MXenes obtained significant attention in the field of energy storage devices due to their characteristic layered structure,modifiable surface functional groups,large electrochemically active surface,and regulable interlayer ***,the self-restacking and sluggish ions diffusion kinetics performance of MXenes during the alkali metal ions insertion/extraction process severely impedes their cycle stability and rate *** paper proposes an aniline molecule welding strategy for welding p-phenylenediamine（PPDA） into the interlayers of Ti2C through a dehydration condensation *** welded PPDA molecules can contribute pillar effect to the layered structure of *** pillar effect effectively maintains the structural stability during the sodium ions insertion/extraction process and effectively expands the interlayer spacing of Ti2C from 1.16 to 1.38 nm,thereby enhancing ions diffusion kinetics performance and improving the long-term cycle *** Ti2C-PPDA demonstrates outstanding Na+storage capability,exhibiting a specific capacity of 100.2 mAh·g-1at a current density of 0.1 A·g-1over 960 cycles and delivering a remarkable rate capability 81.2 mAh·g-1at a current density of 5 A·*** study demonstrates that expanding interlayer spacing is a promising strategy to enhance the Na+storage capacity and improve long-term cycling stability,which provides significant guidance for the design of two-dimensional Na+storage materials with high-rate capability and cycle stability.

Semi-heterogeneous photocatalysis has emerged as a powerful and productive platform in organic chemistry, which provides mild and eco-friendly conditions for a diverse range of bond-forming *** synergy of homogeneous catalysts and heterogeneous catalysts inherits their main advantages, such as higher activities, easy separation and superior recyclability. In this review, we summarize the recent advances in recyclable semi-heterogenous protocols for the light promoted bond-forming reactions and identify directions for future research according to the different photocatalysts/metal/redox catalysts involved. Notably, this review is not a comprehensive description of reported literature but aim to highlight and illustrate key concepts, strategies, reaction model, reaction conditions and mechanisms.

Perovskite solar cells(PSCs) have developed rapidly,positioning them as potential candidates for nextgeneration renewable energy ***,conventional trial-and-error approaches and the vast compositional parameter space continue to pose challenges in the pursuit of exceptional performance and high stability of perovskite-based *** increasing demand for novel materials in optoelectronic devices and establishment of substantial databases has enabled data-driven machinelearning(ML) approaches to swiftly advance in the materials *** review succinctly outlines the fundamental ML procedures,techniques,and recent breakthroughs,particularly in predicting the physical characteristics of perovskite ***,it highlights research endeavors aimed at optimizing and screening materials to enhance the efficiency and stability of ***,this review highlights recent efforts in using characterization data for ML,exploring their correlations with material properties and device performance,which are actively being researched,but they have yet to receive significant ***,we provide future perspectives,such as leveraging Large Language Models(LLMs) and text-mining,to expedite the discovery of novel perovskite materials and expand their utilization across various optoelectronic fields.

The compression and energy absorption properties of foam geopolymers increase stress wave attenuation under explosion impacts,reducing the vibration effect on the *** tests were conducted using several composite structure models,including a concrete lining structure(CLS)without foam geopolymer and six foam geopolymer composite structures(FGCS)with different backfill parameters,to study the dynamic response and wave dissipation mechanisms of FGCS under explosive ***,strain,and vibration responses at different locations were synchronously *** damage modes and dynamic responses of different models were compared,and how wave elimination and energy absorption efficiencies were affected by foam geopolymer backfill parameters was *** results showed that the foam geopolymer absorbed and dissipated the impact energy through continuous compressive deformation under high strain rates and dynamic loading,reducing the strain in the liner structure by 52%and increasing the pressure attenuation rate by 28%.Additionally,the foam geopolymer backfill reduced structural vibration and liner deformation,with the FGCS structure showing 35%less displacement and 70%less acceleration compared to the *** FGCS model with thicker,less dense foam geopolymer backfill,having more pores and higher porosity,demonstrated better compression and energy absorption under dynamic impact,increasing stress wave attenuation *** analyzing the stress wave propagation and the compression characteristics of the porous medium,it was concluded that the stress transfer ratio of FGCS-ρ-579 was 77%lower than that of CLS,and the transmitted wave energy was 90%*** results of this study provide a scientific basis for optimizing underground composite structure interlayer parameters.

