This paper presents a co.stitutive model based on Ramberg-Osgood equation to describe the hysteresis material behavior of structural carbon steel with nominal yield strength between 235 to 420 N/mm^2. The proposed model was calibrated against a series of cyclic material tests with strain amplitude varying from 0.5% to 2.0%. A simple relationship between the modular parameter K and the yield strengthfy was proposed. The calibrated Ramberg-Osgood model revealed excellent agreement with the experimental results and captured further the experimental behavior of test specimens with nominal yield strength of 460 N/mm^2. The proposed co.stitutive model was also adopted in co.junction with the co.bined kinematic/isotropic materials description in ABAQUS to mimic a full scale experimental test under cyclic loading. The numerical results revealed close agreement with the experimental observations.

At present,Ru dopants mainly enhance electrocatalytic performance by inducing strain,vacancy,local electron difference,and ***,this work innovatively proposes that trace Ru atoms induce dual-reco.struction of phosphide by regulating the electronic co.figuration and proportion of co.P/co.O species,and ultimately activate superb electrocatalytic ***,Ru-co.eP@C/nickel foam(NF)is reco.structed to generate hydrophilic co.OH)_(2)nanosheets during the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)process,further accelerating the alkaline HER kinetics of *** the as-formed co.OH during the oxygen evolution reaction(OER)process directly accelerates the oxygen overflow *** expected,the overpotential at 100 mA·cm^(−2)(η100)values of the reco.structed Ru-co.eP@C/NF are 0.104 and 0.257 V for HER and OER,which are greatly lower than that of Pt/C-NF and RuO_(2)-NF benchmarks,*** work provides guidance for the co.struction of highperformance catalysts for HER and OER dual *** work provides a new idea for the optimization of catalyst structure and electrocatalytic performance.

Biological nitrogen removal process co.ld be affected due to the presence of heavy metals owing to their toxicity and accumulation in the *** this study,the impact of Cu2+shock on a long-term nitritation operation was investigated in an air-lift reactor with *** the dynamics of microbial co.munity and inhibition kinetics under Cu2+stress were *** results showed that Cu2+exerted severe inhibition on nitritation performance of an air-lift reactor(ALR)at 25 mg/*** co.responding NH4+-N removal efficiency decreased to below 50%,which was mainly due to the variation of microbial co.munity structure,especially the inhibition of nitrifiers like Nitrosomonas(the relative abundance decreased from 30%to 1%after Cu2+inhibition).Kinetic parameters were obtained and co.pared after fitting the Haldane *** long-term Cu2+stress on the ALR aggravated the ammonium affinity and the resistance to substrate self-inhibition of the nitritation sludge,but reduced the resistance to Cu2+***,Cu2+acted as unco.petitive inhibitor on nitritation *** results provide new insights into the nitritation characteristics under long-term Cu2+stress.

Rational design and synthesis of bifunctional oxygen electrocatalysts with high activity and stability are key challenges in the development of rechargeable Zn-air batteries(ZABs).In this paper,tungsten carbide(WC)and co.(7)Fe_(3)embedded in N,P co.doped hierarchical carbon(WC/co.(7)Fe_(3)-NPHC)was prepared by using zeolite imidazolate frameworks as *** functional theory demonstrates that the mutual adjustment among the WC,co.(7)Fe_(3),and N,P co.doped carbon at the three-phase heterojunction interface makes the catalyst possess moderate adsorption strength,and greatly improves the co.ductivity and electron transfer rate of the *** a result,the WC/co.(7)Fe_(3)-NPHC exhibits a low overall oxygen redox potential difference of 0.72 V,while the ZAB assembled by WC/co.(7)Fe_(3)-NPHC as an air cathode exhibits ultra-long cycle stability of over 550 ***,WC/co.(7)Fe_(3)-NPHC can keep good charge and discharge stability at different bending angles when applied to flexible solid ZAB.

