Short message service （SMS） is now becoming an indispensable way of social communication, and the problem of mobile spam is getting increasingly serious. We propose a novel approach for spare messages detection. Instead of conventional methods that focus on keywords or flow rate filtering, our system is based on mining under a more robust structure： the social network constructed with SMS. Several features, including static features, dynamic features and graph features, are proposed for describing activities of nodes in the network in various ways. Experimental results operated on real dataset prove the validity of our approach.

Sharing of the electronic medical records among different hospitals raises serious concern of the leakage of individual privacy for the adoption of the semi trustworthiness of the medical cloud *** tracking and revocation of malicious users have become urgent *** solve these problems,this paper proposed a traceable and directly revocable medical data sharing *** the scheme,a unique identity parameter(ID),which was generated and embedded in the private key generation phase by the medical service provider(MSP),is used to identify legal authorized user and trace malicious *** when attributes satisfy the access policy and user’s ID is not in the revocation list can the user calculate the decryption *** user can be tracked and directly revoked by using the revocation *** the assumption of decision bilinear Diffie-Hellman(DBDH),this paper has proved that the scheme is able to achieve security against chosen-plaintext attack(CPA).The performance analysis demonstrates that the sizes of the public key and private key are shorter,and the time overhead is less than other schemes in the public-private key generation,data encryption and data decryption stages.

Cloud data centers, such as Amazon EC2, host myriad big data applications using Virtual Machines(VMs). As these applications are communication-intensive, optimizing network transfer between VMs is critical to the performance of these applications and network utilization of data centers. Previous studies have addressed this issue by scheduling network flows with coflow semantics or optimizing VM placement with traffic ***, coflow scheduling and VM placement have been conducted orthogonally. In fact, these two mechanisms are mutually dependent, and optimizing these two complementary degrees of freedom independently turns out to be suboptimal. In this paper, we present VirtCO, a practical framework that jointly schedules coflows and places VMs ahead of VM launch to optimize the overall performance of data center applications. We model the joint coflow scheduling and VM placement optimization problem, and propose effective heuristics for solving it. We further implement VirtCO with OpenStack and deploy it in a testbed environment. Extensive evaluation of real-world traces shows that compared with state-of-the-art solutions, VirtCO greatly reduces the average coflow completion time by up to 36.5%. This new framework is also compatible with and readily deployable within existing data center architectures.

We present a simulation experiment of a pipeline based on machine learning algorithms for neutral hydrogen(H I)intensity mapping(IM)surveys with different *** simulation is conducted on H I signals,foreground emission,thermal noise from instruments,strong radio frequency interference(s RFI),and mild RFI(m RFI).We apply the Mini-Batch K-Means algorithm to identify s RFI,and Adam algorithm to remove foregrounds and m *** show that there exists a threshold of the s RFI amplitudes above which the performance of our pipeline enhances *** removing foregrounds and m RFI,the performance of our pipeline is shown to have little dependence on the apertures of *** addition,the results show that there are thresholds of the signal amplitudes from which the performance of our pipeline begins to change *** consider all these thresholds as the edges of the signal amplitude ranges in which our pipeline can function *** work,for the first time,explores the feasibility of applying machine learning algorithms in the pipeline of IM surveys,especially for large surveys with the next-generation telescopes.

This paper presents a novel method to study Linux kernel evolution using complex *** investigated the node degree distribution and average path length of the call graphs corresponding to the kernel modules of 223 different versions(V1.1.0 to V2.4.35),we found that the call graphs are scale-free and smallworld *** on the relationship between average path length and nodes,we propose a method to find unusual points during Linux kernel evolution using the slope of the average path *** the unusual points we identify major structural changes in kernel modules.A stability coefficient is also proposed to describe quantitatively the stability of kernel modules during ***,we verify our result through Vasa’s metrics method.

The application of metamorphic testing(MT)on automatic program repair(APR-MT)is used to generate a patch without test oracles by examining whether the input metamorphic relation(MR)is satisfied or ***,the delivered patch is plausible since it may satisfy the input MR but violate other *** inspires us to propose an improved approach to enhance the effectiveness of APR-MT with metamorphic relation *** involves three major ***,we formally define the repair process of APR-MT by building the model of automatic program repair and metamorphic testing ***,we propose the advanced model of automatic program repair based on metamorphic relation group,named METARO^(3),which takes several MRs as input while only one MR is used in *** additionally present two kinds of selection strategies to rank MRs in descending order of the fault detection capability,which helps shorten the repair time of finding a *** demonstrate the feasibility and procedure of our approach,an illustration example was *** results show that METARO^(3) can improve the effectiveness of APR-MT significantly.

Three-dimensional(3D)porous piezoresistive sensors are widely used because of their simple fabrication and convenient signal ***,because of the dependence on organic skeleton materials and the complexity of conductive coating preparation,the electrical and mechanical properties of 3D wearable piezoresistive sensors have gradually failed to accommodate many emerging ***,a new flexible 3D piezoresistive sensor(NF3PS)with high sensitivity and a wide measurement range is proposed,which comprises a natural porous loofah as a flexible framework and carbon fiber/carbon nanotube(CF/CNT)multiscale composite as a conductive *** of cellulose and lignin,the irregular,porous loofah has excellent mechanical strength,elasticity,and toughness,ensuring a repeated compression/recovery behavior of the *** addition,compared with the single-size carbon coating,the coupling of multiscale CF/CNT composite coating improves sensitivities over a range of *** NF3PS demonstrates a sensitivity of 6.94 kPa^(-1) with good linearity in the pressure range of 0–11.2 kPa and maintains a sensitivity of 0.28 kPa^(-1) in an ultrawide measurement range of 11.2–84.6 *** flexibility,robustness,and wide-ranging linear resistance variation,the feasibility of the NF3PS in human activity monitoring,mechanical control,and smart homes is *** work provides a novel strategy for a new generation of 3D flexible pressure sensors for improving sensitivity and measurement range and demonstrates attractive applications in wearable sensors.

Nickel foam is widely used as a collector for electrocatalysts because of its excellent electrical conductivity;however,it is prone to react with elements such as oxygen,sulfur,and phosphorus during the growth of electrode materials,which makes it brittle and fragile,thus limiting its large-scale *** this study,bifunctional electrocatalysts with flexible multilevel Ni-based nanoclusters Ni@(Ni,Fe)Se_(2)/Ni@CC were synthesized on carbon cloth(CC)by hydrothermal and electrodeposition methods;these flexible electrocatalysts are convenient for subsequent industrial *** a current density of 10 mA cm^(−2),the overpotentials of the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)reached 98 and 224 mV,respectively,exceeding the catalytic effects of most metal-based *** overall water-splitting potential of the catalyst was only 1.56 V at 10 mA cm^(−2),and the performance was maintained after a 24 h stability ***@(Ni,Fe)Se_(2)/Ni@CC significantly improved the activity in alkaline environments by modulating the center of the d-band,thereby increasing the adsorption capacity of the catalyst for H *** this study,we improved the intrinsic activity and charge transfer of transition metal electrocatalysts by modifying the carbon cloth and constructing multilevel Ni-based nanoclusters,which provided some insights into the rational design of flexible bifunctional electrocatalysts.
