Two different evaporitic sequences occurred in the latest Cretaceous-Early paleocene in Yarkand Basin,southwestern Tarim Basin,Xinjiang province,China:one is characterized by poor gypsum and some small,lenticularshaped halite layers in the Tuyiluoke Formation of the latest Cretaceous,the other is characterized by very thick gypsum and halite layers in the Aertashen Formation of the early *** the early developmental stage of the Tuyiluoke Formation,the Yarkand ancient saline lake was a long,strip-shaped depression,NW-sE oriented,along the West Kunlun piedmont,with its eastern boundary to the line along bores Ys1-T1-Ks101,the concentrated center located in the area of borehole *** the later developmental stage,the depositional scope was shifted inch by inch to the NW of this saline lake,forming a triangular depositional area,with apices at boreholes Wx1,Ak2 and s1,the concentrated center of the saline lake gradually migrating from borehole s1 region to the northwestern area of the lake,developing four small,evaporatedconcentrated sub-depressions,depositing lenticular-shaped *** the early paleocene,the ancient saline lake was stretched from the West Kunlun piedmont in the west,to the Markit slope in the east,from the south Tianshan piedmont in the north,to the Hotan area in the south,accompanied by giant thicknesses of halite and large-scale gypsum layers,mainly interbedded with limestone in the Aertashen *** evaporites in the latest Cretaceous-early paleocene were controlled by the marine transgression-regression geological background in the Yarkand ***,integrated evaporitic depositional sequences,such as clasolite-gypsum-halite-potash,usually occur in the presence of persistent seawater through evaporation,but this is not the case in the Tuyiluoke *** contrast,very thick gypsum layers are common in the early ***,adequate mineral sources for evaporites are found within seawater,such as in large basins und

The fabrics of microbialites preserved in limestones are generally better than in dolostones. What are the fabrics of the microbialites preserved in heavily dolomitized dolostones? This paper presents an example of a strongly dolomitized Cambrian microbialite profile. The Xiaoerblak Formation(Cambrian series 2 stage 3 and lower stage 4)of the sugaitblak section in Aksu, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region, China is mainly composed of microbial dolostones. Due to strong alteration by diagenesis, their features, formation and environments have not been fully understood. Here, based on detailed observation on outcrops and thin sections, we show that this formation comprises four kinds of microbialites: laminite, thrombolite, thrombolitic laminite, and Renalcis framestone, in five intervals(Interval I to Interval V). We identified three main types of microbialite fabrics, i.e., clotted fabric, laminated fabric and skeletal fabric, and established a high-resolution vertical evolution sequence of the microbialites. The clotted fabric and the laminated fabric were further divided into subtypes. We found that the original fabrics were mainly affected by dolomitization, recrystallization and dissolution, and the alteration degree of the microbialite fabric is stronger in the lower part of this formation. The laminated fabric has the strongest resistance to diagenesis,followed by the clotted fabric. Based on studies of different rock types and sedimentary structures, we concluded that the sedimentary environment of Xiaoerblak Formation consists of three settings: a) Intervals I to III formed in restricted tidal flat environments, b) Interval IV and the lower part of Interval V in restricted deep subtidal environments, and c) upper part of Interval V in shallowing-up open subtidal environments.

