With the increasing demand for energy conservation and emission reduction,more attentions have been paid to the intelligentization,greenization and low carbonization during the transformation and upgrading of steelmaking *** furnace(LF)refining is one of the key procedures in steelmaking process and has been widely used in steelmaking plants for its high equipment matching degree,low equipment investment and outstanding refining *** to the main tasks of LF refining process,the modeling methods of temperature prediction model,slag-making model,alloying model,argon blowing model and model of inclusions behavior were systematically reviewed,and the advantages and disadvantages of each modeling method were *** addition,the technical framework for the future has also been proposed based on existing works,including classification of raw materials,graphic representation of knowledge,introduction,upgradation and management of device/equipment,customization of steelmaking,modeling of refining process,synergy of models,intelligentization of decision-making,automation of control,and digitization of processes and operations,aiming to provide a reference for the modeling and intelligent development of LF refining process.

PtSe_(2)因其可调的带隙、高载流子迁移率和较高的光吸收率在红外探测领域受到广泛的研究和关注.然而,传统的制备方法存在生长条件复杂、生长时间长、铂源和硒源的选择性较低、晶体质量不高、成本昂贵以及大规模制造困难等缺点,限制了其实际应用.在此,我们采用了一种便捷、低成本的磁控共溅射法来制备大面积、高质量的PtSe_(2)薄膜.在不同温度下生长的薄膜的表面形貌和微观结构表征结果表明,我们制备的PtSe_(2)薄膜具有良好的结晶性、可控性、均匀性、较窄带隙和优异的红外波段吸收特性,同时我们还研究了最合适的衬底和生长温度.基于PtSe_(2)的光电探测器展示出良好的红外探测能力和较快的响应速度.尤其值得注意的是,相比于传统制备方法,本研究提出的制备方法的制备时间非常短,为PtSe_(2)大规模应用于下一代红外探测,并与现有的硅技术兼容提供了有益的指导.

Bending Crashworthiness of Thin-Walled Square Tubes Partially Filled with Metallic Foams

Two cross-sectional configurations of thin-walled square tubes partially filled with lightweight metallic foams are proposed， and termed as double-cell configuration partially filled with foam (DC-PF) and double-tube configuration partially filled with foam (DT-PF)， respectively. The bending crashworthiness is investigated based on three-point bending tests using finite element ABAQUS/Explicit code. The two key mechanical indicators including Crash Load Efficiency (CLE) and Specific Energy Absorption (SEA) are introduced to evaluate the effect of foams in comparison with empty square tubes and fully filled square tubes. The numerical results show that the two partially filled configurations， especially DT-PF， display dramatically excellent bending crashworthiness compared to empty and fully filled square tubes. There exists a foam density threshold， beyond which the CLE of DT-PF achieves a maximum constant. In addition， there seems to be another foam density threshold， beyond which the SEA of DT-PF gets to the maximum value. It is also shown that the foam density threshold corresponding to the maximum SEA varies with the thickness of thin-walled square tubes.

When shield TBM tunnelling in abrasive sandy ground,the rational design of cutter parameters is critical to reduce tool wear and improve tunnelling ***,the influence mechanism of cutter parameters on scraper wear remains unclear due to the lack of a reliable test *** and material optimisation are often based on subjective experience,which is unfavourable for improving scraper geological *** the present study,the newly developed WHU-SAT soil abrasion test was used to evaluate the variation in scraper wear with cutter geometry,material and *** influence mechanism of cutter parameters on scraper wear has been revealed according to the scratch characteristics of the scraper *** geometry and material parameters have been optimised to reduce scraper *** results indicate that the variation in scraper wear with cutter geometry is related to the cutting resistance,frictional resistance and stress *** appropriate increase in the front angle(or back angle)reduces the cutting resistance(or frictional resistance),while an excessive increase in the front angle(or back angle)reduces the edge angle and causes stress *** optimal front angle,back angle and edge angle for quartz sand samples areα=25°,β=10°andγ=55°,*** wear resistance of the modelled scrapers made of different metal materials is related to the chemical elements and *** wear resistances of the modelled scrapers made of 45#,06Cr19Ni10,42CrMo4 and 40CrNiMoA are 0.569,0.661,0.691 and 0.728 times those made of WC-Co,*** the alloy hardness is less than 47 HRC(or greater than 58 HRC),scraper wear decreases slowly with increasing alloy hardness as the scratch depth of the particle asperity on the metal surface stabilizes at a high(or low)***,when the alloy hardness is between 47 HRC and 58 HRC,scraper wear decreases rapidly with increasing alloy hardness as the scratch depth transitions

水系金属-H2O2电池作为新兴的动力电池,因其理论能量密度大,在各种应用领域受到关注,特别是水下环境.然而,由于金属的自腐蚀现象,大多数基于Mg/Al或其合金的金属-H2O2电池的峰值功率密度小于300 mW cm-2.本文报道了一种基于多功能单细胞链生物质合成超细豆荚状ZnCo/N掺杂电催化剂的方法,并成功应用于高功率Zn-H2O2电池.电催化剂在皱褶界面上提供了丰富的催化活性位点,并且,由于采用的根状碳纳米管阵列,缩短了电子/离子转移路径.因此,优化后的电催化剂表现出优异的ORR活性,具有较高的E1/2（0.90 V）和Eonset（1.01 V）值.更重要的是,Zn-H2O2电池实现了创纪录的510mWcm-2的最大功率密度和953 Wh kg-1的高比能密度.
