It is a challenge to obtain highly tunable multifunctional performances in one ferroelectric system by a simple approach to meet the miniaturization,integration,and functionalization requirements of advanced electronic ***,rare earth erbium(Er)modulated 0.9K_(0.5)Na_(0.5)NbO_(3)-0.1Sr(1-x)Er_(x)Ti_((1-x/4))O_(3),(0.9KNN-0.1ST:xEr)transparent-photoluminescent-ferroelectric energy storage multifunctional ceramics are prepared to solve this *** effect of lattice distortion and oxygen vacancies by Er doping on the optical and electrical properties is systematically *** Er^(3+)ions can introduce a large distortion of the NbO_(6) octahedron by replacing the A-site in KNN-based *** to the higher c/a ratio and lower oxygen vacancy content are simultaneously obtained in 0.9KNN-0.1ST:0.1Er *** effective energy storage density(Wrec)of 0.86 J/cm^(3),excellent near-infrared transmittance of 51.7%(1100 nm)and strong green upconversion photoluminescence are achieved in this multifunctional *** study provides a solid basis for rare earth ions doped ferroelectric ceramics with tunable multifunctional properties and has significant potential for applications in optoelectronic devices.

An experimental and theoretical study on photoluminescence of Ce^(3+)-doped ZnS quantum dots and their application in Aspergillus oryzae

ZnS and ZnS:3.125%Ce^(3+)(ZSC)quantum dots(QDs)were synthesized by a low-temperature solid-phase *** crystal structure,photoluminescence(PL)properties of ZSC QDs,and their effects on the growth and kojic acid production of Aspergillus oryzae(***)were *** is found that both QDs have a cubic blend structure with the average particle size ranging of 2.75-6.14 ***^(3+)doping not only increases the band gap of ZnS QDs from 3.43 to 3.48 eV,but also increases the PL intensity by about 2.23 times,which is due to the fact that the electron carrier concentration is improved,and then the rate of radiative recombination is *** integral emission intensity,biomass,extracellular proteins yield,and kojic acid production of *** cultured with ZSC(ZnS)QDs are about 4.31(3.23),1.61(1.20),1.12(1.09),and 2.99(1.68)times higher than that of medium without QDs,respectively.

Modulation of starch digestibility using non-thermal processing techniques:A review

Obesity and type 2 diabetes are widespread throughout the world, especially in developed countries. Starch is an important part of human staple food, the modulating of starch digestibility is conducive to reducing postprandial blood glucose levels and alleviating the chronic disease caused by high caloric intake. The digestion properties of starch are correlated with its structural features, including crystallization, amylose/amylopectin ratio, non-starch components, etc. Among the modified methods applied to regulate starch digestibility, non-thermal processing techniques(NTPT) receive extensive attention due to the characteristics of safety, environmental friendliness and high efficiency. The influence and mechanism of NTPT on the digestion properties of starch are discussed in this review, including ultrasounds, high pressure, γ-irradiation, etc. NTPT induces the alternation of morphological and structural characteristics of native starch, changing their sensitivity to enzymes. The effects of NTPT on the digestibility of starch are highly related to the processing parameters and structure characteristics of native starch. The review shows that NTPT is an effective way to modulate the digestion properties of starch and prevent people from suffering from chronic diseases such as obesity and type 2 diabetes.

High recoverable energy density of Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_(3)-based ceramics by multi-scale insulation regulation and relaxor optimization strategy

