Zinc oxide(ZnO)serves as a crucial functional semiconductor with a wide direct bandgap of approximately 3.37 *** reaction is commonly used in the synthesis of ZnO micro/nanostructures,given its low cost,simplicity,and easy ***,ZnO morphology engineering has become desirable through the alteration of minor conditions in the reaction process,particularly at room *** this work,ZnO micro/nanostructures were synthesized in a solution by varying the amounts of the ammonia added at low temperatures(including room temperature).The formation of Zn^(2+)complexes by ammonia in the precursor regulated the reaction rate of the morphology engineering of ZnO,which resulted in various structures,such as nanoparticles,nanosheets,microflowers,and single ***,the obtained ZnO was used in the optoelectronic application of ultraviolet detectors.

Mechanically durable transparent electrodes are essential for achieving long-term stability in flexible optoelectronic ***,they are crucial for applications in the fields of energy,display,healthcare,and soft *** meshes represent a promising alternative to traditional,brittle,metal oxide conductors due to their high electrical conductivity,optical transparency,and enhanced mechanical *** this paper,we present a simple method for fabricating an ultra-transparent conducting metal oxide mesh electrode using selfcracking-assisted *** this method,we produced an electrode with ultra-transparency(97.39%),high conductance(Rs=21.24Ωsq^(−1)),elevated work function(5.16 eV),and good mechanical *** also evaluated the effectiveness of the fabricated electrodes by integrating them into organic photovoltaics,organic light-emitting diodes,and flexible transparent memristor devices for neuromorphic computing,resulting in exceptional device *** addition,the unique porous structure of the vanadium-doped indium zinc oxide mesh electrodes provided excellent flexibility,rendering them a promising option for application in flexible optoelectronics.

We discuss the nonlinear Schr6dinger equation with variable coefficients in 21） graded-index waveguides with different distributed transverse diffractions and obtain exact bright and dark soliton solutions. Based on these solutions, we mainly investigate the dynamical behaviors of solitons in three different diffraction decreasing waveguides with the hyperbolic, Gaussian and Logarithmic profiles. Results indicate that for the same parameters, the amplitude of bright solitons in the Logarithmic profile and the amplitude of dark solitons in the Gaussian profile are biggest respectively, and the amplitude in the hyperbolic profile is smallest, while the width of solitons has the opposite case.

In this study, the performance of uplink spectral efficiency in massive multiple input multiple output(MIMO) over a spatially correlated Ricean fading channel is presented. The maximum ratio combining(MRC) receiver is employed at the base station(BS) for two channel estimation methods. The first method is based on pilot-assisted least minimum mean square error(LMMSE) estimation, whereas the second is based on line-of-sight(LOS). The respective analytical expressions of the uplink data rate are given for these two methods. Because of the existence of pilot contamination, the uplink data rate of the pilot-assisted LMMSE estimation method approaches a finite value(we call it the asymptotic rate in this study) when the BS antenna number is high. However, the data rate of the LOS method is linear with the number of BS antennas. The expression of the uplink rate of the LOS method also shows that for a Ricean channel, the spatial correlation between the BS antennas may either decrease the rate or increase the rate, depending on user location. This conclusion explains why the spatial correlation may increase rather than decrease the data rate of pilot-assisted LMMSE. We also discuss the power scaling law of the two methods, and show that the asymptotic expressions of the two methods are the same and both are independent of the antenna correlation.

Recently a Hybrid Carrier （HC） scheme based on Weighted-type Fractional Fourier Transform （WFRFT） was proposed and developed, which contains Single Carrier （SC） and Multi-Carrier （MC） synergetie transmission. The wide interest is primarily due to its appealing characteristics, such as the robust performances in different types of selective fading channels and a great deal of potential for secure communications. According to the literatures, the HC signal and SC or MC signal probability distributions are different. In particular, some benefits of this HC scheme are brought by the quasi-Gaussian distribution of WFRFT signals. However, until now researchers have only presented statistic properties through computer simulations, and the accurate expressions of signals are not derived yet. In this paper, we derive the accu- rate and rigorously established closed-form expressions of Probability Density Function （PDF） of WFRFT signal real and imaginary parts with a large number of QPSK subcarriers, and this PDF can describe the behavior of data modulated by WFRFT, avoiding the complex computation for extensive computer simulations. Furthermore, the components of PDF expression are described and analyzed, and it is revealed that the tendency of signal quasi-Gaussian changes with the increasing of the parameter a （a in （0,1]）. To validate the analytical results, extensive simulations have been conducted, showing a very good match between the analytical results and the real situations. The contribution of this paper may be useful to deduce the closed form expressions of Bit Error Ratio （BER）, the Complementary Cumulative Distribution Function （CCDF） of Peak to Average Power Ratio （PAPR）, and other analytical studies which adopt the PDF.

License assisted access(LAA) was proposed as a solution to the challenge of satisfying high throughput requirement in cellular network with limited licensed band. LAA uses long term evolution(LTE) carrier aggregation technique to combine licensed and unlicensed bands, specifically 5 GHz Wi Fi band, in order to achieve high data rates. However, LAA has several critical concerns for services provision on 5 GHz unlicensed band. In this article, an overview of the techniques concerning the coexistence of LTE and Wi Fi on the same unlicensed band is presented. We first present several general approaches including power control of LTE evolved Node B(e NB), carrier selection, LTE duty cycling, self clear to send(CTS) and request to send/CTS(RTS/CTS), and listen before talk(LBT). Then, we focus on LBT techniques for LAA-Wi Fi coexistence and discuss how LBT based coexistence solutions can dynamically respond to the variations in network load and ensure fair coexistence in a distributed manner. Based on the LBT mechanism, we also present a fairness-aware LAA-WiF i coexisting scheme with TXOP(transmitted in a single transmission opportunity) backoff for LAA e NB. Finally, the performances of various LBT solutions for LAA-Wi Fi coexistence are evaluated using Markov chain analytical model.

With the development of deep neural networks, the demand for a significant amount of annotated training data becomes the performance bottlenecks in many fields of research and applications. Image synthesis can generate annotated images automatically and freely, which gains increasing attention *** this paper, we propose to synthesize scene text images from the 3D virtual worlds, where the precise descriptions of scenes, editable illumination/visibility, and realistic physics are provided. Different from the previous methods which paste the rendered text on static 2D images, our method can render the 3D virtual scene and text instances as an entirety. In this way, real-world variations, including complex perspective transformations, various illuminations, and occlusions, can be realized in our synthesized scene text ***, the same text instances with various viewpoints can be produced by randomly moving and rotating the virtual camera, which acts as human eyes. The experiments on the standard scene text detection benchmarks using the generated synthetic data demonstrate the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method.
