Consequently,we extended our specialists team to offer an integrated solution how to use different energy sources available in a metallurgical plant complex most efficiently. Steelmaking processes generate a large range of gaseous byproducts like blast furnace gas,coke oven gas and converter gas that have a high energy content in the form of combustible *** these gases as primary fuel in a firing plant contributes significantly to increased energy efficiency in steelworks,and therefore reduces the overall steel manufacturing costs and saves CO,emissions. For the systematic utilization of these gases to generate *** for production and/or to generate electricity in a complete power station process,sms siemag offers a wide range of part-standardized steam generators. Electrolytic Tinning Lines with Soluble Anodes

With the increasing standard of living in China, the demand for tinplate for the production of foodstuff cans and tins for other products is rising. Apart from sophisticated mechanical equipment and reliable processing line design, highly developed process technology and process components are required for the production of electrolytically tinned ultra-thin sheet. The main process steps to be performed during strip coating are pre-cleaning, tension leveling, electrolytic pickling, preconditioning, electrolytic tin coating as well as re-melting and passivation of the surface. Each of these steps must meet high requirements to ensure the demanded surface quality of the final material. In the electrolytic tinning lines of sms siemag soluble tin anodes are used, resulting in considerable economic advantages. For example, the reduced expenditure on the tin used and the continuously high surface quality and efficiency of the system without the need for edge masks. Moreover, there are no costs for restoring the anode surface and no oxygen is required for tin-dissolving. sms siemag offers also various innovative technologies for the electrolytic tinning process. For example, a preconditioning cell activates the strip and removes Fe-hydroxide right before the strip runs into the first tinning cell, which creates some benefits for the tinning process. Another example is an evaporator behind the tinning process, which recovers the tin out of the rinsing water. In this paper, the plant technology for electrolytic tinning lines with soluble anodes from sms siemag is presented. In this case, special emphasis is placed on the process components.

＜正＞The production of high-strength steel grades used for example in vehicle construction,structural steel engineering and for pipelines is one of the major trends in hot *** increased strength levels of these steel grades enable a reduction in material volume while at the same time maintaining or increasing the load bearing of the application. These steel grades with improved properties make significantly higher demands on the manufacturing process with respect to plant and process *** paper introduces requirements and the solutions of sms siemag for the processing of high-strength steels in hot strip mills. The cutting of a high-strength steel transfer bar requires a high *** sms siemag developed shears for a transfer bar thickness of up to 80 mm. In the finishing mill,important preconditions are high rolling forces and ***,powerful interstand cooling devices in the finishing train enable an exact temperature control for thermo-mechanical *** tension loopers safeguard the rolling stability. In the strip cooling systems,mechanical properties of the strip are set by means of high cooling rates and an accurate control of the strip *** laminar cooling and the compact cooling device offer a large variety of cooling strategies for the production of high-strength steel strip. For the coiling of these materials,sms siemag developed the UNI plus *** is designed for X80 pipe grades up to 25.4 mm at full strip width and low strip temperatures.

在重工业领域,钢铁生产是迄今为止能源最密集型产业。因能源价格持续上涨,能源回收已成为越来越重视环保的钢铁业提高效益的一个重要因素。在电弧炉生产流程中,一项主要的成本因素是能源成本。由于在这一生产过程中的能源非常密集,因此能源回收尤为重要。钢铁生产中的能源浪费包括平均超过能源总投入30%的热废气和流动冷却水。转炉、电弧炉以及CONARC系统中都可利用废气的余热。当创新的气雾冷却技术在转炉生产中运用成熟后,我们开始将其应用于电弧炉中。离开电弧炉的热废气至少可以在约1250～600℃的范围内得到再利用,为此,部分能源在气雾冷却烟道内被转化为蒸汽。一座150 t转炉可以产生约15 t蒸汽,与之相比,一座同等容量的典型电弧炉在2.5 MPa的压力下,平均蒸汽排放量是25 t。以这种方式产生的蒸汽永远是饱和蒸汽。为此所需的主要设备组成:给水罐、蒸汽罐、集汽罐、给水和循环泵。来自给水罐的水经加压后和注入集汽罐。沸水通过循环泵经过废气系统的热表面,其中部分被蒸发掉。一炉钢间断产生的蒸汽量暂时储存在集汽罐中供用户使用。蒸汽利用包括真空处理设备、空气分离装置、蒸汽涡轮机、以及其他需要热能或蒸汽的地方。
