectomy(eic)is recommended for acute cholecystitis in most *** surgeons have less exposure in managing“difficult”*** study aimed to compare the outcomes of eic between hepatopancreatobiliary(HPB)versus non-HPB ***:This is a 10-year retrospective audit on patients who underwent eic from December 2011 to March *** who underwent open cholecystectomy,had previous cholecystitis,previous endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography or cholecystostomy were excluded.A 1:1 propensity score matching(PSM)was performed to adjust for confounding variables(***≥75 years,history of abdominal surgery,presence of dense adhesions).Results:There were 1409 patients(684 HPB cases,725 non-HPB cases)in the unmatched ***(52.3%)of them were males with a mean age of 59.2±14.9 *** 472(33.5%)patients with eic performed≥72 hours after presentation,40.1%had dense *** incidence of any morbidity,open conversion,subtotal cholecystectomy and bile duct injury were 12.4%,5.0%,14.6%and 0.1%,*** was one mortality within 30 days from *** resulted in 1166 patients(583 per group).Operative time was shorter when eic was performed by HPB surgeons(115.5 vs.133.4 min,Peic performed by HPB surgeons were associated with shorter operative time and reduced risk of open ***,the incidence of subtotal cholecystectomy was higher.

In this study, we investigate the Kotzinian-Mulders effect under semi-inclusive deep inelastic scattering(SIDIS) within the framework of transverse momentum dependent(TMD) factorization. The asymmetry is contributed by the convolution of the Kotzinian-Mulders function g_(1T) and the unpolarized fragmentation function D_(1). As a TMD distribution, the Kotzinian-Mulders function in the coordinate space in the perturbative region can be represented as the convolution of the C-coefficients and the corresponding collinear correlation function. The Wandzura-Wilczek approximation is used to obtain this correlation function. We perform a detailed phenomenological numerical analysis of the Kotzinian-Mulders effect in the SIDIS process within TMD factorization at the kinematics of the HERMES and COMPASS experiments. We observe that the obtained x_(B)-,z_(h)-,and P_(h⊥)-dependent Kotzinian-Mulders effects are basically consistent with the HERMES and COMPASS measurements. We also make predictions at eic and eicC kinematics.

Sesquiterpene lactones are considered as the major active compounds in Kudiezi injection in virtue of their special structures and activities. Herein, an analytical method was developed for rapid screening and identification of sesquiterpene lactones in Kudiezi injection using high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with linear ion trap-orbitrap mass spectrometry(HPLC-LTQ-Orbitrap) in negative ion mode. First, two sesquiterpene lactone reference standards were analyzed to obtain their characteristic ESI-MS/MS fragmentation patterns. Second, based on extracted ion chromatography(eic) data-mining method and characteristic fragmentation pathways analysis, sesquiterpene lactones in Kudiezi injection were rapidly screened and identified. Finally, an important parameter Clog P was adopted to discriminate the isomers of sesquiterpene lactones. As a result, 50 sesquiterpene lactones were characterized, including 9 sesquiterpene lactone aglycones, 39 sesquiterpene lactone glycosides, and 2 amino acid-sesquiterpene lactone conjugates. Among them, 13 compounds were tentatively identified as new compounds. The results demonstrated that the established method would be a rapid, effective analytical tool for screening and identification of sesquiterpene lactones in the complex system of natural medicines.

AIM： To evaluate the association and interaction of genetic polymorphisms in methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase （MTHER） and cytochrome P4502E1 （CY- P4502E1）, environment risk factors with esophageal cancer （EC） in Kazakh, a high EC incidence area of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, China. METHODS： A 1：2 matched case-control study was conducted with 120 cases of EC and 240 populationor hospital-based controls. The controls were matched for sex, nationality, area of residence and age within a 5-year difference. MTHER and CYP4502E1 genotypes were identified by PCR-based restriction fragment length polymorphism （RFLP）. A conditional logistic regression model was established to identify risk factors. The strata method was adopted in interaction analysis. RESULTS： Low consumption of green vegetables and fresh fruits, alcohol drinking, and unsafe water （shallow well, or river） were found to be the risk factors for EC. Individuals with the MTHFR677 （C/T ＋ T/T） genotype had a 2.62-fold （95% CI： 1.61-4.28） risk of developing EC compared with those who carried the C/C genotype. Individuals with the CYP4502eic1/C1 genotype had a 3.00-fold （95% CI： 1.82-4.96） risk compared with those who carried the CYP4502E1 （C1/C2 ＋ C2/C2） genotype. Gene-environment interaction analysis showed that MTHFR677 gene polymorphism was correlated with consumption of green vegetables and fresh fruit, while CYP4502E1 C1/C1 was correlated with alcohol drinking and unsafe drinking water. MTHFR and CYP4502E1 analysis of gene-gene interaction showed that individuals with the MTHFR677 （C/T ＋ T/T） and CYP4502eic1/ C1 genotypes had a 7.41-fold （95% CI： 3.60-15.25） risk of developing EC compared with those who carried the MTHFR677C/C and CYP4502E1 RsaI C1/C2 ＋ C2/C2 genes, and the interaction rate was higher than that of the two factors alone. CONCLUSION： Low consumption of green vegetables and fresh fruits, alcohol drinking, and unsafe water （shallow well, or river） and polymorphisms in MTHFR and CYP4502E1