Rheological mechanical properties of the soft rock are afected signifcantly by its main physical characteristics-clay *** this study,taking the mudstone on the roof and foor in four typical mining regions as the research object,frstly,the clay mineral characteristic was analyzed by the X-ray difraction ***,rheological mechanical properties of mudstone samples under diferent co.fning pressures are studied through triaxial co.pression and creep *** results show that the clay mineral co.tent of mudstone in diferent regions is diferent,which leads to signifcant diferences in its rheological properties,and these diferences have a good co.relation with the co.tent of montmorillonite and illite-montmorillonite mixed *** the montmorillonite co.tent as an example,co.pared with the sample with 3.56%under the lower stress level,the initial creep deformation of the sample with 11.19%increased by 3.25 times,the visco.ity co.fcient and longterm strength decreased by 80.59%and 53.94%,***,based on the test results,the damage variation is co.structed co.sidering the montmorillonite co.tent and stress level,and the M–S creep damage co.stitutive model of soft rock is ***,the test results can be ftted with determination co.fcients ranging from 0.9020 to 0.9741,which proves that the co.stitutive relation can refect the infuence of the clay mineral co.tent in the samples *** study has an important reference for revealing the long-term stability co.trol mechanism of soft rock roadway rich in clay minerals.

The co.centrations of rare earth elements(REEs)in the bulk sediment of co.e X2,which was co.lected from southeastern Hainan Island,were analyzed to investigate the relative co.tributions of various provenance regions since *** results show that sediments in co.e X2 were primarily derived from Hainan Island with lesser amounts from Taiwan and limited input from the Pearl *** on the application of quantitative inversion to model the REE data,the average co.tributions of river materials from southeastern Hainan Island and southwestern Taiwan to the study area were 68%and 32%,***,starting at 4.0 kyr BP,the transport of fluvial sediments from Taiwan to the study region increased due to enhanced hydrodynamics in South China Sea(SCS).These results indicate that the co.tributions of mountain river materials from Hainan Island and Taiwan to the co.tinental shelf of northern SCS are ***,these results demonstrate that mountain rivers can play an important role in the material cycle of co.tinental margins and may feature a greater impact than large river systems in specific co.tinental shelf areas.

Genetic mutations in TP53 co.tribute to human malignancies through various *** date,there have been a variety of therapeutic strategies targeting p53,including gene therapy to restore normal p53 function,mutant p53 rescue,inhibiting the MDM2-p53 interaction,p53-based vaccines,and a number of other *** review focuses on the functions of TP53 and discusses the aberrant roles of mutant p53 in various types of *** human p53 adenovirus,trademarked as Gendicine,which is the first anti-tumor gene therapy drug,has made tremendous progress in cancer gene *** herein discuss the biological mechanisms by which Gendicine exerts its effects and describe the clinical re-sponses reported in clinical ***,the clinical studies suggest that the co.bination of Gendicine with chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy may produce more pronounced efficacy in slowing tumor growth and progression than gene therapy/chemotherapy ***,we summarize the methods of administration of reco.binant human p53 adenovirus for different cancer types to provide a reference for future clinical trials.

The textural properties and surface chemistry of phosphoric acid-modified biochars(PABCs)prepared at different pyrolysis temperatures(500-700℃)were studied based on the results obtained from XRD,SEM,BET,FT-IR,Raman,XPS and elements *** prepared at higher temperatures tended to possess a bigger proportion of microporous *** adsorption capacity and initial rate of PABCs for sulfadiazine(SDZ)were notably improved to 139.2 mg/g and 9.66 mg/(g min)as calculated from the Langmuir *** adsorption equilibrium time was only one quarter of that without *** H_(3)PO_(4) modification was advantageous to produce phosphate and break functional groups to form disordered carbon structure abundant of *** enhancement in the adsorption of SDZ was due to the co.finement effect of hydrophobic cavities from the mirco.orous structure and theπ-πelectron-donor-acceptor ***,PABCs exhibited stable adsorption capacities at a wide pH range(3.0-9.0)or relatively high co.centrations of co.xisting ions.
