Currently, China's express delivery industry develops rapidly and presents new features. However, there exist such problems as threshold standard, service quality and security vulnerability. Hence, relevant legislation needs to be optimized, under which circumstances that the State Council formulated and promulgated the Provisional Regulation for Express Delivery of 2018. This article contends that, primarily, the criteria combining weight and postage should be applied to solve the conflicts of business scope between postal monopoly and private express delivery business. Meanwhile, with the franchise chain mode being the important business mode to promote the rapid development of the market, it is essential to clarify subjects' liability in franchise chain mode, where joint and several liabilities shall be adopted to safeguard users' rights and interests. Finally, the content inspection system in picking up and real-name system for delivery act as crucial measures to prevent forbidden or restricted items coming into the delivery channels, in order to effectively solve the security problems in express delivery market.

Analysis on the Cy-Pres Doctrine in the Public Benefit Trust

Public benefit trust is of great significance to the development of social public welfare, and the cy-pres doctrine as a special principle of public benefit trust, plays an important role in protecting the continuation of public benefit trust, and the realization and reasonable use of high-efficiency trust properties. In this paper, therefore, the origin, establishment, and development trend of the approximation principle as well as its current legislative situation in China are studied, and also its applicability of the Cy-Pres doctrine in China＇s public benefit trust is briefly evaluated, so as to further deepen the understanding of the Cy-Pres doctrine and develop the public benefit trust undertakings in China.

As one of the alternative variables of audit quality, audit fees have been researched widely in the Mainboard of China stock market, but empirical research based on the GEM （Growth Enterprise Market） of China is very few. From the perspective of GEM of China, this article observes and studies the impact of corporate governance structure represented by board of directors and independent directors on audit fees. This article selects the data of 348 listed companies in the GEM of China in 2012, proves that there is a positive correlation between the number of meetings, independent directors＇ salaries and audit fees through the use of multiple linear regression model, and accordingly proposed suggestions that improve the corporate governance structure of the GEM of China.

In essence, the problem of law enforcement difficulty is a social issue, not just solely on the court. To achieve effective and long-term solutions to the problem, it is necessary to incorporate it into the process of social governance and involve the efforts of the whole society. The path of realization of this concept is given utmost attention in practice. The socialized path of execution is based on the dual drive, the execution demand from the supply side and from the demand side, as the power source. In the meantime, the system is also based on the diversified dispute resolution mechanism and the long-term mechanism for resolution of the enforcement difficulty.

The liberty of expression is one of the most important values in the human society, and a tolerant, unconstrained social atmosphere can provide personal development with a healthy and harmonious environment. Since the modern times, the liberty of expression has been gradually deemed by academic circles and all walks of life as a basic human right, and also has been fixed as a basic right of citizens through the legal form. The purpose of this paper is to clearly analyze the kernel and value of the liberty of expression through a historical review, so as to specifically sort out the development course of the liberty of expression and also excavate its implied meanings. In addition, the embodiment of the liberty of expression in both theory and practice since the modern times is analyzed around the limit theory of the liberty of expression, and then the opinions of the author are drawn up. Thus, some new ideas and views are provided for the future development of the liberty of expression from a new perspective.

China has built three policy banks since 1994, which are China Development Bank, China Export-import Bank and China Agricultural Development Bank. Policy banks, as an important financial instrument, have made great contributions to the development of China＇ s economy. But there isn＇ t an official law fbr policy banks for a long time. They just operate based on some relevant documents and regulations of their own. However these documents and regulations are always indistinct in law, which is not good for the further development of policy banks and the accomplishment of our country＇ s financial system. As a result, in order to standardize the operation of China＇ s policy banks, it＇ s essential to position policy banks in law accurately, which is also the only way to legalize policy banks. Aiming at finding out the problems existing in policy banks of China in present, this paper analyzes the general theory of policy banks, some relevant international experience and the current situation of law position of china＇ s policy banks. In addition, through the analyses of possible solutions, this paper wishes to reconstruct the legal location of China ＇ s policy banks.

A Research on Errors in Paraphrasing in Academic Writing of English Majors

This paper seeks to identify errors made my English majors in academic writing so that preventive measures such as effective pedagogic strategies and learning activities can be devised and conducted to reduce these errors. In order to facilitate learners in horning their skills in paraphrasing, a practical strategy is proposed. It is hoped that by implementing strategies like this, ESL learners will be confident in using their own words to paraphrase academic texts with minimal errors.

Formulaic Language in Second Language Acquisition:A Review

This paper argues for the need of the reappraisal of the formulaic aspect of language in second language acquisition by drawing insights from recent development in applied linguistics, psycholinguistics and corpus linguistics. This library study begins by reviewing the dual-nature view of language in relation to formulaic aspect of language. Then, a brief survey of evidence from corpus linguistics is provided to demonstrate the formulaicity of language. What follows is the discussion of rehearsal and implicit learning vis-a-vis memory from the perspective of psycholinguistics. After that, the role of formulaic language in second language acquisition is examined by taking stock of empirical findings that have accumulated in this area. Finally, by way of conclusion, how the formulaicity of language can shed light on second/foreign language teaching theory is illustrated.

This study investigated the efects of boarding at school on students'prosocial behaviors in rural China using data from the National Children's Study of *** instrumental variable(IV)approach was used to control for potential endogeneity,and the IVs were the proportion of boarding students in higher grades and the school area per *** ordinary least squares and IV estimates showed that boarding students exhibited more prosocial behaviors,including compliance with rules,positive traits,and altruistic *** results were *** analyses suggested that students from low-income families,children who were not"left behind,"high-grade students,and female students were more likely to benefit from *** found that these effects were primarily due to boarding students developing stronger feelings of trust and support from their peers and teachers and participating in more school-organized events and team activities.