Homogeneous redox mediation is efficient in alleviating the shuttling effect and slow redox kinetics of lithium polysulfides in lithium-sulfur ***,their perfect performance is not fulfilled owning to the fact that the multi-step transformation of lithium polysulfides requests the multifunctional active positions for the tandem *** on the redox comediation principles,a promoter of mixing organodiselenide and organoditelluride(mixed-Se/Te)was raised to induce tandem catalysis and boost the effective electrochemical conversion of lithium *** specifically,diphenyl diselenide facilitated the liquid-liquid and solid-liquid transformation between lithium polysulfides and sulfur,while diphenyl ditelluride improved the solid-liquid transformation concerning lithium sulfide ***,even under high sulfur loading of 6.5 mg cm^(−2) and low electrolyte/sulfur ratio of 5.88μL mg^(−1),the 10 mM low concentration mixed-Se/Te promoter offered a high discharge capacity of 6.6 mAh cm^(−2) and high rate performance of 4.1 mAh cm^(−2) at 0.5 ***,the assembled 1.5 Ah-level lithium-sulfur pouch cells provide an energy density of 332 Wh kg^(−1) at 0.05 C and good cycling *** research demonstrates the applicability of propelling continuous sulfur conversion reactions with detached active positions and is anticipated to stimulate deep molecular design of kinetic promoter to targeted energy-associated redox reactions.

In this paper, a feature selection method for determining input parameters in antenna modeling is proposed. In antenna modeling, the input feature of artificial neural network（ANN） is geometric parameters. The selection criteria contain correlation and sensitivity between the geometric parameter and the electromagnetic（EM） response. Maximal information coefficient（MIC）, an exploratory data mining tool, is introduced to evaluate both linear and nonlinear correlations. The EM response range is utilized to evaluate the sensitivity. The wide response range corresponding to varying values of a parameter implies the parameter is highly sensitive and the narrow response range suggests the parameter is insensitive. Only the parameter which is highly correlative and sensitive is selected as the input of ANN, and the sampling space of the model is highly *** modeling of a wideband and circularly polarized antenna is studied as an example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. The number of input parameters decreases from8 to 4. The testing errors of |S11| and axis ratio are reduced by8.74% and 8.95%, respectively, compared with the ANN with no feature selection.

Stereoscopic agriculture,as an advanced method of agricultural production,poses new challenges for multi-task trajectory planning of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs).To address the need for UAVs to perform multi-task trajectory planning in stereoscopic agriculture,a multi-task trajectory planning model and algorithm(IEP-AO)that synthesizes flight safety and flight efficiency is *** on the requirements of stereoscopic agricultural geomorphological features and operational characteristics,the multi-task trajectory planning model is ensured by constructing targeted constraints at five aspects,including the path,slope,altitude,corner,energy and obstacle threat,to improve the effectiveness of the trajectory planning *** combined with the path optimization algorithm,an Aquila optimizer(IEP-AO)based on the interference-enhanced combination model is proposed,which can help UAVs to improve the trajectory search capability in complex operation space and large-scale operation tasks,and jump out of the locally optimal trajectory path region timely,to generate the optimal trajectory planning plan that can adapt to the diversity of the tasks and the flight ***,four simulated flights with different operation scales and different scene constraints were conducted under the constructed real 3Dimension scene,and the experimental results can show that the proposedmulti-task trajectory planning method canmeet themulti-task requirements in stereoscopic agriculture and improve the mission execution efficiency and agricultural production effect of UAV.

Deep Synchronization Control of Grid-Forming Converters:A Reinforcement Learning Approach

Dear Editor,This letter proposes a deep synchronization control(DSC) method to synchronize grid-forming converters with power grids. The method involves constructing a novel controller for grid-forming converters based on the stable deep dynamics model. To enhance the performance of the controller, the dynamics model is optimized within the deep reinforcement learning(DRL) framework. Simulation results verify that the proposed method can reduce frequency deviation and improve active power responses.

This paper investigates a class of constrained distributed zeroth-order optimization(ZOO) problems over timevarying unbalanced graphs while ensuring privacy preservation among individual agents. Not taking into account recent progress and addressing these concerns separately, there remains a lack of solutions offering theoretical guarantees for both privacy protection and constrained ZOO over time-varying unbalanced *** hereby propose a novel algorithm, termed the differential privacy(DP) distributed push-sum based zeroth-order constrained optimization algorithm(DP-ZOCOA). Operating over time-varying unbalanced graphs, DP-ZOCOA obviates the need for supplemental suboptimization problem computations, thereby reducing overhead in comparison to distributed primary-dual methods. DP-ZOCOA is specifically tailored to tackle constrained ZOO problems over time-varying unbalanced graphs,offering a guarantee of convergence to the optimal solution while robustly preserving privacy. Moreover, we provide rigorous proofs of convergence and privacy for DP-ZOCOA, underscoring its efficacy in attaining optimal convergence without constraints. To enhance its applicability, we incorporate DP-ZOCOA into the federated learning framework and formulate a decentralized zeroth-order constrained federated learning algorithm(ZOCOA-FL) to address challenges stemming from the timevarying imbalance of communication topology. Finally, the performance and effectiveness of the proposed algorithms are thoroughly evaluated through simulations on distributed least squares(DLS) and decentralized federated learning(DFL) tasks.
