Isochrone Fitting of Galactic Globular Clusters—Ⅵ.High-latitude Clusters NGC 5024 (M53),NGC 5053,NGC 5272 (M3),NGC 5466,and NGC7099 (M30)

We fit various color–magnitude diagrams(CMDs) of the high-latitude Galactic globular clusters NGC 5024(M53),NGC 5053,NGC 5272(M3),NGC 5466,and NGC 7099(M30) by isochrones from the Dartmouth Stellar Evolution Database and Bag of Stellar Tracks and Isochrones for α–enrichment [α/Fe] = +*** the CMDs,we use data sets from Hubble Space Telescope,Gaia,and other sources utilizing,at least,25 photometric filters for each *** obtain the following characteristics with their statistical uncertainties for NGC 5024,NGC 5053,NGC 5272,NGC 5466,and NGC 7099,respectively:metallicities [Fe/H] =-1.93 ± 0.02,-2.08 ± 0.03,-1.60 ± 0.02,-1.95 ± 0.02,and-2.07 ± 0.04 dex with their systematic uncertainty 0.1 dex;ages 13.00 ± 0.11,12.70 ± 0.11,11.63 ± 0.07,12.15 ± 0.11,and 12.80 ± 0.17 Gyr with their systematic uncertainty 0.8 Gyr;distances(systematic uncertainty added) 18.22 ± 0.06 ± 0.60,16.99 ± 0.06 ± 0.56,10.08 ± 0.04 ± 0.33,15.59 ±0.03 ± 0.51,and 8.29 ± 0.03 ± 0.27 kpc;reddenings E(B-V) = 0.023 ± 0.004,0.017 ± 0.004,0.023 ± 0.004,0.023 ± 0.003,and 0.045 ± 0.002 mag with their systematic uncertainty 0.01 mag;extinctions AV= 0.08 ± 0.01,0.06 ± 0.01,0.08 ± 0.01,0.08 ± 0.01,and 0.16 ± 0.01 mag with their systematic uncertainty 0.03 mag,which suggest the total Galactic extinction AV= 0.08 across the whole Galactic dust to extragalactic objects at the North Galactic *** horizontal branch morphology difference of these clusters is explained by their different metallicity,age,mass-loss efficiency,and loss of low-mass members in the evolution of the core-collapse cluster NGC 7099 and loose clusters NGC 5053 and NGC 5466.

A Secure Cryptographic System Based on Steady-state Visual Evoked Potential Brain-Computer Interface Technology

Addressing the vulnerability of contact-based keyboard password systems to disclosure,this paper proposes and validates the feasibility of a non-contact secure password system based on brain-computer interface(BCI)technology that detects steady-state visual evoked potential(SSVEP)*** system first lets a testee look at a digital stimulus source flashing at a specific frequency,and uses a wearable dry electrode sensor to collect the SSVEP ***,a canonical correlation analysis method is applied to analyze the frequency of the stimulus source that the testee is looking at,and feeds back a code result through ***,after all password codes are input,the system makes a judgment and provides visual feedback to the *** were conducted to test the accuracy of the system,where twelve stimulus target frequencies between 10-16Hz were selected within the easily recognizable flicker frequency range of human brain,and each of them was tested for 12 *** results demonstrate that this SSVEP-BCI-based system is feasible,achieving an average accuracy rate of 97.2%,and exhibits promising applications in various domains such as financial transactions and identity recognition.

From Digital Analogs Through Recursive Machines to Quantum Computer

The report examines the evolution of computers from digital analogs through non-yon Neumann machines to quantum computers, which are also digital analogs. In the 60 years of digital analogs successfully developed at the Institute of Electromechanics of the USSR in Leningrad. An important stage in the development of non-classical multiprocessor machine performance and reliability has been the development of recursive machines, which was carried out at the Institute of Cybernetics led *** and the Leningrad Institute of Aviation instrumentation. The general approach to the synthesis is carried out through linguo- combinatorial modeling with structured uncertainty.

