During the 1940s, the Chinese Communist revolutionary bases in North China experienced a sharp increase in divorces in which wives cast off their husbands. This was due in great part to the promulgation of a series of marriage regulations and to the Party＇s extensive mobilization of women. Examining both the public and private domains in terms of changes affecting tradition, revolution, and gender, the authors investigate the ways that marriage transformation intertwined with national wars, political changes, and gender liberation. Our analysis reveals that marriage institutions experienced a severe crisis as traditional needs and new longings, such as marriage freedom, wartime needs, and the stability of rural traditions, family, and social structures, intersected. The Chinese Communist regime carried out successive adjustments in marriage policies as they affected women. With Party support, the paradigm of ＂wives divorcing husbands＂ became de facto marriage policy in order to adapt to resolve conflicts between emotions and the law and to meet the requirements of rural society and military stability. Seeking to shake off the traditional ＂oppression-liberation＂ paradigm, the research in the present article tries to combine the study of female existences, marriage, and the relevant emotions with rural traditions and the historical background of wartime China, so as to explain the changes in women＇s marital status and the nature and significance of their so-called liberation in wartime revolutionary bases in North China.

In the scales of the human rights protection which is not only meant to protect the basic rights of suspects, but also included the rights of victims, both are very important. However, during the execution process, the criminal legal relations are always simply to be defined as the relationship between the national authorities with the suspects except the victims. The victim＇ s benefits and aspirations are often ignored because they are viewed as a category of witnesses. Therefore, it is against the will of legals,which is better to give the victims the concerned parties to participants the processing, then their rights can be protected and got the coordinating compensation.

Recently, the domestic natural resources ownership dispute with gloomy wood （ebony） as the representative is one after another. With China＇ s urbanization process and development of economic construction, one can imagine that such disputes may be intensified. Chinese law has not been clearly defined How to solve the dispute over the ownership of natural resources, which become difficult problems of China＇ s current judicial practice. Doctrinal, we can cut from typical cases of ebony ownership disputes, combined with the relevant provisions of civil law, property law, land law, etc., to build ＂ do the right ＂ mechanism of Chinese law＇ s not defining the categories of natural resources to provide guidelines and referees for judicial practice and similar mystery.

The International Seminar on Counterterrorism,De-radicalization and Human Rights protection sponsored by China Society for Human Rights Studies and organized jointly by Human Rights Research Institute of southwest university of political science and law and school of politics and public Administration of Xinjiang university was held in urumqi,the Xinjiang uygur Autonomous Region,on September 3-7,2019,with the participation of more than 60 experts from 18 countries and international *** seminar shared research and exchanged ideas on humanitarianism and human rights protection in counterterrorism and de-radicalization work and launched comparative research and international cooperation on counterterrorism and *** participants shared their understanding of terrorism and extremism and their counties experiences in combating terrorism and extremism,positively evaluated China’s work on counterterrorism and de-radicalization and the international cooperation to combating terrorism and *** seminar contributed to stimulating the exchanges and cooperation in theoretical and practical research on counterterrorism,de-radicalization and human rights protection.

Article 1088 of China's Civil Code grants the right to seek economic compensation in divorce ***,significant confusion persists regarding the values,interpretations of doctrine,and legal techniques related to this *** viewpoints have emerged on the nature of compensation,including notions of household wages,human capital investment,moral obligation,and damages *** compensation standards,there are proposals such as the“humanitarian assistance”theory,“household wages”theory,“expected interest”theory,or“loss of interest”*** examining the evolution,legal principles,and practical applications of economic compensation for divorce from a human rights perspective,we aim to establish the legal foundation for this compensation,grounded in principles of gender *** clarifies that the compensation essentially confirms and restores individual development opportunities and the right to development in the context of gender *** approach aims to provide a more coherent interpretation of clauses of economic compensation for divorce in terms of legal purposes,legal doctrines,and legal techniques,thus offering a more reasonable perspective to reconcile theoretical and practical discrepancies in economic compensation for divorce.

on November 8, 2022, the China Society for Human Rights Studies held a seminar in Beijing on “Deeply Studying and Implementing the Spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and Adhering to the Chinese Path of Human Rights Development”. Padma Choling, vice chairperson of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress and president of the China Society for Human Rights Studies, addressed the event. The participating experts and scholars focused on studying and implementing the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and conducted in-depth interpretations of the macro and micro issues centered on the Chinese path of human rights development from multiple perspectives. Here are excerpts from some of the experts’ discussions for reference. Selected papers include Dai Jitao’s “on Using the Constitutional Way of Thinking to Promote Allaround Development of Human Rights”, Gong Xianghe’s “Committed to the Chinese Path of Human Rights Development Featuring a Coordinated Relationship between Human Rights and Economic Development”, He Zhipeng’s “Core Elements of the Chinese Path of Human Rights Development”, Hua Guoyu’s “The Logic of China’s Human Rights Development in the New Era”, Li Chaoqun’s “The People-centered Discourses in the Chinese Human Rights Discourse System”, Zhang Aining’s “The Chinese Modernization: A Chinese Path Empowered by the Right to Development”, and Yang Bochao’s “The Cultures and Values of the Times Underlying the View of Human Rights in Contemporary China”. It is hoped that this collection of papers will help in studying and implementing the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress and in understanding the important discourses on respecting and protecting the human rights, as Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Communist Party of China(CPC) Central Committee, has said.

Influencing Factors of Personal Retirement Decision： Perspective of Research Summary

Cultural communication is an important tool to foster economic development in modern society. The relationship between cultural communication and economic progress is a relationship of mutual support and mutual promotion. The level of economic development determines the level of artistic communication, and the development of cultural transmission rules will greatly promote the development of a social economy. This paper analyzes the correlation between Mandarin communication and today’s online celebrity economy and draws some conclusions by using SPSS platform.

Because the policy of delay retirement is facing demand differences widely, research workers retirement needs and the basic law from the micro perspective will become increasingly important. Based on the demographic characteristics, family relationships, social and economic factors and professional environment, such as in four dimensions, the article has reviewed the individual retirement decisions affecting factors and its mechanism of action, and summed up the consensus theory and some controversy. In future research, we need to strengthen the cross disciplines and integration, to explore more available research variables, provide a new starting point for further theoretical research and policy making.
