The Internet of Things(IoT)has orchestrated various domains in numerous applications,contributing significantly to the growth of the smart world,even in regions with low literacy rates,boosting socio-economic *** study provides valuable insights into optimizing wireless communication,paving the way for a more connected and productive future in the mining *** IoT revolution is advancing across industries,but harsh geometric environments,including open-pit mines,pose unique challenges for reliable *** advent of IoT in the mining industry has significantly improved communication for critical operations through the use of Radio Frequency(RF)protocols such as Bluetooth,Wi-Fi,GSM/GPRS,Narrow Band(NB)-IoT,SigFox,ZigBee,and Long Range Wireless Area Network(LoRaWAN).This study addresses the optimization of network implementations by comparing two leading free-spreading IoT-based RF protocols such as ZigBee and *** field tests are conducted in various opencast mines to investigate coverage potential and signal *** is tested in the Tadicherla open-cast coal mine in ***,LoRaWAN field tests are conducted at one of the associated cement companies(ACC)in the limestone mine in Bargarh,India,covering both Indoor-toOutdoor(I2O)and Outdoor-to-Outdoor(O2O)environments.A robust framework of path-loss models,referred to as Free space,Egli,Okumura-Hata,Cost231-Hata and Ericsson models,combined with key performance metrics,is employed to evaluate the patterns of signal *** field testing and careful data analysis revealed that the Egli model is the most consistent path-loss model for the ZigBee protocol in an I2O environment,with a coefficient of determination(R^(2))of 0.907,balanced error metrics such as Normalized Root Mean Square Error(NRMSE)of 0.030,Mean Square Error(MSE)of 4.950,Mean Absolute Percentage Error(MAPE)of 0.249 and Scatter Index(SI)of *** the O2O scenario,the Ericsson model

Collaborative Trajectory Planning for Stereoscopic Agricultural Multi-UAVs Driven by the Aquila Optimizer

Stereoscopic agriculture,as an advanced method of agricultural production,poses new challenges for multi-task trajectory planning of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs).To address the need for UAVs to perform multi-task trajectory planning in stereoscopic agriculture,a multi-task trajectory planning model and algorithm(IEP-AO)that synthesizes flight safety and flight efficiency is *** on the requirements of stereoscopic agricultural geomorphological features and operational characteristics,the multi-task trajectory planning model is ensured by constructing targeted constraints at five aspects,including the path,slope,altitude,corner,energy and obstacle threat,to improve the effectiveness of the trajectory planning *** combined with the path optimization algorithm,an Aquila optimizer(IEP-AO)based on the interference-enhanced combination model is proposed,which can help UAVs to improve the trajectory search capability in complex operation space and large-scale operation tasks,and jump out of the locally optimal trajectory path region timely,to generate the optimal trajectory planning plan that can adapt to the diversity of the tasks and the flight ***,four simulated flights with different operation scales and different scene constraints were conducted under the constructed real 3Dimension scene,and the experimental results can show that the proposedmulti-task trajectory planning method canmeet themulti-task requirements in stereoscopic agriculture and improve the mission execution efficiency and agricultural production effect of UAV.

As the adoption of explainable AI(XAI) continues to expand, the urgency to address its privacy implications intensifies. Despite a growing corpus of research in AI privacy and explainability, there is little attention on privacy-preserving model explanations. This article presents the first thorough survey about privacy attacks on model explanations and their countermeasures. Our contribution to this field comprises a thorough analysis of research papers with a connected taxonomy that facilitates the categorization of privacy attacks and countermeasures based on the targeted explanations. This work also includes an initial investigation into the causes of privacy leaks. Finally, we discuss unresolved issues and prospective research directions uncovered in our analysis. This survey aims to be a valuable resource for the research community and offers clear insights for those new to this domain. To support ongoing research, we have established an online resource repository, which will be continuously updated with new and relevant findings.

Researchers have recently achieved significant advances in deep learning techniques, which in turn has substantially advanced other research disciplines, such as natural language processing, image processing, speech recognition, and software engineering. Various deep learning techniques have been successfully employed to facilitate software engineering tasks, including code generation, software refactoring, and fault localization. Many studies have also been presented in top conferences and journals, demonstrating the applications of deep learning techniques in resolving various software engineering tasks. However,although several surveys have provided overall pictures of the application of deep learning techniques in software engineering,they focus more on learning techniques, that is, what kind of deep learning techniques are employed and how deep models are trained or fine-tuned for software engineering tasks. We still lack surveys explaining the advances of subareas in software engineering driven by deep learning techniques, as well as challenges and opportunities in each subarea. To this end, in this study, we present the first task-oriented survey on deep learning-based software engineering. It covers twelve major software engineering subareas significantly impacted by deep learning techniques. Such subareas spread out through the whole lifecycle of software development and maintenance, including requirements engineering, software development, testing, maintenance, and developer collaboration. As we believe that deep learning may provide an opportunity to revolutionize the whole discipline of software engineering, providing one survey covering as many subareas as possible in software engineering can help future research push forward the frontier of deep learning-based software engineering more systematically. Electrochemical sensor for dopamine detection based on multiwalled carbon nanotube/molybdenum disulfide quantum dots with machine learning integration and anti-interference capability

The precise detection and measurement of dopamine（DA）,a crucial neurotransmitter in the human body,plays a significant role in diagnosing,preventing,and treating neurological diseases associated with its levels.A highly sensitive DA electrochemical sensor was constructed by combining molybdenum disulfide quantum dots（MSQDs） with multiwalled carbon nanotubes（MWCNTs）.The MSQDs were synthesized using the shear exfoliation *** sensors consist of MSQDs with Mo-S edge catalytic centers for the DA redox reaction,and MWCNTs amplify the sensor *** linearity of the sensor for the detection of DA was tested in the presence of ascorbic acid(AA,50 μmol·L-1) and uric acid(UA,200 μmol·L-1),and exhibited linearity from 2 to 966 μmol·L-1of DA with 0.097 μA(mol·L-1)-1sensitivity and a low limit of detection of0.6 μmol·L-1（the ratio between signal and noise,S/N=3）.Moreover,the sensitivity and selectivity of the sensor were also studied using *** is no increase in amperometric current after adding the most potentially interfering *** sensor was successfully applied to recover DA in human blood sera ***,machine learning algorithms were operated to aid in the near-precise detection of DA in the heterogeneous mixture containing AA and *** algorithms facilitate the identification and quantification of DA amidst coexisting interferents,including AA,that are commonly present in biological matrices.

This study examines the effectiveness of artificial intelligence techniques in generating high-quality environmental data for species introductory site selection *** Strengths,Weaknesses,Opportunities,Threats(SWOT)analysis data with Variation Autoencoder(VAE)and Generative AdversarialNetwork(GAN)the network framework model(SAE-GAN),is proposed for environmental data *** model combines two popular generative models,GAN and VAE,to generate features conditional on categorical data embedding after SWOT *** model is capable of generating features that resemble real feature distributions and adding sample factors to more accurately track individual sample *** data is used to retain more semantic information to generate *** model was applied to species in Southern California,USA,citing SWOT analysis data to train the *** show that the model is capable of integrating data from more comprehensive analyses than traditional methods and generating high-quality reconstructed data from them,effectively solving the problem of insufficient data collection in development *** model is further validated by the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)classification assessment commonly used in the environmental data *** study provides a reliable and rich source of training data for species introduction site selection systems and makes a significant contribution to ecological and sustainable development.

A Lightweight Multiscale Feature Fusion Network for Solar Cell Defect Detection
