A multiple multi-qubit quantum states sharing scheme is proposed,in which the dealer can share multiple multi-qubit quantum states among the participants through only one distribution and one *** dealer encodes the secret quantum states into a special entangled state,and then distributes the particles of the entangled state to the *** participants perform the single-particle measurements on their particles,and can cooperate to recover the multiple multi-qubit quantum *** to the existing schemes,our scheme is more efficient and more flexible in practice.

For the applied limitation of the existing threshold decryption schemes based on the(t,n) structure, an identity-based threshold decryption scheme which can be applied on the access structure is proposed through designing a special distribution algorithm of the private key *** generation and distribution of private key shares,the encryption,the decryption and the combination are introduced in *** validity and security of the scheme are proved and *** with the existing schemes show that the proposed scheme is more flexible.

Blind source separation (BBS) technology was applied to vibration signal processing of gearbox for separating different fault vibration sources and enhancing fault information. An improved BSS algorithm based on particle swarm optimization (PSO) was proposed. It can change the traditional fault-enhancing thought based on de-noising. And it can also solve the practical difficult problem of fault location and low fault diagnosis rate in early stage. It was applied to the vibration signal of gearbox under three working states. The result proves that the BSS greatly enhances fault information and supplies technological method for diagnosis of weak fault.

The paper deals with the principle of envelope of a one-parameter plane family to design developable surfaces. Three methods of designing developable surfaces are presented. They are designing a developable surface based on one curve on it and its normal line, designing a developable surface based on two curves on it and designing a developable surface based on one curve and one surface. They meet the requirements of engineering fields.

The shortage of current different approaches of the vehicle license plate(VLP) tilt correction is analyzed in the paper and a new rotary correction method put forward based on the former ways of the VLP tilt correction in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction Owing to the VLP tilt taking place in the vertical direction,the array of the image’s pixels of the same column is broken,and even different rows come into being *** VLP tilt taking place in the horizontal direction,by which the array of the image’s pixels of the same row broken,and so much as different columns come into being superposition.

The aircraft departure scheduling problem is described comprehensively. A mathematical model is built for solving this problem. Then, a local search algorithm is proposed; based on it, the dynamic tabu search technique is applied, and the related implement techniques are presented. A simulation including condition and results is performed to solve a representative problem. It is concluded that （ 1 ） departure aircrafts of each queue keep the same order comparatively all the lime, and the distribution of the departure time is well-proportioned, which accords with the ＂first-come first-serve＂ principle; （2） the total time costs are minimized, which would economize money and reduce danger; （ 3 ） the optimization result is not exclusive, which means that several approaches can be chosen at will; （4） the solution obtained is the global optimal one, which guarantees the validity of the proposed method.

As the mesh models usually contain noise data,it is necessary to eliminate the noises and smooth the *** existed methods always lose geometric features during the smoothing ***,the noise is considered as a kind of random signal with high frequency,and then the mesh model smoothing is operated with signal processing *** wave analysis is used to deal with geometric signal,and then a novel mesh smoothing method based on the local wave is *** proposed method includes following steps：Firstly,analyze the principle of local wave decomposition for 1D signal,and expand it to 2D signal and 3D spherical surface signal processing;Secondly,map the mesh to the spherical surface with parameterization,resample the spherical mesh and decompose the spherical signals by local wave analysis;Thirdly,propose the coordinate smoothing and radical radius smoothing methods,the former filters the mesh points＇ coordinates by local wave,and the latter filters the radical radius from their geometric center to mesh points by local wave;Finally,remove the high-frequency component of spherical signal,and obtain the smooth mesh model with inversely mapping from the spherical *** mesh models with Gaussian noise are processed by local wave based method and other compared *** results show that local wave based method can obtain better smoothing performance,and reserve more original geometric features at the same time.

An adaptive decentralized asymptotic tracking control scheme is developed in this paper for a class of large-scale nonlinear systems with unknown strong interconnections,unknown time-varying parameters,and ***,by employing the intrinsic properties of Gaussian functions for the interconnection terms for the first time,all extra signals in the framework of decentralized control are filtered out,thereby removing all additional assumptions imposed on the interconnec-tions,such as upper bounding functions and matching ***,by introducing two integral bounded functions,asymptotic tracking control is ***,the nonlinear filters with the compensation terms are introduced to circumvent the issue of“explosion of complexity”.It is shown that all the closed-loop signals are bounded and the tracking errors converge to zero *** the end,a simulation example is carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Energy and electrical power is very important in economy and society. China has faced an increasingly serious energy shortage in the past decade. On the other hand, energy consumption and power generation, releasing carbon dioxide and other gaseous emissions from fossil fuels, may pollute the environment. Nuclear power, as an alternative energy source, would reduce these gaseous emissions. Both global warming and sustainable energy supply can be solved to some extent by the application of nuclear power. In the aspects of regaining economic advantages, environmental protection, the security and reliability of energy, nuclear power has an obvious superiority. In this paper, we present the energy status in quo of China, and discuss ways to realize the sustainable development of energy and power.
