Research on the evolutionary game of the supervision of civil aviation dangerous goods transportation training

This study is carried out to promote the precise supervision of dangerous goods transportation training,improve the efficiency of civil aviation supervision and further ensure the safety of air ***,from the perspective of behaviour interaction and interest demands,evolutionary game theory is used to construct a tripartite evolutionary game model of dangerous goods transportation training institutions,the civil Aviation Administration of China(CAAC)and the ***,the evolutionary game equilibrium of the system is further analysed under the joint action of the three ***,the influences of important parameters of the model on the behavioural strategy selection of the three parties are investigated via MATLAB numerical *** conclusions reveal that the system has three evolutionarily stable strategies under different parameters,namely(non-compliant training,supervision,non-participation in supervision),(non-compliant training,supervision,participation in supervision)and(compliant training,supervision,non-participation in supervision).Moreover,the CAAC supervision cost,the fine amount,the supervision cost of public participation,the supervision success rate and the reporting reward amount are the main parameters that affect the behavioural strategy selection of the tripartite game *** conclusions and suggestions of this study provide a decision-making basis and guidance for the supervision and management of civil aviation dangerous goods transportation training.

Due to the lack of authentication mechanism in BeiDou navigation satellite system(BDS),BD-Ⅱ civil navigation message(BDⅡ-CNAV) are vulnerable to spoofing attack and replay *** solve this problem,we present a security authentication protocol,called as BDSec,which is designed by using China’s cryptography Shangyong Mima(SM) series algorithms,such as SM2/4/9 and Zu Chongzhi(ZUC)*** BDSec protocol,both of BDⅡ-CNAV and signature information are encrypted using the SM4 algorithm(Symmetric encryption mechanism).The encrypted result is used as the subject authentication *** protocol applies SM9 algorithm(Identity-based cryptography mechanism) to protect the integrity of the BDⅡ-CNAV,adopts the SM2 algorithm(Public key cryptosystem) to guarantee the confidentiality of the important session information,and uses the ZUC algorithm(Encryption and integrity algorithm) to verify the integrity of the message authentication serial number and initial information and the information in authentication initialization sub-protocol *** results of the SVO logic reasoning and performance analysis show that BDSec protocol meets security requirements for the dual user identity authentication in BDS and can realize the security authentication of BDⅡ-CNAV.

Adopting the classical theory of hydrocodes,the constitutive relations of concretes are separated into an equation of state(EoS)which describes the volumetric behavior of concrete material and a strength model which depicts the shear properties of *** experiments on the EoS of concrete is always challenging due to the technical difficulties and equipment limitations,especially for the specimen size effect on the *** some researchers investigate the shock properties of concretes by fly-plate impact tests,the specimens used in their tests are usually in one *** this paper,the fly-plate impact tests on concrete specimens with different sizes are performed to investigate the size effect on the shock properties of concrete *** mechanical background of the size effect on the shock properties are revealed,which is related to the lateral rarefaction effect and the deviatoric stress produced in the *** to the tests results,the modified EoS considering the size effect on the shock properties of concrete are proposed,which the bulk modulus of concrete is unpredicted by up to 20% if size effects are not accounted for.

Energy evolution and structural health monitoring of coal under different failure modes:An experimental study

Structural instability in underground engineering,especially in coal-rock structures,poses significant safety ***,the development of an accurate monitoring method for the health of coal-rock bodies is *** focus of this work is on understanding energy evolution patterns in coal-rock bodies under complex conditions by using shear,splitting,and uniaxial compression *** examine the changes in energy parameters during various loading stages and the effects of various failure modes,resulting in an innovative energy dissipation-based health evaluation technique for *** results show that coal bodies go through transitions between strain hardening and softening mechanisms during loading,indicated by fluctuations in elastic energy and dissipation energy *** tensile failure,the energy profile of coal shows a pattern of “high dissipation and low accumulation” before peak *** the other hand,shear failure is described by “high accumulation and low dissipation” in energy *** failure modes correlate with an accelerated increase in the dissipation energy before destabilization,and a significant positive correlation is present between the energy dissipation rate and the stress state of the coal samples.A novel mathematical and statistical approach is developed,establishing a dissipation energy anomaly index,W,which categorizes the structural health of coal into different danger *** method provides a quantitative standard for early warning systems and is adaptable for monitoring structural health in complex underground engineering environments,contributing to the development of structural health monitoring technology.

Mechanically lined pipe(MLP)is often used for offshore oil and gas transport because of its low cost and corrosion *** installation and operation,the pipe may undergo severe bending deformation,which causes the liner to separate from the outer pipe and buckles,affecting the stability of the whole *** this paper,the buckling response of MLP subjected to bending is investigated to clarify its bending characteristics by employing both experiments,numerical simulation,as theoretical *** types of MLPs were manufactured with GB 45 carbon steel(SLP)and Al 6061(ALP)used as the outer pipe material,*** hydraulic expansion and bending experiments of small-scale MLPs are *** addition to the ovalized shape of the cross-section for the SLP specimens,the copper liner was found to wrinkle on the compressive *** contrast,the liner of ALP remains intact without developing any wrinkling and collapse *** addition,a dedicated numerical framework and theoretical models were also *** was found both the manufacturing and bending responses of the MLP can be well reproduced,and the predicted maximum moment and critical curvatures are in good agreement with the experimental results.

As an essential tool for realistic description of the current or future debris environment,the Space Debris Environment engineering Model(SDEEM)has been developed to provide support for risk assessment of *** contrast with SDEEM2015,SDEEM2019,the latest version,extends the orbital range from the Low Earth Orbit(LEO)to Geosynchronous Orbit(GEO)for the years *** this paper,improved modeling algorithms used by SDEEM2019 in propagating simulation,spatial density distribution,and spacecraft flux evaluation are *** debris fluxes of SDEEM2019 are compared with those of three typical models,i.e.,SDEEM2015,Orbital Debris engineering Model 3.1(ORDEM 3.1),and Meteoroid and Space Debris Terrestrial Environment Reference(MASTER-8),in terms of two assessment *** orbital cases,including the Geostationary Transfer Orbit(GTO),Sun-Synchronous Orbit(SSO)and International Space Station(ISS)orbit,are selected for the spacecraft assessment mode,and the LEO region is selected for the spatial density assessment *** analysis indicates that compared with previous algorithms,the variable step-size orbital propagating algorithm based on semi-major axis control is more precise,the spatial density algorithm based on the second zonal harmonic of the non-spherical Earth gravity(J_(2))is more applicable,and the result of the position-centered spacecraft flux algorithm is more *** comparison shows that SDEEM2019 and MASTER-8 have consistent trends due to similar modeling processes,while the differences between SDEEM2019 and ORDEM 3.1 are mainly caused by different modeling approaches for uncatalogued debris.
