Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical,genotypic and pathological characteristics of children with PAX2 gene mutation in China,and to provide information for the monitoring,treatment and prognosis of the *** It was a case series analysis *** clinical data of children with PAX2 gene mutation in Pediatric Nephrology Department,TongijHi ospital Affiliatedd toTongji MedicalCollege,HIuazhong University of science and technology from January 2014 to December 2022 were collected,and peripheral blood gene DNA was extracted and sequenced for whole exome *** clinical,pathological and genotypic characteristics of PAX2 gene variation of children in China were summarized by searching PubMed,Medline,China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Wanfang database and compared with the cases in this single *** Among the 13 children with PAX2 gene mutation,there were 9 males and 4 females,12 patients with abnormal urine tests,7 patients with small kidney volume by imaging examination,and 5 patients with renal *** clinical phenotypes were congenital renal and urinary tract malformations in 8 cases,renal coloboma syndrome in 1case,and hematuriaor proteinuria in 3 *** patients underwent renal biopsies,showing focal segmental glomerulosclerosis and C33glomerulopathy in1 case,focal segmental glomerulosclerosis in 1 case,thin basement membrane lesion in 1 case,and IgA nephropathy in 2 cases.

Tempering is final process used in heat treatment of steel *** is important to improve the toughness and ductility of the quenched steel without a great loss of the hardness and ***,the traditional tempering process is hard to satisfy requirements of combination mechanical properties with low cost.A quantitative model is developed to simulate the micro-structural evolution during tempering process of carbon steel by modifying the previous Ju and Inoue's *** model takes into account tempering parameters,carbon content and morphology for iron-carbon *** of carbon atoms,precipitation of transition carbides(ε-carbide),decomposition of retained austenite and precipitation of cementite can be predicted *** precipitation of carbides is modeled by considering the competitive precipitations ofε-carbide and *** kinetics of decomposition of retained austenite into ferrite and cementite is depicted by the modified Avrami *** validate the model,it is applied to simulate the tempering process of the as-quenched plain carbon *** volume fractions of iron-carbon phase are calculated at different tempering temperature and *** is indicated that tempering time has greater effect on the volume fraction of carbides at high temperature *** calculated results are reasonable consistent with the theoretical descriptions.

The purpose of this paper is to propose and study a class of quasi-interpolating operators in multivariate spline space S-1/2(Delta(mn)(2*)) on non-uniform type-2 triangulation. Based on the operators, we construct cubature formula for two-dimensional hypersingular integrals. Some computing work have been done and the results are quite satisfactory.

Semialgebraic sets are objects which are truly a special feature of real algebraic geometry. This paper presents the piecewise semialgebraic set, which is the subset of Rn satisfying a boolean combination of multivariate spline equations and inequalities with real coefficients. Moreover, the stability under projection and the dimension of C^μ piecewise semialgebraic sets are also discussed.

The bending strengths of Al4SiC4 ceramics were investigated from room temperature to 1300 ℃ in air and in vacuum,*** is a novel property that the bending strength increases with increasing test temperatures up to 1300 ℃ in *** strength value of Al4SiC4 ceramics is 449.7 MPa at 1300 ℃ in air,which is about 1.5 times of that at room temperature(300 MPa).The self-healing behavior of the flaws on the specimen surface due to the oxidation of the surface layer of the Al4SiC4 ceramics is considered as the main enhancement mechanism at high temperatures.

The directional solidification of Cu-0.8 wt pet Cr alloy was investigated for high-strength conductors. An in-situ composite material in which the matrix is in cellular morphology and the well-distributed eutectics around the cells is formed in the directional solidification process. In such microstructure, the cellular matrix is as conductor and the coated-around eutectics as reinforcement. The formation mechanism of this microstructure is discussed from the interfacial instability. As a result, the tensile strength of the material along the solidification direction is two times more than that of the conventionally cast one, while the electrical conductivity is reduced a little by comparison with the pure Cu.