Contribution in Information Signal Processing for Solving state Space Nonlinear Estimation Problems

In this paper, comprehensive methods to apply several formulations of nonlinear estimators to integrated navigation problems are considered and developed. The problem of linear and nonlinear filters such as Kalman Filter (KF) and Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) is stated. Analog solution which is based on fisher information matrix propagation for linear and nonlinear filtering is also developed. Additionally, the idea of iterations is included through the update step both for Kalman filters and Information filters in order to improve accuracy. Through this development, two new formulations of High order Kalman filters and High order Information filters are presented. Finally, in order to compare these different nonlinear filters, special applications are analyzed by using the proposed techniques to estimate two well-known mathematical state space models, which are based on nonlinear time series used to apply these estimation algorithms. A criterion used for comparison is the root mean square error RMSE and several simulations under specific conditions are illustrated.

Miniaturized fiber-Bragg-grating(FBG)interrogators are of interest for applications in the areas where weight and size controlling is important,e.g.,airplanes and aerospace or in-situ *** ultra-compact high-precision on-chip interrogator is proposed based on a tailored arrayed waveguide grating(AWG)on a silicon-on-insulator(SOI)*** on-chip interrogator enables continuous wavelength interrogation from 1544 nm to 1568 nm with the wavelength accuracy of less than 1 pm[the root-mean-square error(RMSE)is 0.73 pm]over the whole wavelength *** chip loss is less than 5 *** 1×16 AWG is optimized to achieve a large bandwidth and a low noise level at each channel,and the FBG reflection peaks can be detected by multiple output channels of the *** fabricated AWG is utilized to interrogate FBG sensors through the center of gravity(CoG)*** validation of an on-chip FBG interrogator that works with sub-picometer wavelength accuracy in a broad wavelength range shows large potential for applications in miniaturized fiber optic sensing systems.

Relative ontology issue from the principle of differentiation: to be means to differ. This brought us to such scenario of global development, which goes from somatic being through anthropological one and finally to theological one. It is striving to the theological being that is the ground of future morality. The first stage in this direction is rejection of man's orientation towards somatic being, that is relinquishing a significant part of material consumption. The very strategy of the consumer society proves to be immoral. Conversely, man's strife to minimal consumption will be moral. The man of the future will pursue the strategy of creativity in the field of ideas, without their realization into the economical goods designed for consumption. This is the second stage of human development towards theological being. Art is an intellectual activity that corresponds most to this direction of development.

Illumination Adaptive Identification Algorithm of a Reconfigurable Modular Robot

Reconfigurable modular robots feature high mobility due to their unconstrained connection *** by the snake multi-joint crawling principle,a chain-type reconfigurable modular robot(CRMR)is designed,which could reassemble into various configurations through the compound joint ***,an illumination adaptive modular robot identification(IAMRI)algorithm is proposed for *** first,an adaptive threshold is applied to detect oriented FAST features in the robot ***,the effective detection of features in non-uniform illumination areas is achieved through an optimized quadtree decomposition *** matching features,an improved random sample consensus algorithm is employed to eliminate the mismatched ***,the reconfigurable robot module is identified effectively through the perspective *** with ORB,MA,Y-ORB,and S-ORB algorithms,the IAMRI algorithm has an improvement of over 11.6%in feature uniformity,and 13.7%in the comprehensive indicator,*** IAMRI algorithm limits the relative error within 2.5 pixels,efficiently completing the CRMR identification under complex environmental changes.

Contemporary world is developing system and we must have the new models. Any complex system interacts with its changing environment and its viability depends on its adaptability. The number of arbitrary coefficients in the structure of equivalent equations of complex system changes in the process of learning. In systems with more than six variables, the number of arbitrary coefficients increases first, and then, passing through the maximum, begins to decrease. This phenomenon makes it possible to explain the processes of system growth, complication and death in biological, economical and physical-engineering systems. The author uses the Linguo-combinatorial method of investigation of complex systems, in taking key words for building equivalent equations. This phenomenon is able to increase the adaptability of different systems.
