Polymer-based dielectric films are the main component of dielectric capacitors due to their high power density, which plays an important role in power electrical systems using renewable energy, such as electric vehicles, solar panel, wind power [1]. However, the energy density of dielectrics is lower than that of other energy storage materials, such as batteries or supercapacitors. High energy density of the dielectric is related to high dielectric permittivity and high dielectric breakdown strength (DBS).

In many applications involving data streams, the sequences of data arise from highly dynamic and often unstable real-life processes, rendering untenable the standard assumption that current and future data come from the same distribution. In response, new methodologies, such as dynamic online.learning, have been proposed in order to account for the nonstationary features in the data-generating process. Motivated by the stability and statistical efficiency of the notable stochastic approximation method, average stochastic gradient descent(ASGD) in time-invariant systems, the authors propose an exponentially weighted moving average(eWMA)-based stochastic gradient descent(SGD) which accommodates the dynamic structure by introducing a forgetting factor and replacing the simple averaging step in ASGD with an eWMA step. Provided that the dynamic drift is Lipschitz continuous, the mean squared tracking error rate of the proposed method achieves the optimal rate in the nonparametric statistical paradigm. The proposed framework also allows us to derive the dynamic regret bound and asymptotic normality with a path variation constraint in a natural manner. Numerical analysis has been conducted to verify the performance of the proposed method. In particular, the proposed method is much more robust to the selection of learning rates compared with the ordinary SGD method.

Bitcoin is widely used as the most classic electronic currency for various electronic services such as exchanges,gambling,marketplaces,and also scams such as high-yield investment *** the services operated by a Bitcoin address can help determine the risk level of that address and build an alert model *** engineering can also be used to flesh out labeled addresses and to analyze the current state of Bitcoin in a small *** this paper,we address the problem of identifying multiple classes of Bitcoin services,and for the poor classification of individual addresses that do not have significant features,we propose a Bitcoin address identification scheme based on joint multi-model prediction using the mapping relationship between addresses and *** innovation of the method is to(1)extract as many valuable features as possible when an address is given to facilitate the multi-class service identification task.(2)Unlike the general supervised model approach,this paper proposes a joint prediction scheme for multiple learners based on address-entity mapping ***,after obtaining the overall features,the address classification and entity clustering tasks are performed separately,and the results are subjected to graph-basedmaximization *** final result ismade to baseline the individual address classification results while satisfying the constraint of having similarly behaving entities as far as *** testing and evaluating over 26,000 Bitcoin addresses,our feature extraction method captures more useful *** addition,the combined multi-learner model obtained results that exceeded the baseline classifier reaching an accuracy of 77.4%.

This paper investigates the bit-interleaved coded generalized spatial modulation(BICGSM) with iterative decoding(BICGSM-ID) for multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) visible light communications(VLC). In the BICGSM-ID scheme, the information bits conveyed by the signal-domain(SiD) symbols and the spatial-domain(SpD) light emitting diode(LeD)-index patterns are coded by a protograph low-density parity-check(P-LDPC) code. Specifically, we propose a signal-domain symbol expanding and re-allocating(SSeR) method for constructing a type of novel generalized spatial modulation(GSM) constellations, referred to as SSeRGSM constellations, so as to boost the performance of the BICGSM-ID MIMO-VLC ***, by applying a modified PeXIT(MPeXIT) algorithm, we further design a family of rate-compatible P-LDPC codes, referred to as enhanced accumulate-repeat-accumulate(eARA) codes,which possess both excellent decoding thresholds and linear-minimum-distance-growth property. Both analysis and simulation results illustrate that the proposed SSeRGSM constellations and P-LDPC codes can remarkably improve the convergence and decoding performance of MIMO-VLC systems. Therefore, the proposed P-LDPC-coded SSeRGSM-mapped BICGSMID configuration is envisioned as a promising transmission solution to satisfy the high-throughput requirement of MIMO-VLC applications.

Structured light,where complex optical fields are tailored in all their degrees of freedom,has become highly topical of late,advanced by a sophisticated toolkit comprising both linear and nonlinear *** undesired structure from light is far less developed,leveraging mostly on inverting the distortion,e.g.,with adaptive optics or the inverse transmission matrix of a complex channel,both requiring that the distortion be fully characterized through appropriate *** show that distortions in spatially structured light can be corrected through difference-frequency generation in a nonlinear crystal without any need for the distortion to be *** demonstrate the versatility of our approach using a wide range of aberrations and structured light modes,including higher-order orbital angular momentum(OAM)beams,showing excellent recovery of the original undistorted *** highlight the efficacy of this process,we deploy the system in a prepare-and-measure communications link with OAM,showing minimal cross talk even when the transmission channel is highly aberrated,and outline how the approach could be extended to alternative experimental modalities and nonlinear *** demonstration of light-correcting light without the need for measurement opens an approach to measurement-free error correction for classical and quantum structured light,with direct applications in imaging,sensing,and communication.