Dielectric ceramic capacitors(DCCs)are highly desired for advanced electronic and electrical power systems owing to their ultrahigh power densities and fast charge-discharge ***,the low recoverable energy density(Wrec)of dielectric ceramic resulting from the low Weibull breakdown strength(Eb)has been a long-standing ***,we fabricated 0.8Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_(3)–0.2Sm_(1/3)Sr_(1/2)(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))O_(3)(0.8NBT–0.2SSMN)relaxor ferroelectric(RFE)ceramics display a greatly improved Eb of 480 kV/cm and largely enhanced Wrec of 7.3 J/cm3,far outperforming pure NBT *** demonstrate that the proposed multi-scale insulation regulation strategy via introducing SSMN with optimal content can effectively reduce grain sizes,increase the bandgap,and create a highly insulating second phase,leading to a high ***,the introduction of Sm^(3+)and Mg^(2+)–Nb5+dopants on the A/B-sites of the Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3 lattice created disruptions in the long-range-ordered ferroelectric domains,leading to excellent RFE *** high Eb and excellent RFE property led to the substantial improvement of ***,an exceptional thermal stability of Wrec and efficiency(η)are obtained at 25–200℃(Wrec∼(1.77±0.08)J/cm^(3),η∼82.9%±4.3%).This work offers a route for designing high energy storage performance relaxor ferroelectric ceramics for high-voltage dielectric ceramic capacitors.

In order to reduce or eliminate the adverse effects of calcium impurity,the interaction of Ca and rare earth Y co-doping on the preparation of WC-Co cemented carbides was investigated.X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy were employed to analyze the phase compositions,particle sizes and morphologies of them,*** results show that the second type of"yttrium barrier effect"is observed and the adverse influence of Ca-rich phase on tungsten powder can be eliminated by *** flexural strength and fracture toughness of YG6-0.01%Ca+0.09%Y alloy are 2199.5 MPa and 11.49 MPa·m^(1/2),showing improvement of 6.5% and 2.7% compared to YG6 alloy,*** evolutions of Ca-rich phase and Y-rich phase at the every alloy preparation stage of WO_(3),W,WC and cemented carbides are ***,the strengthening mechanism of WC-Co cemented carbide with co-addition of Ca and Y is proposed.

We find the exact forms of meromorphic solutions of the nonlinear differential equations■,n≥3,k≥1,where q,Q are nonzero polynomials,Q■Const.,and p_(1),p_(2),α_(1),α_(2)are nonzero constants withα_(1)≠α_(2).Compared with previous results on the equation p(z)f^(3)+q(z)f"=-sinα(z)with polynomial coefficients,our results show that the coefficient of the term f^((k))perturbed by multiplying an exponential function will affect the structure of its solutions.

Understanding and monitoring the cross-contamination of food allergens is crucial for safeguarding public health and ensuring food safety. food allergen risk assessment， derived from classical toxicological principles， can identify and quantify the risk of allergies. This study aimed to investigate the risk of wheat allergic reactions to prepackaged foods from China through the utilization of food allergen risk assessment. A total of 575 products have been surveyed， wheat/gluten， milk and egg were major allergens labelled on products. According to voluntary incidental trace allergen labelling 3.0 (VITAL? 3.0) program， the number of products belonged to Action Level 2 were 303. Integration of PAL analysis indicated that 9.57% products would pose a potential risk to wheat allergic individuals. The probabilistic risk assessment results suggest that 7984 allergic reactions may arise among wheat-allergic consumers during 10，000 eating occasions due to the consumption of pre-packaged food products with incorrect wheat-related allergen labelling. This study demonstrated that a risk assessment-based approach can support the guidance of allergen labelling and management of food allergen for pre-packaged food products， providing protection for allergic individuals in food consumption and for food manufacturers in food production and trade.

With an extension of the geological entropy concept in porous media,the approach called directional entrogram is applied to link hydraulic behavior to the anisotropy of the 3D fracture networks.A metric called directional entropic scale is used to measure the anisotropy of spatial order in different *** with the traditional connectivity indexes based on the statistics of fracture geometry,the directional entropic scale is capable to quantify the anisotropy of connectivity and hydraulic conductivity in heterogeneous 3D fracture *** to the numerical analysis of directional entrogram and fluid flow in a number of the 3D fracture networks,the hydraulic conductivities and entropic scales in different directions both increase with spatial order(i.e.,trace length decreasing and spacing increasing)and are independent of the dip *** a result,the nonlinear correlation between the hydraulic conductivities and entropic scales from different directions can be unified as quadratic polynomial function,which can shed light on the anisotropic effect of spatial order and global entropy on the heterogeneous hydraulic behaviors.