After sea level rises during the Early Cretaceous, upper parts of the Khami Group sediments （Fahliyan, Gadvan, and Dariyan Formations） deposited over Jurassic sediments. The Lower Cretaceous （Aptian） Dariyan Formation （equivalent to the shu＇aiba Formation and Hawar Member of the Arabian plate） carbonates, which have hydrocarbon reservoir potential, form the uppermost portion of the Khami Group that unconformably overlays the Gadvan Formation and was unconformably covered by the Kazhdumi Formation and Burgan sandstones. Detailed paleontological, sedimentological, and well log analysis were performed on seven wells from Qeshm Island and offshore in order to analyze the sequence stratigraphy of this interval and correlate with other studies of the Dariyan Formation in this region. According to this study, the Dariyan Formation contains 14 carbonate lithofacies, which deposited on a ramp system that deepened in both directions （NE-wells 5, 6 and sWIwells 1, 2）. sequence stratigraphy led to recognition of 5 Aptian third-order sequences toward the Bab Basin （sW-well 1） and 4 Aptian third-order sequences toward Qeshm Island （NE-wells 5 and 6） so these areas show higher gamma on the gamma ray logs and probably have higher source rock potential. Other wells （wells 2-4 and 7） mainly deposited in shallower ramp systems and contain 3 Aptian third-order sequences. On the other hand, rudstone and boundstone lithofacies of studied wells have higher reservoir potential and were deposited during Apt 3 and Apt 4 sequences of the Arabian plate. The Dariyan Formation in Qeshm Island （well 6） and adjacent well （well 5） was deposited in an intrashelf basin that should be classified as a new intrashelf basin in future Aptian paleogeographic maps. We interpret that salt-related differential subsidence, crustal warping, and reactivation of basement faults of the Arabian plate boundary were responsible for the creation of the intrashelf basin in the Qeshm area.

In recent years, owing to the strong increase in demand for lubricants, China is ranked second in the global lubricant market. With the rapid development of China＇s automobile industry, there is an increasing demand for vehicle lubricants and an increasing requirement for higher quality lubricants. While the demands for vehicle lubricants are increasing year by year in China, the quality grade of vehicle lubricant will be improved by leaps and bounds, and the high standard lubricant for automobile will be directly brought in line with international practice. At present, the market share of most high-end vehicle lubricant has been occupied by foreign lubricant brands. so for China National petroleum Corporation Lubricant company （CNpCLC）, the urgent issue is that strategies must be made to respond to the stern challenges and to occupy more market share. In this paper, by using the analytic hierarchy process （AHp） technique that has the advantage of combining quantitative with qualitative analysis, a sWOT-AHp model for CNpCLC vehicle lubricants is developed, presenting a good tool for studying the competitive factors domestic and overseas for vehicle lubricants. Finally a strategic plan for CNpCLC vehicle lubricants is suggested.

In this paper,the main purpose is to analyze and research the characteristics of the geoelectric field observed data with a long time span and large amplitude abnormal change,at the Lhasa geomagnetic station( hereafter referred to as "Lhasa station "),before and after the Nepal M_s8. 1 strong earthquake,which occurred on April 25,2015. Based on the observation conditions,the observation system,and the observed data of Lhasa station preliminary discussed,the main characteristics of the abnormal change and evolution process are analyzed and studied,using the following two methods; the "synthesis energy accumulation"and the "power as MsA spectrum"analysis,from the two aspects of the"Time Domain"and"Frequency Domain. "The results show that the abnormal change of the geo-electric field observation of Lhasa station experienced a development stage following the process of "trend change- disturbance change- earthquake period-recovery period",and an evolution process of "low frequency change- high frequency change- smooth change- high frequency change ",before and after the Nepal M_s8. 1strong earthquake. Comprehensive analysis shows that the variation characteristics and evolution process of the geo-electric field at Lhasa station are basically consistent with the results of the relevant mechanism and phenomenon research. so far,this is valuable information with certain objectivity,which is typical and representative to reflect the whole process of the gestation, occurrence and complete development of such strongearthquakes.

