ATAD3A is a mitochondrial membrane protein belonging to the ATPase family that contains the AAA+*** is widely involved in mitochondrial metabolism,protein transport,cell growth,development and other important life *** has previously been reported that the deletion of ATAD3A causes growth and development defects in humans,mice and Caenorhabditis *** delve into the mechanism underlying ATAD3A defects and their impact on development,we constructed a Bombyx mori ATAD3A(BmATAD3A)defect model in silkworm *** aim to offer a reference for understanding ATAD3A genetic defects and elucidating the molecular regulatory *** results showed that knockout of the BmATAD3A gene significantly affected the weight,survival rate,ATPase production and mitochondrial metabolism of individuals after 24 h of *** metabolomics and transcriptomics analysis further demonstrated that BmATAD3A knockout inhibits amino acid biosynthesis through the regulation of mitochondrial ribosomal protein ***,our findings indicate that BmATAD3A knockout impeded mitochondrial activity and ATPase synthesis and suppressed the mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation pathway through *** mitochondrial ribosomal protein L11(BmmRpL11).These results provide novel insights into the molecular mechanisms involved in the inhibition of development caused by ATAD3A deficiency,offering a potential direction for targeted therapy in diseases associated with abnormal ATAD3A expression.

In this paper, a fault-tolerant-based online critic learning algorithm is developed to solve the optimal tracking control issue for nonaffine nonlinear systems with actuator ***, a novel augmented plant is constructed by fusing the system state and the reference trajectory, which aims to transform the optimal fault-tolerant tracking control design with actuator faults into the optimal regulation problem of the conventional nonlinear error system. Subsequently, in order to ensure the normal execution of the online learning algorithm, a stability criterion condition is created to obtain an initial admissible tracking policy. Then, the constructed model neural network(NN) is pretrained to recognize the system dynamics and calculate trajectory control. The critic and action NNs are constructed to output the approximate cost function and approximate tracking control,respectively. The Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman equation of the error system is solved online through the action-critic framework. In theoretical analysis, it is proved that all concerned signals are uniformly ultimately bounded according to the Lyapunov *** tracking control law can approach the optimal tracking control within a finite approximation error. Finally, two experimental examples are conducted to indicate the effectiveness and superiority of the developed fault-tolerant tracking control scheme.

A novel and visible ratiometric fluorescence determination of carbaryl based on red emissive carbon dots by a solvent-free method

In this study, a simple and effective ratiometric fluorescence method has been developed for carbaryl detection, utilizing red emissive carbon dots（R-CDs）. The underlying principle of this proposed strategy relies on the rapid hydrolysis of carbaryl under an alkaline condition and production of 1-naphthol with blue-emission at 462 nm. Furthermore, the as-synthesized R-CDs（Em. 677 nm）, serve as a reference, enhancing the visual tracking of carbaryl through the transformation of fluorescent color from red to *** concentration of carbaryl exhibits a commendable linear correlation with the ratio of fluorescence intensity, ranging from 0 to 20 μg/m L（R2= 0.9989） with a low detection limit of 0.52 ng/m L. Additionally, the described methodology can be used for the enzyme-free visual assay of carbaryl, even in the presence of other carbamate pesticides and metal ions, in tap water and lake water samples with excellent accuracy（spiked recoveries, 94%–106.1%）, high precision(relative standard deviation（RSD） ≤ 2.42),and remarkable selectivity. This fast and highly sensitive naked-eye ratiometric sensor holds immense promise for carbaryl detection in intricate environments and food safety fields.

In present work,blue carbon dots(b-CDs)were derived from ammonium citrate and guanidine hydrochloride,and red carbon dots(r-CDs)were stemmed from malonate,ethylenediamine and meso-tetra(4-carboxyphenyl)porphin based on facile hydrothermal ***-friendly ratiometric fluorescence probe was innovatively constructed to effectively measure Hg2+utilizing b-CDs and *** developed probe displayed two typical emission peaks at 450 nm from b-CDs and 650 nm from r-CDs under the excitation at 360 *** ion has strong quenching effect on the fluorescence intensity at 450 nm due to the electron transfer process and the fluorescence change at 450 nm was used as the response signal,whereas the fluorescence intensity at 650 nm kept unchangeable which resulted from the chemical inertness between Hg^(2+)and r-CDs,serving as the reference signal in the sensing *** optimal circumstances,this probe exhibited an excellent linearity between the fluorescence response values of F450/F650 and Hg^(2+)concentrations over range of 0.01-10μmol/L,and the limit of detectionwas down to 5.3 nmol/***,this probe was successfully employed for sensing Hg^(2+)in practical environmental water samples with satisfied recoveries of 98.5%-105.0%.The constructed ratiometric fluorescent probe provided a rapid,environmental-friendly,reliable,and efficient platform for measuring trace Hg^(2+)in environmental field.

This letter describes the implementation of a high-precision time and frequency transmission system using a two-way and wavelength division multiplexing scheme over 3,143.6 km of field fiber links,connecting 21 sites between Xi’an and Beijing,*** scheme incorporates a link noise clean-up system(LNCUS),wherein a controlled very-low-phase noise BVA oscillator acts as an internal frequency source at the relay site to effectively suppress the interference caused by the fiber link ***,the high-stability pulse generation technology in the LNCPS provides sufficient short-term stability to significantly improve the stability of the fiber time *** results indicate a time transfer stability in terms of time deviation(TDEV)of less than2.07 ps@1s,5.9 ps@100,000s,and combined uncertainty of less than 49.29 ps for the 3,143.6 km field fiber *** results represent a significant breakthrough in achieving high-accuracy time transfer and continuous operation over ultralong-span field optical fibers exceeding 3,000 km for the first *** enabled time transfer and synchronization services over the longest international optical fiber distance,thereby establishing a fundamental basis for constructing a nationwide high-precision time service through optical fiber networks.
