Analysis of factors influencing carbon emissions in the Yangtze River Delta region and projections of carbon peak scenarios

Based on the supply-side perspective,the improved STIRPAT model is applied to reveal the mechanisms of supply-side factors such as human,capital,technology,industrial synergy,institutions and economic growth on carbon emissions in the Yangtze River Delta(YRD)through path analysis,and to forecast carbon emissions in the YRD from the baseline scenario,factor regulation scenario and integrated scenario to reach the *** results show that:(1)Jiangsu's high carbon emission pattern is the main reason for the YRD hindering the synergistic regulation of carbon emissions.(2)Human factors,institutional factors and economic growth factors can all contribute to carbon emissions in the YRD region,while technological and industrial factors can generally suppress carbon emissions in the YRD region.(3)Under the capital regulation scenario,the YRD region has the highest level of carbon emission synergy,with Jiangsu reaching its peak five years *** the balanced regulation scenario,the YRD region as a whole,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui reach the peak as scheduled.

The authors consider a robust optimal reinsurance and investment problem in a risk model with two dependent classes of insurance business for an Ambiguity-Averse insurer(AAI). The insurer aims to minimize the goal-reaching probability that the value of the wealth process reaches a low barrier before a high goal. Using the stochastic control approach based on the Hamilton-JacobiBellman(HJB) equation, the authors derive the robust optimal reinsurance and investment strategies,as well as the corresponding value function. The authors conclude that the robust optimal investmentreinsurance strategy coincides with the one without model ambiguity, but the value function differs. As a consequence, ignoring model uncertainty leads to significant value function loss for the AAI. Besides,it is worth noting that if the insurer has only one business, the sum of the degenerated value function and the one of(Luo, et al., 2019) is equal to 1 both for ambiguity and ambiguity-neutral. Finally,numerical examples are given to illustrate our results.

To the Editor:Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is an irreversible chronic neurodegenerative *** initially affects short-term memory,thinking,and *** then severely disrupts the normal lives of patients and their families and may eventually lead to *** cognitive impairment(MCI)is considered an early stage of *** studies have shown that nearly 20%of patients with MCI are at a risk of developing AD within the next four years.[1]Although there is no impressive way to stop the further development of MCI,only a series of procedures can slow ***,timely and accurate intervention is essential to effectively slow the disease progression.

Gluten,known as the major allergen in wheat,has gained increasing concerns in industrialized countries,resulting in an urgent need for accurate,high-sensitive,and on-site detection of wheat gluten in complex food ***,we proposed a silver nanoparticles(AgNPs)/metal-organic framework(MOF)substrate-based surface-enhanced Raman scattering(SERS)sensor for the high-sensitive on-site detection of wheat *** detection occurred on the newly in-situ synthesized AgNPs/MOF-modified SERS substrate,providing an enhancement factor(EF)of 1.89×10^(5).Benefitting from the signal amplification function of AgNPs/MOF and the superiority of SERS,this sensor represented high sensitivity performance and a wide detection range from 1×10^(-15)mol/L to 2×10^(-6)mol/L with a detection limit of 1.16×10^(-16)mol/L,which allowed monitoring the trace of wheat gluten in complex food system without matrix *** reliable sandwich SERS sensor may provide a promising platform for high-sensitive,accurate,and on-site detection of allergens in the field of food safety.

With the rapid development of information technology in contemporary times,the blended teaching mode that blends online and offline courses has become an international trend in higher *** blended tourism management courses at Chongqing Three Gorges University as an example,we explored the impact of such teaching reform on student satisfaction based on the SERVPERF *** analysis of 179 valid questionnaires revealed that five elements of the reform,namely,reliability,assurance,valuableness,responsiveness,and empathy,have a significant positive impact on students’learning ***,in the context of blended courses,factors such as a stable and reliable teaching environment,comprehensively guaranteed educational conditions,teaching content that highly aligns with students’demands and value expectations,prompt responses to students’needs and feedback,and empathetic consideration of students’perspectives are critical for enhancing student *** on these conclusions,we propose several strategies and methods for improving the effectiveness of blended teaching in the hope of propelling its continuous improvement and optimization,thus further elevating the quality of higher education.

Histamine in food has attracted widespread attention due to the potential toxicity and associated health ***,its influences on immunological components,especially the function of key immune cells,are still poorly *** this work,we explored the effects of exogenous histamine on the function of key immune cells such as intestinal epithelial cells,dendritic cells,and T *** results showed that histamine could affect the expression of allergy-related genes in CMT93 cells at a high dose of ***,it’s found that histamine could cause an imbalance in the levels of relevant immune factors secreted by dendritic cells and T cells,especially those related to *** the same time,the proportion of MHC class IIpositive dendritic cells and the proportion of T helper 2(Th2)cells in CD4^(+)T cells increased after histamine *** concluded that the presence of a certain level of histamine in food may affect the expression of allergy-related cytokines,disrupt the balance of the immune homeostasis,and potentially lead to adverse immune *** work demonstrated the importance of including the estimation of histamine’s immune safety in aquatic products rather than merely considering the potential risk of food poisoning.

Generative AI technology for human-assisted tools has made great strides in recent years,and studying the impact of this technology on students'compositional abilities plays an important role in promoting changes in music *** studies have focused on the performance of music composition software itself in terms of composition,with less consideration given to the impact of creators'compositional ability after using assistive composition ***,this paper designs a controlled experiment to investigate the changes in students'compositional ability before and after using AI composition *** paper finds that students'compositional abilities in all areas of composition improved to varying degrees after using AI composition *** paper compares the differences in compositional abilities of students with and without the education of AI composition tools,which has practical implications for vigorously promoting the adoption of AI composition tools in university music education teaching.

The detection of surface defects in concrete bridges using deep learning is of significant importance for reducing operational risks， saving maintenance costs， and driving the intelligent transformation of bridge defect detection. In contrast to the subjective and inefficient manual visual inspection， deep learning-based algorithms for concrete defect detection exhibit remarkable advantages， emerging as a focal point in recent research. This paper comprehensively analyzes the research progress of deep learning algorithms in the field of surface defect detection in concrete bridges in recent years. It introduces the early detection methods for surface defects in concrete bridges and the development of deep learning. Subsequently， it provides an overview of deep learning-based concrete bridge surface defect detection research from three aspects: image classification， object detection， and semantic segmentation. The paper summarizes the strengths and weaknesses of existing methods and the challenges they face. Additionally， it analyzes and prospects the development trends of surface defect detection in concrete bridges.