Lunnan region is a large-scale paleohigh with many coexisting oil and gas bearing *** present, about 2 billions tons of proved,probable and possible oil and gas reverses have been proved *** oil and gas bearing series have been found in the Ordovician,Carboniferous,Triassic and Jurassic of Lunnan region,they all bear the characteristics of large-scale multilayer oil-gas *** is the main reservoir series where over 0.8 billion tons of oil geologic reserves were discovered,and a super large-scale marine carbonate oil and gas field has *** space of the carbonate reservoirs is mainly composed of dissolved hole,dissolved pore and fracture in Lunnan paleo-burial ***, dissolved holes are widely distributed among *** developments are mainly controlled by karstification and tectonic *** to the similar geochemical characters,the Ordovician,Carboniferous,Triassic and Jurassic oil and gas reservoirs present the same oil source rock of Mid-Upper Ordovician,the latter except Ordovician are mostly of secondary oil and gas reservoirs migrated vertically by faults during the process of multiple phase tectonic movement,adjustment and reconstruction. Lunnan composite oil and gas accumulation region is situated in the vicinity of large-scale hydrocarbon generation depressions in three directions,ample oil and gas from hydrocarbon generation depressions supplied the adjacent oil and gas reservoirs ***,the succeed paleohigh is the long-term hydrocarbon accumulation region,which is favor for the formations of high quality reservoirs,fault systems and huge-scale composite oil and gas accumulation.

In the staged multi-cluster fracturing of shale gas horizontal wells, ball sealers are used to ensure uniform fluid distribution among clusters, a strategy that is both cost-effective and operationally beneficial. Despite these advantages, comprehending the ball sealers' dynamics within the wellbore and their plugging behavior at perforations is still challenging. This complexity results in prediction difficulties regarding their diversion efficiency. To address this, our study utilized a semi-resolved CFD-DEM model based on kernel approximation to simulate the behavior of medium-sized ball sealers in single and multiple cluster scenarios. Our findings from a single cluster scenario reveal that the plugging probability is co-determined by velocity gradients in the fluid ingestion area near the perforation, backflow region, and inertial forces of the ball sealers. As the critical flow rate is achieved, the plugging probability negatively correlated with fluid viscosity and displacement, and positively correlated with the perforation flow ratio (pFR), the difference in particle-fluid density, ball sealer’s diameter, and the ball sealer’s offset from the pipeline center. Temporary plugging control efficiency was used to evaluate the flow balance effect among multiple clusters. The results indicate that an increased number of ball sealers enhances the fault tolerance during the temporary plugging process. Nevertheless, excessive ball sealers might undermine the temporary plugging control efficiency, as perforations with lower fluid inflow rates are unexpectedly plugging. Higher differences in fluid injection rates between clusters led to increased efficiency in temporary plugging control. premature deployment of ball sealers cannot effectively plug perforations with marginally higher fluid inflow rates, but instead accidently plug intermediate clusters with lower fluid inflow rates. These findings offer a theoretical basis for optimizing the design of ball sealers.

The Influence of Key Environmental Variables on phytoplankton Community structure in the Estuary of Tidal Rivers Around Luoyuan Bay,China

A total of 348 species belonging to 8 phyla and 125 genera were observed in seasonally sampled phytoplankton of tidal rivers from 13 sampling sites around Luoyuan Bay, and all field samplings were carried out in productive period(March/June/August/December) at ebb tide. Bacillariophyta species were the most abundant species, followed by Chlorophyta, Cyanophytes, Euglenophyta, Cryptophyta, Dinophyta, Xanthophyta and Chrysophytas. seasonal distribution index(sDI) value ranged from 0.63 to 0.86, which meant that species found at those sites in 4 seasons tended to be largely different. phytoplankton individuals ranged from 5.939×10~4 ind L^(-1) in winter to 75.31×10~4 ind L^(-1) in autumn. phytoplankton biomass ranged from 0.620 mg L^(-1) in summer to 2.373 mg L^(-1) in autumn. The grey correlation analysis(GCA) showed that the nutrient variables.p.a.ed an important role in the influence on phytoplankton community in every season. The canonical correspondence analysis(CCA) revealed impact of environmental variables on the different species, most of Bacillariophyta species were negative correlation with nutrients(Tp and NH_3-N) in the four seasons, Chlorophyta species and Cyanophyta species did not show obvious correlation with environment variables in every season. The combination of GRA analysis and CCA analysis provided a method to quantitatively reveal the correlation between phytoplankton community and environmental variables in water body of tidal rivers at this region.
