With the development of quantum computing technology, quantum public-key cryptography is gradually becoming an alternative to the existing classical public-key cryptography. This paper designs a quantum trapdoor one-way function via EPR pairs and quantum measurements. Based on this, a new quantum public-key cryptosystem is presented, which offers forward security,and can resist the chosen-plaintext attack and chosen-ciphertext attack. Compared with the existing quantum public-key cryptos,eavesdropping can be automatically detected in this new quantum public-key cryptosystem under a necessary condition, which is also detailed in the paper.

Secure key distribution among classical parties is impossible both between two parties and in a network. In this paper, we present a quantum key distribution （QKD） protocol to distribute secure key bits among one quantum party and numerous classical parties who have no quantum capacity. We prove that our protocol is completely robust, i.e., any eavesdropping attack should be detected with nonzero probability. Our calculations show that our protocol may be secure against Eve＇s symmetrically individual attack.

A state-to-state dynamics analysis for the Li＋HF （v = 0, j = 0）→LiF （v’, j’）＋H collision reaction has been performed through quasiclassical trajectory （QCT） calculations. It is found that the differential cross section （DCS） of the LiF products from the title reaction is preferentially backward scattering for v’=0, yet forward scattering for v’=1 and 2. For v’=3, the DCS exhibits forward, backward, and sideways scatterings. The variation of the internuclear distances and angles along the propagation time reveals that more than 99.08% of reaction trajectories undergo the direct reaction mechanism. The values of the polarization parameters a1-{1} and a0{2} demonstrate that the product rotational angular moment j’ is not only aligned perpendicular to the reagent relative velocity vector k, but also oriented along the negative y axis. These product polarization results agree well with the recent quantum mechanical studies. The mechanism of these results was proposed and discussed in detail.

Stereodynamics for the reaction H＋LiF（v = 0, j = 0） → HF＋Li and its isotopic variants on the ground-state （12A＇） potential energy surface （PES） are studied by employing the quasi-classical trajectory （QCT） method. At a collision energy of 1.0 eV, product rotational angular momentum distributions P（0r）, P（~r）, and P（Or, Cr）, are calculated in the center-of-mass （CM） frame. The results demonstrate that the product rotational angular momentum j＇ is not only aligned along the direction perpendicular to the reagent relative velocity vector k, but also oriented along the negative y axis. The four generalized polarization-dependent differential cross sections （PDDCSs） are also computed. The PDDCS00 distribution shows a preferential forward scattering for the product angular distribution in each of the three isotopic reactions, which indicates that the title collision reaction is a direct reaction mechanism. The isotope effect on the stereodynamics is revealed and discussed in detail.

Thermal stability and data retention of resistive random access memory with HfOx/ZnO double layers

As an industry accepted storage scheme, hafnium oxide（HfO_x） based resistive random access memory（RRAM）should further improve its thermal stability and data retention for practical applications. We therefore fabricated RRAMs with HfO_x/ZnO double-layer as the storage medium to study their thermal stability as well as data retention. The HfO_x/ZnO double-layer is capable of reversible bipolar switching under ultralow switching current（〈 3 μA） with a Schottky emission dominant conduction for the high resistance state and a Poole–Frenkel emission governed conduction for the low resistance state. Compared with a drastically increased switching current at 120℃ for the single HfO_x layer RRAM, the HfO_x/ZnO double-layer exhibits excellent thermal stability and maintains neglectful fluctuations in switching current at high temperatures（up to 180℃）, which might be attributed to the increased Schottky barrier height to suppress current at high temperatures. Additionally, the HfO_x/ZnO double-layer exhibits 10-year data retention @85℃ that is helpful for the practical applications in RRAMs.

Probing the TC2 model via Production of Top Quark Pairs at Tevatron and LHC

The topcolour-assisted technicolour （TC2） model is an interesting dynamical theory among the various new physics models. We cMculate the total tt cross section and the relative correction of the TC2 model to the cross section at Tevatron Run Ⅱ and LHC. At the Tevatron Run Ⅱ, the cross section predicted by the standard model （SM） is consistent with the experimental data, and in most parameter spaces of the TC2 model, the relative correction of the TC2 model to the cross section is too small to be detectable. We find that the tt cross section is more sensitive to the parameters of the TC2 model at the LHC and the relative correction of the TC2 model to the cross section is over 10% in general. Such a value of the relative correction should be large enough to be detectable at the LHC. Therefore, it is promising to find the clue of the TC2 model via the tt production at the LHC.

We propose a method for generating double-ring-shaped vector beams. A step phase introduced by a spatial light modulator（SLM） first makes the incident laser beam have a nodal cycle. This phase is dynamic in nature because it depends on the optical length. Then a Pancharatnam–Berry phase（PBP） optical element is used to manipulate the local polarization of the optical field by modulating the geometric phase. The experimental results show that this scheme can effectively create double-ring-shaped vector beams. It provides much greater flexibility to manipulate the phase and polarization by simultaneously modulating the dynamic and the geometric phases.

This paper employs the highly accurate valence internally contracted multireference configuration interaction method to investigate the potential energy curves （PECs） for the ground state （X^1 ∑^＋） and two low-lying excited states （A^1∏ and D^1 △ of phosphorus nitride （PN） radical with the correlation-consistent basis set, aug-cc-pV6Z, in the valence range. Relativistic effects are considered in these calculations. The spectroscopic constants of the X^1 ∑^＋ and A^1∏ states are calculated based on the PECs, and the results are in good accord with the available experimental data. The first 30 vibrational states for the X^1 ∑^＋ state and the first 40 vibrational states for the A^1∏ state are determined when J = 0. For each vibrational state, molecular constants G（v）, B（v） and D（v） are also attained.

An automatic three-dimensional(3D) reconstruction method based on four-view stereo vision using checkerboard pattern is presented. Mismatches easily exist in traditional binocular stereo matching due to the repeatable or similar features of binocular images. In order to reduce the probability of mismatching and improve the measure precision, a four-camera measurement system which can add extra matching constraints and offer multiple measurements is applied in this work. Moreover, a series of different checkerboard patterns are projected onto the object to obtain dense feature points and remove mismatched points. Finally, the 3D model is generated by performing Delaunay triangulation and texture mapping on the point cloud obtained by four-view matching. This method was tested on the 3D reconstruction of a terracotta soldier sculpture and the Buddhas in the Mogao Grottoes. Their point clouds without mismatched points were obtained and less processing time was consumed in most cases relative to binocular matching. These good reconstructed models show the effectiveness of the method.
