In this paper, we conduct research on the “The dual university” concept in Germany and the reference pattern for applieduniversity in China from perspectives of professional development and ability training. The German dual system of higher education, which hascreated a new way to cultivate advanced applied talents, is of great signifi *** promote the development transformation of the undergraduatecolleges and universities. However, the current domestic study of German dual system of higher education is relatively fragmented, and that mostlimited to the vocational college. vocational college seems to be a German dual system of higher education. In fact, in the fi eld of the highereducation in Germany, set up the dual system has become a trend of the university curriculum. This paper proposes innovatively the potentialcombination of the Chinese education system with the dual university concept.

Public elementary courses refer to courses in higher mathematics,English,Chinese,ideological and political courses,sports,profession and employment guidance generally offered by higher vocational *** a product of "Chinese characteristics",higher vocational education has been established as a symbol of the establishment of the Shenzhen polytechnic since its official launch on the stage of Chinese higher *** has achieved rapid development during the years and quickly occupied half of the higher *** work ability and basic quality of graduates of higher vocational colleges have also been recognized to a certain extent in the whole ***,in some higher vocational colleges,the construction of public elementary courses is seriously lagging behind,and the achievement rate of teaching objectives is low,which seriously affects the overall quality of higher vocational education and becomes a weak point restricting the development of higher vocational *** to improve the teaching of public elementary courses in social sciences in higher vocational colleges,so as to improve the students' innovative ability training is of great *** this context,the author proposes the research of this paper.

A good sound environment is essential in creating a harmonious and peaceful campus,improving students’learning outcomes,promoting physical and mental health,and creating a green and healthy *** study investigated the impact of new buildings on existing ones by optimizing the spacing between new buildings and the sound insulation structure of building *** results indicated that building 4 was affected by the noise from new building 1 and its surroundings,with a maximum outdoor daytime noise level reaching 69 dB,and the indoor background noise level in the least favorable classroom was 43.73 dB,less than 45 dB,which was within the acceptable *** is recommended that the sound insulation design be improved in the planning of new teaching ***,the surrounding traffic conditions should be improved,and the usage time of sports facilities should be scheduled appropriately to prevent the noise from sporting activities from affecting the classroom *** findings of this study provide valuable references for future architectural acoustics design and campus planning,contributing to the creation of peaceful and comfortable campus environments.

随着社会经济发展,企业之间的竞争已经不再是商品之间的竞争,而是商业模式之间的竞争。商业模式创新成为企业获取市场竞争优势的重要因素。依据复杂适应系统理论,使用文献分析方法对商业模式的复杂适应系统特征和商业模式创新机制进行分析,研究发现企业商业模式是一个复杂适应性系统,该系统的主体适应性行为产生了系统的复杂性。企业商业模式系统的创新动力来源于系统的内外部因素相互作用。企业商业模式适应环境的演化过程就是商业模式的创新过程。
